My first experience with Physiotherapy Associates of Laurel was in 2007 and again in 2010. Those experiences worked out so well for me, that I returned in June 2016 for physical therapy after extensive foot and ankle surgery. I find all the therapists and staff to be courteous, patient, professional and knowledgeable. The clinic offers various types of physical therapy, and they take the time to analyze and explain your course of treatment. Everyone works closely with you to achieve a positive outcome. I highly recommend Ian and all of the staff for any of your physical therapy needs.

Emily Kabir is professional, friendly, patient, and also willing to educate her patients on the best practices and PT exercises that can be done at home. This is my first experience with a physical therapist and I am totally satisfied with the services that have been rendered. NovaCare has a gem of a professional.

A friend recommended NovaCare following my knee replacement surgery and I am so glad she did. Thanks to Emily, primarily, and sometimes Rochelle, I learned exercises to help me strengthen my knee. Now I can both bend and straighten it and have moved from a walker to a cane. The therapists are friendly and good music is always playing in the background which helps keep me stimulated. I highly recommend them.

This Novacare location has expert professionals who demonstrated care about my improvement. Rochelle and Emily worked as a tight knit team to ensure that I reached my goals. Yvonne was very efficient and knowledgeable in my scheduling requests and in informing me about insurance requirements.

I've just started with Nova Care two weeks ago. They are so nice and friendly and the PT's are great. They are always concerned if you are having pain when they are treating you and strive to treat the condition without the pain.

I recently completed rehab after knee replacement. The therapists are experienced and compassionate. All questions and concerns were addressed and my good results are highly appreciated. The entire office is friendly and professional. I do recommend NovaCare, Laurel.

I needed progress instead of plateau and NovaCare was able to help with that. I needed appropriate workouts to get the accessory muscles, nerve connection and muscle timing right. Coming off 2 impacting injuries and continued PT care their workouts was the reason I was able reset and get back to the competing level I knew I could achieve. Positive promoting atmosphere and knowledgeable professionals. They worked well communicating with my sport medicine doctor as well. THANK YOU!

I absolutely loved my experience here! From the front desk staff to each therapist I worked with! Rochelle was excellent and made sure I was able to reach my personal goals before getting back to work. Although I hope to not need PT anytime soon, I will gladly return if needed! The NovaCare therapist and staff are amazing. I have had 2 of my children treated for sports related injuries and they made us feel comfortable and well taken care of! They have been very patient in treating and figuring out the root of the pain they both were having. We mostly saw Amanda and LaToya, who my children love, even when they made them work hard. :) I highly recommend this practice.

I attended this clinic last year and now my daughter as well. My daughter’s therapist is Rochelle. She is great. My daughter is comfortable with her and we see an improvement in her injury.

Rochelle is a excellent Therapy Coach, she focuses on the root problem of the pain. Very patient with you but want you to get better by doing the exercises correctly. NovaCare Rehabilitation in Laurel is truly outstanding! I started with a pain level of 10+ and after my rehab I was so much more functional and my pain level was at a 2/3 when I completed my rehab. The staff are very professional and informative. My PT, Rochelle explained every exercise in detail and the muscle being effected by each exercise. I also have to mention Emily. She also is a great PT who provided great therapy and information. I also received Dry Needleling which was very effective with my rehab. Thank you for your expertise!

Rochelle is very competent, patient, & encouraging. She explains things thoroughly. The office is very clean (equipment sanitized after each user) & staff very friendly. Sometime Rochelle had to juggle several patients at the same time. I have been to 3 other PT offices & this is by far the best.
