The receptionist and checking in area are always a mess. It's hard to get an appointment. Other than that, I like the dentists here. They are nice and treat you like a human being. They cared about my pain and anxiety. I have had bad experiences with dentists before, but these dentists are nice.

Terrible customer service, horrible wait times (sometimes over 2 hours for a 20 minute visit with the Doctor) and forget about getting someone on the phone to make appointments. I've had a dental procedure rescheduled three multiple times because the dental surgeon was not in. Three different times where I've had to take off of work and they rescheduled me with the same doctor that knew nothing about my file and told me to come back to see a surgeon. I understand that they're providing community service for people but they're also raping these people. Understaffed and overbooked ALL THE TIME! Pay a little more and go somewhere else!!!!

I never seen very very bad clinic like this front desk they are so rude, disrespectful and unprofessional. I came from Virginia for checkup and still now I can't get my prescription can you imagine still now am sick. Every day I call morethan 10 times but no body responds phone. I came this clinic I don't have insurance and am looking for cheapest clinic that's way I came from Virginia this clinic but not cheap they charge me for every single thing $ 75 even listen results on the phone they charge me they are focus only money I west my time my money 😤 and still am sick and I can't get my prescription no body listen problems and complaints please don't west your time and your money for this clinic you will get another an other Additional diseases.

The dysfunctions that are present at this establishment are just way too many to list. Your e-mails through the patient portal will go unanswered. Basic requests are rebuffed. You may or may not be able to get ahold of someone on the phone when you call in. Medical records will routinely get lost/mixed-up. It's a mess.

I wish all clinics and staff are learn how to treat their patients with dignity and respect, This clinic should be a model it’s very clean you will be surprised about the neatest of the clinic it’s always clean. All Staffs from the check in the doctors are very caring and make you feel better and you know you are in a good hands . I would like to say Thank you all MCC clinic staff for great service.

Pathetic. The doctor didn't even touch or check the tooth. He was more interested in my other teeth than the infected one. Gave me an antibiotic, a treatment plan and a non refundable appointment suggestion. 18 days wasted in pain to get a nonsense amoxicillin prescription

Few years back this place used to people oriented but now it has turned to money oriented. Staff are annoyed and don't care to respond to the phone. So my question is why it's call Muslims cente? DR are good but staff are hum

Nurses and admin staff are really incompetent. They regularly delay sending prescriptions and often deny and lie about it. We've had numerous occasions where we've gone without medication for days because the doctors take too long to respond.

This place does a lot for the community with the resources that it has. A lot of people use the various services available, and sometimes it backs up due to sheer volume. However, all the practicioners are professional and very hard working for their patients. On the community clinic level, you can't find a better place with as many different specialties/services available.

I have patients I bring to this clinic for more than 10 years and has been a great experience. Employees are so friendly. Co-pay very affordable

If I could give 10000 stars I would. MCC is the best clinic in town. They are friendly and kind. Dr Lori was awesome and truly cared about her patient….she took her time to listen to any concerns. The entire staffs is friendly. This is only place that they don’t make you wait when your time is up. My check in experience was beyond extraordinary and nurse who took my mom vials is very knowledgeable and very helpful. Place is also clean….I just wanted to thank you all for your great work…. The clinic is great for those who wants to leave a healthy lifestyle. Thank 🙏🏾

The staff is so awesome and friendly. They keep their appointments, so do yourself a favor and arrive on time or 10 minutes prior. They are very welcoming no matter what your background is. They have a new and easy log in computerized system such that you do not miss your spot. Very affordable if you do not have health insurance. I would highly recommend 👌

I was soooo happy by the way I was attended at the MCC Medical Clinic. It was for a dental appointment and the team is very professional and compassionate. They put people first. Very nice place.

This place is by far the BEST medical facility I’ve EVER been too. From the front desk staff to the nurses, doctors, pharmacy personnel, EVERYONE service is EXCEPTIONAL. I changed my doctor from NY to MCC with not one regret. My current Dr. Gina is like a walking Angel. From the time I left I started calling my friends to please use this clinic for their medical appointments. The lab technician didn’t take care of me right.First she took one patient before me.I asked her that if she following the list she said she did but when I see the she crossed the bottom. I was so disappointed it’s not fair for other patients
