While
many
reviewers
post
5
stars
conservatively-
I
would
like
to
give
credit
when
the
experience
was
overall
a
success
with
no
complaints.
Anything
I
state
here
is
an
observation-
and
not
necessarily
negative
or
unsatisfactory-
it
just
happened
and
I
am
just
sharing
the
occurrence.
I
will
95%
of
my
time-
choose
a
Marriott
brand
vs.
any
other
hotel.
I
love
using
their
app-
Marriott
Bonvoy
with
the
mobile
digital
room
key.
I
love
the
option
to
be
able
to
indicate
handicap
accessiblity
needs
and
indicate
any
other
needs
in
the
comment
section.
The
site
told
me
in
a
pop
up
Window
that
the
handicap
room
was
not
available.
But
when
I
called
to
confirm
the
reservation,
they
told
me
that
I
would
be
getting
a
handicap
accessible
room.
That
was
honored
as
well
as
a
small
request
to
check
out
late
because
we
travel
with
an
87
year
old
mom
and
besides
her
meal
and
shower
needs
it
is
not
simple
to
pack
and
leave
in
a
timely
manner
due
to
mobility
in
chronic
conditions.
So
I’d
like
to
thank
the
hotel
chain
and
brand
and
staff
for
always
being
understanding.
There
was
supposed
to
be
a
sofa
in
room
but
was
able
to
get
a
rollaway
bed
instead
which
was
better.
Traveling
with
someone
who
is
handicap
takes
2
people(in
my
humble
opinion).
So
we
had
1
bed
and
the
rollaway
which
was
PERFECT.
The
hotel
was
very
nice,
very
clean
neat
and
organized.
There
were
a
lot
of
kids
,
probably
for
a
sports
tournament,
and
they
ran
around
the
hotel
inside
and
out.
There
were
some
convenience
food
options
and
a
small
menu
to
order
from
the
Bistro.
We
ordered
4
items-
the
Chef
salad,
Brussels
sprouts,
chicken
wings
and
the
flat
bread.
All
very
good.
There
were
other
restaurants
not
too
far-
but
we
were
comfortable
after
a
7
hour
road
trip.
The
staff
served
the
meal
timely
but
told
us
we
were
not
allowed
to
bring
“food”
from
outside
to
eat
at
thei
restaurant
in
the
hotel.
We
had
some
coffee
drinks
from
Wawa
and
a
packed
sweet
potato
that
I
heated
up
in
their
microwave
to
eat
with
the
meal.
Apparently
that
was
not
accepted
at
this
area
and
if
we
wanted
to
consume
those
items
we
should
move
across
the
aisle
way
divided
by
pathway
of
ceramic
tile
just
4
steps
away.
Another
man
eating
his
take
out
food
was
also
asked
to
move.
I
can
respect
that
and
thankful
they
didn’t
make
us
move-
since
we
did
order
an
entrée
from
the
restaurant
for
each
of
us.
Anyway-
a
group
of
men
were
consuming
their
own
alcohol
was
made
to
leave
the
entire
seating
area.
I
get
that
too.
Seems
like
there
could
be
some
middle
ground
here
-
or
ways
to
make
this
a
win
win
situation.
I
have
a
special
diet
preference
and
would
rather
not
to
eat
food
that
are
not
my
best
option.
So
that’s
why
I
brought
my
own
food
but
did
order
something
from
the
restaurant.
Anyway-
it
was
a
wonderful
hotel.
One
more
observation-The
walk
in
shower
was
nice
but
the
water
spreads
all
over
the
entire
bathroom
floor.
Seems
like
the
floor
could
have
been
sloped
in
such
a
way
so
that
the
water
would
drain
towards
the
drain
and
not
towards
the
rest
of
the
bathroom
floor.
Thank
you
for
a
clean
and
organized
hotel
.
