Nice hotel at a reasonable price, great location, clean, quiet, spacious room, comfortable bed, good hot water shower, good heating and air conditioning. Plenty of parking and nice breakfast included. Friendly staff.

Stayed for an event nearby. The staff were very nice and helpful, even offered to hold my bags while my room was still getting set for my check in later in the day. I can definitely recommend.

The room was dirty. Yes that is a large hair pin a ball of hair and food on the floor. The room also stinks like old scented hairspray. There was nat any regular creamer at the coffee station. With Diamond status and over 150k points I'm done with Hilton properties.

Stayed here before covid started, first time back on road since, after my drive back from Florida I made it a point to come back to Hampton Inn, I called when I was about a hour and a half away, very courteous staff and informed me to come along they will have a room. Again nice room, comfortable bed, and excellent breakfast the coffee was very good also, should have had 2 cups. Also plastic gloves were available so as not to touch the serving utensil and hand sanitizer by elevator, I will be back when ever I'm in the area

This was the 3rd Hampton Inn we stayed at in a 2 week period and it was great!!! The folks at the front desk Rosemary and Manuel are exceptional!! Friendly, helpful and like where they work. I appreciated their assistance during check in, hotel extension and check out. Marisol who runs the breakfast is a champ!! She takes pride in ensuring the food people eat is tasty and fresh. The rooms were clean and quiet. The ladies cleaning were also helpful with extra towels and other times we needed for a weeks stay. The gym was clean and the machines were good machines. Again, a great experience for a family traveling with 2 toddlers.

Nope. Outdated. Grossly overpriced. Most rooms/hallways smell like smoke. Diamond status was a chore. Unregistered guests present for breakfast… Fire alarms at midnight…. Super weird vibe. Not certain what is really going on here? Hilton should be wary of attaching their namesake.

The Hampton Inn Laurel is a basic hotel. The best things about it were: the location, the excellent staff, and the complimentary hot breakfast. All the staff members were there to make your stay the best, and each took pride in the property they work at. The rooms are badly in need of renovation. Our first room had a soft and old bed, but when we were moved to another room upon request, the bed was better. In both rooms the bathroom sinks did not drain, although the showers were strong and decent. The tiled floors need re-grouting. The colors are dark and dingy, and the carpet had some stains. The views were terrible, and the windows did not open for any air. However, the A/C was sufficient. There is no fan in the bathroom, which is a problem with steam when one showered. I think that is a code violation. We did ask for housekeeping during our 3 day stay and they did a good job. The breakfast was very good and the coffee was delicious. The lobby was nicely appointed and comfortable. The pool looks nice, however it was not open when we were there. I think that the staff goes above and beyond for their guests, but the sad appearance and condition of the rooms will lead me in a different direction when I book a stay in the greater Laurel area in the future.

Enjoyed my week here! The hotel is nice and accommodating. Everything you need is within walking distance. I would definitely stay here again. I didn’t give it 5 stars because it seemed like every time I left my room my door key wouldn’t work and the WiFi was pretty awful. That was annoying it otherwise it’s a great place to stay.

This hotel is outdated. Electrical outlets need to be upgraded. Bathroom tub backed up and the tv is hella small. The elevator conks out periodically and we had to walk up to our rooms! Kids were playing “ding dong” ditch and running up and down the stairs. We also had a roach on the desk chair 🤢🤢

The room was very dated & the bed was extremely low, even for wheelchair accessible. Closet door was jammed, a few outlets didnt work, no fan in bathroom - mirror fogs up completely. Breakfast was decent but furniture was low and also outdated.

First time here, very quiet and decent. They don't clean your room everyday you must notify the front desk before 11 am if you want service. The bath tub and the drain was in poor condition needed some upgrade i thought the bath tub was dirty however it was all rust with poor drain. The fruits at the breakfast was near rotten wasn't fresh. Reps at the front desk was very pleasant.

The first room was infested with ants, and we were switched to another. This hotel needs to be renovated. I was disappointed. The young lady at the desk was helpful.

Just OK, seems dated, had to pry my Gold Member bottle of water and snack from the front desk member. She stated I only get water, but the sign shows Gold or Diamond is eligible, she then obliged. Weird exchange. Walls are super thin, as you can hear the cell phone ring in the next room, the whole conversation, them using the bathroom(number 1) and then washing their hands. Like having a roommate, but not seeing them, only hearing them. I will check other properties outside of this area moving forward.

Very clean, friendly and professional staff. Hot breakfast. Beds were comfortable, good tv channels, AC was on point, no problem getting extra towels and tissue. Lots of shops and nearby restaurants minutes away. Concierge was really nice , I even had my amazon packages delivered to the hotel. Would definitely recommend and stay again.

I didn’t enjoy my last stay. The room was not available as at 3pm on arrival. The bathroom had just 2 towels for 2day stay; only 1 toilet paper was provided. Upon request for more toilet papers, house keeping didn’t provide them, she said the front desk would provide those. These were so discouraging. Breakfast was good though.

Hotel was very clean and quiet when we stayed. Beds were comfortable. Breakfast area was well maintained and clean. Front desk was quick to provide a regular card key when my digital key wasn't working. Would definitely stay here again.

Not so great service. Clearly someone was smoking on my floor and there were dogs as well when pets aren't allowed. The staff never told me the details on how I can have my trash picked up and how to get more toilet paper or trash bags. No one was ever at the front desk.

We arrived late and checked in. We had a suite and when we walked in, there was a cover on the sofa. We didn’t think anything of it until we went to open the sofa sleeper for my son!! OMG! It was horrible! The cushions were all busted up! My husband told them if they put this sofa out on the street no one would take it! If I could post the pictures I would! The room smelled of old smoke and all they could do was spray the room for us!! There were no other rooms!! Needless to say we checked out the next day! We were planning to stay 4 nights. I called Fairfield Inn and got a room with no problem that smelled so much better! However, the manager at Hampton did give me her card and said if I ever came back this way call her and she will give me 1 night free! Ain’t gonna happen! For this to be a Hilton property this was very disappointing!

I always stay at this location when I visited from out of town. I haven't had a bad experience yet. The front desk staff has always been polite and showed Great customer service. I will recommend this location to anyone. Only thing I don't like is the way the toilet is made, lol.

Needed somewhere to stay for work. The hotel smelled of cigarettes and marijuana everywhere. The elevator had something spilled in it overnight and there was no wet floor sign. The bed was old. The bedside tables were broken. The breakfast was good. That’s about it.
