Today
I
ordered
my
Weis
to
go.
Everything
went
well
until
it
was
time
to
pick
it
up.
I
called
the
Weis
to
go
number
and
I
didn’t
receive
an
answer.
A
month
ago
I
had
this
same
problem.
I
called
several
times
with
no
answer.
I
got
out
of
my
car
with
my
dog
and
went
inside
the
store.
I
spoke
to
the
customer
service
person
and
non
apologetically
she
said
she
would
be
right
out.
I
thought
to
myself
and
said
the
main
reason
you
pay
$5
dollars
more
is
for
them
to
pick
up
the
groceries
for
you
and
also
the
convenience
of
being
able
to
sit
in
the
car
and
have
someone
put
the
groceries
in
the
car
for
you.
Once
we
were
outside
she
said
next
time
call
the
service
desk
because
the
WEIS
TO
GO
line
is
down.
Again
I
said
Self
why
don’t
they
post
the
number
to
call
on
the
Weis
to
go
sign
outside
the
store.
Now
back
to
today.
I
remembered
that
interaction
and
called
the
service
desk
where
they
told
me
the
weis
to
go
line
is
down..
Now
I’m
on
here.
Why
aren’t
you
posting
this
on
the
sign
outside.
How
hard
is
it
to
get
a
piece
of
paper
and
tape
the
number
you
want
people
to
call
on
the
sign.
Come
on,
let’s
go
the
extra
mile
especially
since
people
like
me
is
paying
$5
conscience
fee.
Are
you
giving
me
half
my
money
back
because
I
have
to
do
extra
work.
