This
was
a
very
disappointing
stay.
But
first,
the
positives:
1.
The
hotel
was
relatively
clean.
2.
My
room
was
comfortable.
3.
I
had
2
positive
interactions
with
front-desk
staff.
4.
Maintenance
staff
were
efficient
and
professional.
The
negatives:
1.
Breakfast
is
not
included,
though
it's
implied
that
it
is.
Not
to
worry
because--
2.
Breakfast
options
are
HORRIBLE.
The
eggs
are
labeled
as
cage-free,
but
I'm
unaware
of
shelled
eggs
that
look
and
taste
like
powdered
eggs.
And
if
those
eggs
WERE,
in
fact,
real
eggs,
shame
on
the
cook!!
The
bacon
was
limp
and
soggy,
the
sausage
was
undercooked.
Even
the
juice
was
nasty.
Definitely
not
worth
the
$15.50
they
charge.
3.
The
hotel
advertised
a
shuttle.
There
was
a
shuttle
on
premises.
But
there
was
either
no
one
to
drive
the
shuttle,
or
the
shuttle
wasn't
working.
I'm
not
sure
which,
because
no
one
could
get
the
story
straight.
Regardless
of
the
rationale,
I
had
to
use
Uber
to
get
to
and
from
my
daily
meetings--an
expense
I
hadn't
figured
into
my
trip
planning.
4.
The
indoor
pool
would
have
been
a
great
amenity...
but
the
water
was
green.
In
all,
it's
quite
a
shame
that
a
franchise
in
the
"hospitality"
industry
exhibited
such
disinterest
in
offering
high-quality
customer
service.
Please
know
that
I
attempted
to
share
my
experience
with
the
general
manager
but,
at
the
time
of
this
review
posting,
I've
not
received
a
response
to
my
request
for
a
conversation.
