I just moved in the area and been to this location a few times. From the start it is by far the most unprofessional environment. Management is awful. I feel bad for the workers here. The bathrooms are unsanitary and always have a foul odor. The workers are very nice and welcoming. I’ve spoken to the manager Jr , from the start it looked as if he had a attitude and didn’t want to speak. I have over heard him talking to few of the workers very rudely a couple times. He seems very arrogant and is loud. My issue was still not resolved that day, i ended up leaving out of the store. I will be taking my shopping elsewhere.

I worked there for 8 months in 2021, I was wrongfully fired, had my time & money wasted during the process of getting fired, I was given a hard time by management & other employees when I was literally just doing my job, and a white employee used the n word with an er at the end in front of me multiple times. This store is beyond messed up.

For a supermarket that hasn't been updated since the 90's, its a good spot. Plenty of great deals, large selection of fresh produce and meats. Management does a good job keeping it clean and well stocked. Staff is super friendly and helpful. The pharmacy closes for an hour at lunch time...just so you know. Otherwise, pleasant shopping experience in lovely Laurel.

I love Weis above all other grocery stores. They have everything strategically put in place to where I can find everything. Weis is cozy and personal to my shopping. The workers are friendly and genuine - especially in the produce, deli, and seafood departments. Always tightly stocked with products. The bathroom needs to be renovated more and deordorized, too. I love seeing the flowers when you first enter. And thank you for cleaning up the funky odor when you first come into the store. I really love Weis bargains, too.

This is a nice aftermarket but the store manager really needs to rethink the new trolleys. This is 2023. No one carries cash anymore. How are your customers suppose to get a cart? Bad move.

Today I ordered my Weis to go. Everything went well until it was time to pick it up. I called the Weis to go number and I didn’t receive an answer. A month ago I had this same problem. I called several times with no answer. I got out of my car with my dog and went inside the store. I spoke to the customer service person and non apologetically she said she would be right out. I thought to myself and said the main reason you pay $5 dollars more is for them to pick up the groceries for you and also the convenience of being able to sit in the car and have someone put the groceries in the car for you. Once we were outside she said next time call the service desk because the WEIS TO GO line is down. Again I said Self why don’t they post the number to call on the Weis to go sign outside the store. Now back to today. I remembered that interaction and called the service desk where they told me the weis to go line is down.. Now I’m on here. Why aren’t you posting this on the sign outside. How hard is it to get a piece of paper and tape the number you want people to call on the sign. Come on, let’s go the extra mile especially since people like me is paying $5 conscience fee. Are you giving me half my money back because I have to do extra work.

I give this place a 5 star for their donuts most everything else I feel is more expensive than Harris Teeter.

This store is just down right awful. my friend used to work here two years ago and he was harassed by multiple employees when he was just literally doing his job. an employee named nick would say the n word with the hard R in front of his face frequently, and some of the managers wasted his time and money twice when he was wrongfully fired. never shopping here again.

I spent close to 200$ there last week (1st time there) and everything I bought was rotten within 3-4 days and yogurts expired the next day(I did not realize the dates as usually grocery stores don’t keep such short dates on the shelf) from fruits to vegs to yogurts all expired and rotten within 2-3 days of buying… never ever will I shop with this place again.

WEiS is among the best supermarkets around. There's lush foliage available in front with more lovely floral arrangements just inside the entrance. The shopping experience continues with a well stocked departments, each with unexpected delights to make your day. Great shopping!

WEIS is A NOT TO BE MISSED Super Market & Grocery Experience. The visit was 🍀SPECTACULAR! We found many opportunities in the wide selection on display, within easy reach. WEiS is well designed, equipped and managed. The delightful, courteous & helpful staff is outstanding. Enjoy!

I have been going to this exact location for almost 40 years, my parents even longer. I drive 30 mins to get to this grocery store. It's always clean and the staff are so helpful. I always get a 'good morning' and a wave on sat mornings. The check-out area is always quick to have open lanes and if I have large bags of dog food, a staff member will always come over and scan the bag so I don't have to pick it up. And on top of all that the vegan selection is a very nice touch when needed and the music selection makes me leave with smile on my face. I will always go to this location if I can!

When money is tight and you need meat, they put out specials on meats that are reaching final date, freeze it till you need it. The prices are decent on most merchandise.

Today was not a good day to give five stars for service. Went to deli counter at stire in Route 1 near Route 32. White guy ahead of me was waited on. White deli representative wanted me to wait forever for service to get baked ham sliced. I walked away. Employee seemed deliberately disinterested or wanted me to not get waited on until he finished all of his projects beyond returning meat to counter from prior customer. I left store. Hot food was cold.

Before my grandma passed away, I’d shop at this store every week for her. The pharmacy staff are really nice, the selection of goods is great, and the food is usually very fresh.

I've been shopping at this weis for almost 25 years. Its always clean and most of the employees are nice and helpful. As far as the deli is concerned the hours are awful and the mgr could use a customer service class ! ! I haven't been able to get fresh cut lunch meat for about 7/8 days .

A great local stop for groceries or quick pickups. It's my local grocery store with friendly staff and all the essentials. They are well stocked and have several deals throughout the week on baked goods, meats, and other branded products. Definitely check the meat section for great deals on meat. They always have some preseason meats for sale for a quick meal. And really good deals daily.

The pharmacy is excellent. They are the most friendly people. I am not sure about any other departments, but they make you feel welcome like an old fashioned drug store in a rural neighborhood.

Prices seem to be higher than other area stores Can't believe 16 bucks for quart of infant formula. That's 64 a gallon. Think about it.

By far the worst establishment in this location. I’ve been in this area for a couple of years now. The management had went down tremendously. Trace the supervisor screams at its workers that I’ve witness this for my own eyes. His attitude is ridiculous. The organization is terrible. He doesn’t treat his shoppers with respect, Communication is terrible. I had to go back and forth between person to person. I will be finding another market to shop at. Weis needs to find better management to establish in this local market.

Worse market for produce! Always produce that is almost rotten being sold! I go into Wei’s last night for lettuce for today and to my surprise (not so suprised) the lettuce is horrible and had to chuck 90% of it in the garbage! Lettuce leaves brown and wilted. Didn’t have much else to pick from while at the store as all of the lettuce looked old so I picked what I thought was the best looking one! Nope! If you buy produce it’s almost always old, moldy and has to be used as soon as you get home or else you’ll be throwing it away next day. Tired of wasting money at this store!
