Yikes!! Don't stay here!! End of story. I mean its almost like being in a cheap horror movie. The elevator & the stairwell both have stains & a weird smell. Very out dated floors& walls. The room even has stains on the walls. The bathroom was okay, but I didn't use the shower. My bf said that the water didn't get hot. The thin blanket on the bed had burn holes... this is the last time I let my bf pick a place to stay smh lol

I stayed here with my OOT guy. I saw the listing on southwest and the pictures/offer for this location looked beautiful and the price was great. The horrors started from there. The curtains were dry rotted and shattered like glass when I tried to open them for light. At 3am homeless people followed my guy inside from the parking lot where he went to smoke. The homeless dude wanted us to take him with us to Richmond. It was a terrifying night. The filth was everywhere. I left a parting gift of an open tuna can inside the TV.

This is room 169… The worst hotel I’ve ever stayed in. Lobby doors lock at 6:30pm. You have to go to a broken sliding window and knock to check in. The secured door is broken to the hallway where my room was. I walk in to a freshly made bed, walls covered in grease by the microwave, cobwebs, white stuff above the headboard, scuffs and dirt. One wall is broken. 3 lamps but only 1 works. Sheets and blankets have burn marks in them. Remote to tv didn’t work. Curtains have holes in them. The bathroom had folded towels and “mustache” clippings all over counter, in sink, as well as the toilet. The next morning when housekeeping came to ask if I needed fresh towels, I told her about the room… She said, “ I’m not the only person cleaning and that’s management’s problem not mine.” When I went and told the front desk the old man got angry and said what do you want?! Another guy came and said who made this room available. This hotel has A lot of rooms. Some rooms they charge more than $70 others are around $55. They have long term residence. They charge $1300 a month to stay in this dump… The owners should be ashamed and embarrassed. They are making close to $200K a month

OMG. Where do I begin. The main lobby is outdated and feels like stepping into a time warp. The carpet in the halls are dingy and flat- so flat that a vacuum wouldn't do them justice. The hotel has two parts ;a garden building and a tower. The tower lobby has dilapidated A/C - heating units in the hall ... well, thank goodness it's fall. The hotel room was abysmal; there were holes in the walls, the walls were filthy, and the bed - if I can call it that - was uncomfortable and flat, like a box spring. It's obvious that the owners of this dive don't care about the customers; they just care about collecting money. Just avoid this place. There are better alternatives all around.

I booked a king size bed and when I arrived there, my room was already taken. One of the workers there lied to me stating that he booked another room with a king size bed......it was a lie. After arriving in the room, it looked like a tales from the cypt needs an major upgrade inside and outside. I wouldn't recommend this place to my worst enemy.....wasn't place this place needs a major upgrade.

This old man is rude and quick to say I will call the police. I tried to help the business out because it looked like it was suffering. I asked him if I could see his event spot. He told me only if I knew the date. I told him that if i like the spot, I can give a date. He told me to get out and he was going to call the police. Remind you I have paid for a room for over a year for someone else.

This place needs to be closed down. Department of housing needs to be put in the picture of the dilapidated buildings and rooms that are inhabitable for humans to live in. The rooms are dirty old, dirty linen, stained smelly linen, awful furniture and carpet. Do not lodge at this so called hotel. It needs to be shut down. I will definitely report them to department of health or housing whatever agency is responsible for inspecting these businesses.

The manager was bad (nasty) and he was so hard to deal with. The room was dirty, broken toilet, it links, the toilet seat is wobbly, the shower can not be controlled the temperature, the bathroom door nob was missing. It's just a hole on the door...where the door should be. There's no remote control for the TV. I have to asked for the remote at the front office. The place is bad and shameful;.it's so lapidated. The carpet and room smells and the chair was stained and dirty. I RENTED FOR TWO NIGHTS. WHEN I RETURNED FROM RUNNING ERRANDS THE PUB KEY CARD DID NOT WORKED. I HAVE TO GO BACK TWICE TO THE OFFICE TO GET IT VALIDATED. THE place is like you are in the poor side of town or ghetto. I do not want to stay in that place anymore. It's not safe. I am not going back there No MORE.. It's my mistake for renting a room there.

The price of the hotel per night is OK but the conditions of the hotel were not that great the first room I went into it smell like somebody or some people just left out of there. The bad wasn’t made and the heating air condition didn’t work so I checked into a room And went to go take a shower shower water remain cold to where I had to use the sink to clean myself the very last time I stay at this hotel and they were ever get my business unless they do a complete 360

Room we were given was loaded with bedbugs. Bed had blood from said bedbugs and shower was disgusting. Night manager was very rude. Wouldnt recommend staying there unless you want to catch something or bring unwanted guests home

This place is a run down dump, I've been here a week and have seen house keeping 1 time, there's garbage piled up around the stairs, and when i asked to see a room in the"nicer"section of the hotel i was told by the clerk he didn't have a key, while he was literally standing in front of the electronic key coder , ridiculous,

Buyer beware. This was not a good experience. Staff was not friendly, wouldn't even look me in the eye. Rooms were dirty and unkempt. Trash still in the dressor. And don't get me started on the addicts and homeless people roaming around the parking lot asking for cigarettes and money. The price was fair but not worth it.

None of the stuff listed is in the rooms. Had to catch mice in room myself. This is literally. The place you go when you have no other options . And then on top of that you have an old Indian guy trying to swindle money from people . Telling them they owe money when the receipt reads O and will tell you the machine is broken so that you have to give home CASH. And if you don’t he will tell you he is going to call the police.. I could go on……But I think you get the picture

This is the most disgusting hotel I have ever stayed in. Ever. My boyfriend and I needed something decently cheap to stay in overnight a few hours before taking him to BWI at 4am. My plan was to come back to the hotel and sleep a few more hours before driving back home about an hour and a half away. After seeing the hotel and our room I decided just to go straight home after dropping him off. I did not feel comfortable staying here by myself. The room was so gross, I felt like I could barely breathe with the stink of cigarettes in the room. There were cigarette burns in the blankets and curtains, and the room looked like it hadn’t been wiped down in years. I wouldn’t be surprised if the bedding wasn’t washed either so i slept on top of some of my clothes I had packed. It was just so shady and gross I can’t believe this hotel is still running.
