have
been
a
client
for
about
4
years.
I
picked
this
location
because
of
a
nice
area.
The
staff
has
been
ok,
but
you
often
don’t
see
the
same
staff
with
your
visit
for
your
oral
cleaning/care.
Once
you
schedule
one
thing
or
one
request,
they
evaluate
you
or
assets
you
care
then
they
want
to
add
additional
services,
since
I
still
have
my
wisdom
teeth,
They
said
I
have
or
need
to
fill
in
a
cavity….
Do
I
need
to
fill
in
a
cavity
or
I
can
have
my
wisdom
tooth
removed…..and
they
said
on
my
front
lower
tooth
is
touching
another
tooth,
so
I
have
a
little
closeness
on
the
two
teeth….or
perhaps
removing
my
wisdom
teeth
that
can
be
a
better
fit
to
say
rather
than
filling….
After
I
did
my
oral
cleaning
they
didn’t
offer
a
new
toothbrush,
mouth
wash,
floss
as
well…
They
have
too
many
new
staff
each
time
I
visit….I
came
in
for
a
fill
in
a
2021,
and
after
the
healing
duration….I
was
still
having
sensitivity,
after
a
month,
I
had
to
make
an
appointment
and
they
had
to
do
a
complete
new
fill
it,
why
due
to
the
lack
of
skills
of
her
job,
neglect
task,
that
turned
me
off
with
the
lack
of
“support”
with
her
job
and
lack
of
trustworthy……I
also
had
to
complete
a
root
canal……the
tech
support
has
no
social
skills,
personal
body
language,
and
when
a
client
is
laying
in
the
chair
in
a
venerable
point
she
was
very
physical
aggressive,
pushing,
pulling,
pushing
,
pulling
and
etc
on
my
oral
mouth…….
I
had
my
last
visit
in
October
2023,
I
felt
like
the
tech
has
an
unpleasant
attitude
and
was
t
willing
to
listen
to
the
client….lastly
each
time
I
have
my
appointment
they
have
to
change
my
time
and
within
less
than
24
hours
then
my
next
schedule
appointment
is
also
a
moth
or
longer,
that
does
effect
my
own
personal
availability…
my
patients
has
been
slim
with
them.
