A+ from start to finish. I'm a long-time world wide traveler and have used every kind of travel service over the years - The Passport Health people are really the experts - not just a medical practice doing this on the side, or a pharmacy who are just giving shots without the education needed to go with it for a safe trip. I see reviews of 1 star for prices, however, call around - I suspect people are so use to having insurance cover everything - but travel vaccines are not usually covered. Some of my vaccines cover me for life - I don't expect them to be dirt cheap - hello - and certainly have seen enough developing places and sick people to know I want to prevent what I can. Talk about cost - getting sick while traveling is terrible and can be very expense! Will continue to use Passport Health for sure!!!!!!

Even weeks after the appointment, I find myself remembering it and thinking "what a pleasant experience," so I'm moved to write a review for others. I was hesitant when booking the appointment - I worried that it would be very sales-y and profit-oriented and I would have to aggressively turn down offered "extras". Instead, our nurse was not only professional, but exceedingly competent and expert. She was incredibly well-informed, and walked us quickly but precisely through the recommendations, the complex medical and regional data behind them, and explained each item she was, and was not, recommending. Even the "extras" were shared only as a suggestion, with useful data sheets and her personal experiences shared for us to think about and decide whether to buy online. Though it was a big hit to pay without insurance, we planned ahead with a flex-pay card and the front desk associate was very helpful on preparing us to submit for reimbursement from insurance. We will most definitely be coming back for our next travel vaccination needs. Our nurse even made general vaccine recommendations unrelated to our travel, after learning about our complicated medical-vaccine history! Again, remarkably well-informed, professional, and makes recommendations based on the latest clinical science.

Price was a lil steep for the RT-PCR travel covid test with same day turn around. However, my appt was at 830am, by 430pm the negative report was in and in a way better format than CVS. Fast professional service, no more nail biting waiting wondering if the test would return in time for my flight. Thank you!

My wife and I went to the clinic to get the vaccinations we needed to travel abroad. We were greeted graciously and were surprised that there was no sitting, and no waiting. We were escorted to the back whereby one of the technicians guided us to our room. The same room that checked us in was our room for administering the shots. We did not have to be shuttled around from room to room to get 9 shots total done. The technician was truly a delight. Had the vaccines I needed in stock, didn't pressure me to get anything I didn't want, showed the cost before proceeding. I can't ask for more. Other places may be cheaper but this is way more convenient. I will be coming here in the future instead of walgreens for my vaccinations.

The nurse described in detail the effects of each injection and willingly answered many questions.

Caroline at Passport Health was thorough, cheerful and clear on her recommendations for my travel to Bolivia. She also accepted when I decided to forego the 2 shot series for rabies - which would have been over $1,000 total! Place was difficult to find, as was parking, which is the only reason I don’t give the 5th start.

The office was extremely clean and the nurse was absolutely wonderful. She was patient, explained everything thoroughly, and answered every question. She made the experience of getting shots as pain free as possible.

The staff was friendly from start to finish! The nurse, Kimberly, was super helpful, easy to chat with, and very knowledgeable about the various vaccinations required in different countries. We went today to get vaccinated for a trip to Costa Rica. The staff were awesome! They gave us a lot of useful information about the region, we’re fun and engaging and thorough. I would definitely recommend them!

Passport health was a great resource for helping me safely plan my upcoming travel. Since we were going to be heading to some exotic rural locations I knew I'd need more precautions than usual. Passport health was great at being able to easily break down what I would need and explain all the coverage options. Scheduling was easy, the doctors were friendly and knowledgeable, and pricing was transparent and easy. Next time I'm traveling to another country I'll be sure to rely on Passport Health for my health protection needs!

Overall, best experience I could have had given the circumstances. I realized three weeks outside of traveling to Africa that I need a number of shots. And within three days of that realization, I scheduled an appointment, sat down and talked through all my vaccine options with a knowledgeable nurse and had all the needed shots administered. Could not have been quicker or more straightforward. Additionally, while they had recommended a number of expensive shots to me,1) those prices are relatively outside of their control and 2) they happily accepted my decline of all but the ones I felt were most important (although they were all necessary). Would recommend to friends and family without a doubt.

While travel vaccines are not cheap, the staff at Passport Health carefully went through all of the risks and issues with each possible infection possible for my future travels. They readily answered each and every question, and explained the costs of each vaccine. At no time was I pressured to get anything at the time (although I chose to because I was confident in what I needed). To maximize one's experience, providing all prior health and vaccination information prior to the appointment, as well as scheduling at far before travel, will give staff the best chance to work with one on their needs. Further, the nurse was welcoming, attentive, and was quick and painless with the needles. I highly recommend this clinic for their 5-star service and care.

The service level is high from scheduling the appointment through to meeting with the nurse. They are kind and informative! I would definitely come back here.

This is my second time using this Passport Health location. I went back because the first experience was seamless. The second experience was equally s seamless. The people - scheduler (who emailed and I spoke to), the front desk person (I am not sure if this was the same person as the scheduler but equally great) and the nurse - were all around friendly, informative, and communicative. I will definitely use this service and this location again.
