I typically have had great experiences with this place. Like has been said, the staff is professional and they do their best to treat their customers well. Today, however, they didn't do so well in my eyes which is why they are getting 3 out of 5 stars. I had to ask two lab techs to socially distance when communicating with me. Also, my wait was 1 hour beyond my appointment time. That could have been communicated in another way and much earlier than when the information was given. While this pandemic is difficult, it is imperative that we are consistent to the best of our ability to remain compliant with the guidelines in dealing with the pandemic.

I came for an X-ray, and was told that no appointment was necessary and that it would be a quick process. I’ve been waiting for an hour. The waiting room is not crowded. I had to ask about my status. No one bothered to let me know if I would be next or the duration of my wait. I WILL NEVER COME BACK HERE FOR AN X-RAY AGAIN!!!

Updated review. My first experience last year wasn’t so great came on a day the AC wasn’t working and was very upset I wasn’t warned. However, a year later..this is my updated review. Went to receive services Sunday and had a good experience. The technician was very pleasant and made me feel comfortable. The front desk staff was also very professional and moved quickly. My wait was about 10 minutes and the office only had 1 other person. Sunday’s are great days to go here! Thanks for accommodating me so quickly and professionally!

Very friendly and professional staff. Dr. Thomas explained everything so I could understand the tests, and she was a great coach and eased my worries!

Dont trust report... It was written to diminish my injuries... If the practice was honest it would take my calls...

Nice place, nice place. The young lady that did my ultra sound was very polite and friendly, kind hearted. The atmosphere is clean and calm. 4 stars well because the young lady at the front expected one to read her mind, after filling the forms had to sit in the lobby, minutes later I was allowed to sitting in their indoor sitting area. Anyway over all, good experience.

After an hour long wait for a CT Scan with an appointment I was disgusted when the tech went to put in my contrast IV with no gloves. They were using white rough wash clothes like the ones you find at Home Depot or Lowes in the paint depatment instead of gauze or medical bibs. The excuse I was given was the cost of everything due to the pandemic. This is unacceptable and to be honest just nasty! In response to your response.... I have had my Bloodborne Pathogens Certification for over 20yrs and the practices I saw yesterday were appalling. I was told specifically that it was a cost issue. You do not ever touch a client/patient with the intent of inserting an IV without gloves nor do you use a rag pulled out of a tool chest drawer to and I quote "absorb any blood". The nurse didnt even have the proper connection piece to properly attach the IV tubing again siting cost. I have already reported all of this to the referring office who was absolutely taken aside by all this and is reporting to the powers that be. Taking advantage of most peoples lack of knowledge to save money says alot about how this place does things. For all who read this..... STAY AWAY!

Came in 15 mins early to my appointment and there was no one in the front counter . There was a note indicating to fill out paperwork ..... This is the radiology location on Mallard drive. After waiting about 20-25 mins I decided to walk into the back area and noticed that the receptionist was on the computer doing something. She told me she will be right out, came out another 10 mins later just to tell me she is working with someone and will be back soon. Please have some respect for others time and I am typically very busy hence why I made the appointment.

They will have you come in 15 minutes early just to have you waiting another hour to be seen….. One of the worst places I have been….

I initially scheduled with a different clinic but switched to Laurel Radiology because they were so much friendlier over the phone! From the scheduler to the receptionist to the doctor and assistant, everyone was knowledgeable and helpful. I really appreciated that they told me multiple times before and during the procedure what to expect. Procedures can feel invasive and scary, but they did an exceptional job making me feel comfortable and relaxed. (The cloth medical gowns were a nice touch, too!) This is definitely the best medical experience I’ve had in Maryland.

Everyone they’re very nice and welcoming to us. My mom had ultrasound and X-Ray appointment on Saturday. The X-Ray Tech Ramero was so good to us very friendly and nice to his patients. He was very polite and great at his work. I totally forgot the ultrasound Tech name but I believe it starts with Letter V she was great and very nice helped mom with getting up and laying down. Front lady was great as well. Thank you so much for all your support and for the great work you did.

I have been using Laurel Radiology for a number of years now. The staff has always been friendly, professional and efficient. The office is clean and comfortable. And now during COVID-19, they still maintain excellent standards, my wait is never long and I feel comfortable still.

My experience at Laurel Radiology was stellar at every level. From signing in at the building lobby and setting up the seating for social distancing there to taking temperature and social distancing inside the office. It goes without saying that EVERYONE MUST WEAR A MASK AT ALL TIMES!! The receiving staff is friendly, and helpful with paperwork you have to fill out. The technicians directions were clear and friendly. Mammograms are not the most comfortable test to take but I must admit the experience there was not bad and she made me smile multiple times during the process. I took an additional test with another tech that went well and she was also terrific! As a result of her work and what she saw, the doctor came in and they continued testing me. Dr. Thomas is great! She is clear, is genuinely concerned about why I came in looking further and moving ahead with next steps. Not every technician or physician is concerned enough to go the extra mile on your behalf. I am pleased and grateful for the entire staff of Laurel Radiology and would recommend them to everyone!!

It was my first time ever having an MRI. I went to Laurel, Mallard Drive, was my first time to this office. I got there half hour early, and was welcomed by staff and allowed to wait in the waiting room. The staff were very pleasant. Ms Lisa who did my MRI was very nice and guided me through what she would be doing and checked to see if I was okay and comfortable. Very good experience and she let me know how long things might take. She cued me when there was 5 minutes left. A perfect and calm atmosphere. Will definitely recommend to others.

From making the appointment to checking in and having the MRI, staff make it easy. They are kind and efficient and Dr. Branda has always been thorough and willing to explain and answer questions.

What they give in that clinic is bad care, the place is ugly, it has no presentation! This place is definitely not suitable for your baby's ultrasound checkup! They give bad service, this place is not recommended 👎🏻👎🏻👎🏻
