I’ve been seeing the same doctor, Dr Kleinman for almost 30 years. Never came across another doctor in my 50+ years of living with a bedside manner like his. He is THE best ever!! He’s encouraging, calming, and professional at all times.

Dr. Gould has been my gynecologist for about 20 years. He is extremely knowledgeable, helpful in explaining and he is a very kind and caring doctor. I give him the highest possible recommendation! This doctor goes above and beyond for his patients. I just started seeing him over a year ago and he's helped me in so many ways for with some autoimmune disorders I have. He's very knowledgeable in the OBGYN field and also with other procedures like laser procedure. Would highly recommend him to anyone. Wish's office was closer to my house. Have to drive about an hour and 10 minutes but it's worth the drive

Dr Kapner is always so welcoming! That is the reason I chose her as my gynecologist after she delivered my son in Jan 2022. I was seen by several other Obstetricians at the practice during my pregnancy. They were good, but she always makes the visit so personable. I would definitely recommend her as a great OBGYN.

I absolutely LOVEEE Dr. Morales. She was originally my mother's OBGYN, so we have been coming here for as long as I can remember. When I turned 18 I was so excited to be able to have her as my doctor. She is super smart, gentle, and caring. I do not plan on leaving this practice anytime soon. There would be no point when I already have the best doctor possible :)

I have been going to this location since I found out I was pregnant in 2022. The support, answers to questions I have and clarity on what to expect has been extremely helpful during this time. I wish all places I'd gone to previously had the ease that this location does. Every encounter (even if it's my first time meeting with someone new) has been great. I would absolutely recommend this location if you're expecting, or need any additional exams or procedures.

*Specifically regarding trying to conceive families* I used this OB-GYN clinic for monitoring during my fertility treatments as my fertility clinic was not local. The doctors I saw here have good bedside manner, although they don't spend a long time with each patient. They truly seem to care and want to help and look after their patients. The ultrasound technicians and phlebotomists are good and gentle with you. They have an online portal for sending messages and providing reports on tests they run, which was really nice. I can't recommend them though to other people looking for monitoring appointments as they no longer offer this service, due to the logistical burden. I'm posting this review to help anyone else who might be calling around looking for monitoring, so they can look elsewhere. Might be a good clinic for care during pregnancy though.

If I could give this place 10 stars, I would! I had the best, most amazing experience EVER with this practice. I live an hour away, and it was worth every single drive, mins in traffic and overall best experience of my journey to motherhood… again. Dr. Prust delivered my baby and I swear she is a MADE to do this. She was so amazing! So patient, so personable, and not to mention, the sweetest person ever. I was so afraid to become a mom again, but the staff and Doctors of this practices are heaven sent. May the creator bless them all, abundantly!

Hannah Turkoff is AMAZING! It is very obvious she cares about all of her patients and is genuinely in this profession for the right reasons! She has wonderful bedside manner and patience. She is so helpful and knowledgeable! I have seen my fair share of GYN specialists and she by far is top notch in providing comfort and care. I will recommend to anyone who asks:)

A friend recommended this practice based on positive experiences with her doctor here. I’ve never been to an office with such friendly staff working the front desk. Thank you to the front office for being so kind and patient. I didn’t love the first doctor I saw a couple years ago, so I switched to another one and I had a really wonderful experience with her. I highly recommend this practice if you’re in the need of a new gynecologist that’s understanding, kind, knowledgeable, and willing to give you their time.

I saw Dr. Juliette Prust today, and this was the best gyn visit I've ever had. She's easy to talk to, thorough, and gave great recommendations. I was very at ease with her. It's such a hassle to find great care, I'm very grateful I had my appointment with her! Highly recommend.

The quality of care I received from Dr. Eric S. Chang and Nurse Kia Paige is outstanding. It meant so much to me to have such a great team. I cannot say enough wonderful things about Dr. Chang. He kept me informed explaining every step of my treatment & recovery. I am healthy and happy. I would wholeheartedly recommend this team.

Everything about this visit was great! Dr. Patel is marvelous. She’s professional, personable and extremely proficient. The anesthesiologist was also spectacular!!! He really put me at ease.

I had a horrible time at this place to the point where I'm hesitant to even go to another obgyn. The doctor and nurse that saw me were not nice at all. They said if I wanted to ask the Doctor questions they would have to charge me more because I was only there for an annual checkup (???). I waited a long time to see the doctor and then she was incredibly dismissive and rushed. I barely got my question out before she was like "I'm not gonna do that". She DID NOT lube up the speculum or WARN ME before inserting it into me. I cried in the car for a long time after my appointment. This happened 2 years ago and this experience still upsets me.

I recently had my first appointment with Dr. Cole Messersmith and I must say, it was a great experience. . Dr. Cole Messersmith was very professional and knowledgeable. He took the time to listen to my concerns and asked detailed questions to get a better understanding of my medical history. He explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, making sure I was fully informed about my condition and treatment options. What I liked the most was Dr. Cole Messersmith genuine care and empathy. He made me feel comfortable and at ease throughout the entire appointment. He took the time to address all of my questions and concerns, and I never felt rushed or dismissed.

I've been at this practice for almost 20 years and 4 pregnancies. It seems like the wait for a sonogram has been getting longer and longer and more inconsistent. Today I had a sono appt at 9am. I arrived at exactly 9am and wasn't seen until 10:10 am - 80 minutes!!! This was so long that I had to pay my babysitter for an additional hour... Luckily she was available to stay otherwise I would have had to leave. When will the reliability and timeliness of sonograms returns?

The nurse practitioner, sonographer, and front desk staff here were so friendly and warm. Everyone was helpful and squeezed me in when I had an urgent concern. I was also pleased to find out that they do not perform abortions here, so I can feel safe knowing that my OBGYN's primary business is bringing healthy children into the world. Would definitely recommend!

Always a smooth experience. Wait has never been longer than 10 minutes if that. The place is clean. The medical assistants are pleasant. This doctors office runs very efficiently. 10/10 I would recommend.

I never received any call backs from staff after my appointments. I had to wait over a month which I get but no one ever got back too me. I called multiple times and was told a nurse would return my calls but nothing because no one ever got back to me. They did not take me seriously nor do their job and I won’t be returning.

I love coming here, I found this place for my pregnancy and it’s safe to say I will continue to come here for future pregnancies/checkups. The staff is always nice and make me feel comfortable to call/ ask any question and their wait time has always been great for me. They get me up and out under an hour depending on the visit. Everything is always explained well and I’m always left understanding what what said, overall really recommend.

Amazing experience at the Silver Spring office. They were able to accommodate for me even when I was having a few mishaps. They were able to see me quickly but without rushing. Everyone was super nice and friendly. Provider Ellinger was particularly great at making me feel comfortable, heard, and answering all my questions and concerns. Honestly one of the best experiences I’ve had in an office/healthcare facility. Definitely recommend! 10/10

Love everything about this office. Labs can be completed in the same area, checkin is convenient, the staff is amazing and I have the best Gynecologist ever(Dr. Kleinman). Highly recommend to any woman looking to feel comfortable for OB/Gyn.

The prenatal care, ultrasounds and my visits were okay. I really liked the NP Hannah. She took her time and she was always very nice. Some doctors will rush thru my visit and always see me 30-45 minutes past my appointment time. But the most frustrating, sad, and upsetting was the delivery day. They scheduled me for a C-section because my baby was breached. My c-section was scheduled with Dr. Patel. I’ve only seen her once before so I really didn’t know her. My c-section was scheduled at 2pm. They said arrive 2 hours early which I did. Around 2:20pm, Dr. Patel comes in and says Hi and explains everything. She also says, is going to be a while because we had some add ons. She said I had 3 patients in front of me and that they do 2 patients at a time. The day that was supposed to be the happiest day, became a nightmare. Around 4pm, I started crying, I was upset, angry, hungry. I had a headache, I felt dizzy, and nauseous because I was starving. Around 8pm I went up to the nurses station and I asked about options because I couldn’t wait anymore. The nurse said, whenever we get a OR available. I asked to get my IV removed because I was going to leave. I couldn’t take it anymore. They ended up doing my c-section at 8:30pm. I was so angry, sad, and frustrated because I delivered my baby angry and sad. I understand Holy cross is a busy hospital. But I wished Dr. Patel would have communicated better with me. Pretty much she came in and said hi, explain everything and was like: you’re here and you have to wait for your turn, whenever my turn was going to be. I will always remember that day and how everything made me feel. Very bad experience.

Dr. Kleinman is the best OB-GYN I have ever been too. His bedside manner is unmatched and neither is his knowledge base. The staff is friendly and I always feel welcomed. I plan to be a patient of Dr. Kleinman for many more years to come.

I made every attempt to have my scans and paperwork sent over to this office for my appointment. I called twice to confirm receipt and no one returned my call. My appoint time arrives and the doctor has absolutely nothing to review. Neither could anyone find my information. Just a waste of my time. Front desk staff is not helpful either. This is 2023, so a doctors office not being able to receive or handle a fax from another office is unacceptable . There needs to be a better system for receiving medical records, otherwise this place is useless. The “person” who is supposed to draw my blood has stuck me in both arms without success, so once again .. useless. Not dealing with this office again!

Dr Ely’s bedside manner is refreshing. She answered every question and looked for radiology offices near me and that were covered under my plan. The entire office staff is accommodating and polite. Excited to have established a relationship with them.

Highly recommended! I got pregnant shortly after moving and I went there mainly because it was close to home. My experience was great! Everyone is friendly and polite, all the doctors and nurses are very helpful. Throughout my pregnancy and delivery they were very meticulous and were explaining things clearly.

Staff were extremely kind and empathetic. I felt very safe and at ease. I would recommend this place to everyone especially those who may be socially timid or scared of doctors visits. I came here for the first time and discovered some very traumatic news. The doctor treated me like I was a family member and made moving forward very easy for me even going as far as to set me up with a therapist. Lab work was done very quick and checkout was fast and easy so that I could go back home and grieve with my husband. I will be using them as long as I live in Maryland.

Inadequate masking policy for medical facility. No masks required to enter building, take elevator or stairs to 7th floor, and in hallways. Masking requirements in waiting room and offices. Non-patients required to wait in areas without masking requirements. Also unmarked and untreated black ice near the entrance at 9:51am is concerning.

Nurse practioner Brooke Ellinger is the TRUTH! I went to another physician prior to her and a procedure needed to redone and I am kinda glad that Brooke was my provider! She had a nice, cozy, personable vibe. She checked on things based on when I mentioned to her. I am so glad! There are things Ive been saying to many physicians who just have been overlooking things and make it seem like its nothing. The current results from the labs she did for me make sense now! Also, I get notifications for labs. Doctors usually take a long time to let you know what is what. Thats why I added the apps. She went ahead and ordered prescriptions based on the labs in record time! It was almost as soon as the labs became available! She has been great! I feel like she really cares. She isnt just going through the motions. She listened and asked questions.

Dr. Ely is great, so patient and thorough. I’ve been searching for an obgyn for a while that would allow a safe space for me to ask questions and generally make me feel comfortable. The staff is super friendly, had little to no wait time and on top of that, the patient portal is so helpful and efficient in managing my care.

Ob-Gyn Associates offers a positive and friendly atmosphere. Everyone from front desk to medical assistants is helpful and seems to genuinely care about delivering quality care. Dr. Kleinman is the best OBGYN that has ever treated me. He listens to my concerns, explains my medical issues and offers clear solutions. I feel a part of the medical team to achieve better health and well-being for myself. And Dr. Kleinman is a warm and caring person. I love the new location, so much nicer and more convenient, not to mention close to Trader Joe’s. Thank you so much for the excellence in medical care! Debbie

Not worth the drive or time. I switched to this provider so that I could take photos during my delivery. That didn’t happen since I gave birth alone and during a short staffing period (one nurse and doctor in the room). You can show up early and still be seen late due to doctors falling behind and failing to inform patients of an additional wait time. I never felt like a “priority” in this facility or as if my concerns mattered. The billing process here is extremely difficult. I would not recommend going if you have multiple insurances. Even with one insurance the providers charge differently depending on who you see, which is ridiculous. A routine visit for one doctor could be $500 while a routine visit with another could be $700. Doctors fail to elaborate on lab results on the portal that they push you to use. They also sell your information so you get junk in the mail and to your email address. Besides that, the place is always clean, they have a strict mask policy as well as a no visitor policy unless it’s for an anatomy scan. They also CHARGE you to process FMLA paperwork which you will have to do TWICE - one to get paid leave and one to return back to work. Overall most doctors are nice and listen to your contents however a an African American woman I still feel as though my pain and discomfort was minimized and chalked up as “normal “ pregnancy things by every doctor. I don’t think anyone deserves to be uncomfortable, in pain and forced to just deal with it. Especially after continuously expressing concerns. Common courtesy and explanations of procedures can go a long way.
