This place pulled a quick one on me. I made a reservation with booking for 2 days and paid in advance. When i show up to check in, I'm told the payment wasn't received. And so i proceeded to make the payment in person while i had booking refund what was charged originally because the associate told me the booking would be honored if I paid it in person. Fast forward to today, i learn that i was charged much much more. There were no attempts to contact me about the matter. Something about the booking was canceled after i paid and checked in. Weird. When i finally got the chance to speak to the manager, she was very combative and condescending with no want to understand the situation. Made it real clear that i would not be getting the original rate. She went so far as to joke about firing the gentleman who checked me in. I find her behavior to be very disturbing. Beware of the predatory nature of this establishment.

just seems very misleading to have pictures of the hotel and then place people in the motel when they check in... it would be a much better system if you allowed people to choose and maybe made the motel rooms a discounted rate since its definitely not the same quality. the room smelled bad and was the typical run down seedy motel vibe with dim lighting old carpet/furniture etc. bed was lumpy and sank in a lot. but at least no bugs that I saw! also the staff was kind and very pleasant. room felt dirty in the way that motels typically do but no obvious stains or anything on the sheets/towels/bathroom so that was good. carpet seemed gross so I just wore shoes the whole time. overall it was definitely disappointing to be placed in the motel when we were expecting at least a slightly better quality. if we knew we would have just booked a different place for the price. but for what it was, the experience wasn't too bad.

Room was full of roaches. 9/5/23 In my food and babies roaches all over the floor. Complained at checkout. Didnt see issue until about 1a.m. Was told the Manager would contact me that day and I had to call to the Days Inn again. Manager finally called me at 12 noon 2 days later. Manager/Owner offered 20% discount. Not good enough. I should have a reasonable expectation of no roaches, rodents or bed bugs wherever I pay to stay.

My partner and I stayed here Saturday night to rest before heading back home on Saturday. The room itself was rather bare bones, but there was a hole in the bathroom door. Getting out of the hotel to leave was difficult due to it being on a busy road. That in and of itself is not a glitch; it is what it is. The bed was super lumpy and it felt like it was sucking me in so it was difficult to get out and it made my back hurt. Otherwise, it was a decent stay. What really grinds my gears is that my partner got charged 2 times: 100 room deposit plus the price for the room. The room was paid for through Priceline so he should not have been charged for it. Only the room deposit is on the receipt. We wouldn't have known about it if he didn't check his banking app on a whim. When he talked to the receptionist about it 2 times, he was told conflicting information: it was an extra room deposit and should be returned; it's charged by Priceline so he needs to take it up with them. Priceline doesn't know anything about it and said the hotel is charging it. So my partner got charged 200 dollars and none of the money was returned. When he tried to call and talk to someone about, the number was disconnected. When he tried to talk to someone on the national level to dispute the charge, the call was dropped and no one would talk to him. This hotel scammed him out of 200 dollars. Do not stay here.

Rooms was very spacious for the cheap price there listed at . Hot breakfast included and very quiet rooms . I love it here. Only wish the Wi-Fi was a little better

There are no microwaves in the rooms because all of their guests were raised by wolves and have never encountered such technology.... Soon these motels will just be empty rooms. There will be a bed with no pillow or blankets because one could suffocate and their should be grateful for that because even the bedframe could potentially be hazardous.

Horrible HORRIBLE!!! PLEASE PLEASE SAVE YOURSELVES AND DON’T EVER BOOK WITH THIS MOTEL! DEBRA WINKOWSKI NEEDS TO BE FIRED! I booked a motel with an outside booking company and she refused to let us check in! Very rude to us and made us contact the booking company which was very inconvenient. Once we completed that she still didn’t let us in! She is a total mess and needs to be fired!! Whoever the owner is please listen to this review. I have been staying at your motel quite frequently due to a job in your area. However, I will not be staying there anymore. I lost a reservation due to Debra who is at the front desk. If I get a refund I will take this review down and possibly consider booking with you again…

Warning! Do not stay at this hotel. The employees are extremely rude and they put a mother and six kids out in the rain on today. The mother paid for the room online but then the employee tried to charge her another price.

The room smells like Marijuana and we asked for a change of room but was denied due to technical issues on available room! I do not recommend this place! Customer service was soo rude and very unprofessional!!! sanitation was bad! There was cockroaches and the curtain has a bad foul/smell and it looks very dirty. If I could give them a negative star review I would!

I feel very mislead and grossed out. I booked the "Hotel" at 10PM after a long work trip from my phone. I looked at the first 20 or so photos on Google maps. It appeared to be a "Hotel" layout with rooms inside a hallway judging on photos. I arrive and found out they have a Motel setup across the parking lot from the main building (Door that opens directly to the parking lot). After laying down for 45Mins browsing the internet on my phone I felt something crawling on me 😱. Found out it was just an ant so I decided to follow it for a bit once I let it crawl off me. After following it for 30 or so mins "Yes I know it's a waste of time but I find following bugs fun" anyways I found out they had a nest directly under my Motel room exterior door in the left side corner. 🤢 I'm ok with one or two ants but not a whole nest in my room 🤮 After finding the ants I saw they were carrying food. I then tracked them for another 30 or so mins and found the source of crumbs they were eating from on my poorly vacuumed carpet 🫤 After being grossed out I did thorough investigation of my room of which I found a large dead bug in the closet I couldn't Identify with long antennae. The coffee machine looks like it would give me syphilis just touching the thing. The air filter to the AC unit was in need of some love and care for its cleaning. The Bible in the drawer looked like the Unholy bible if you know what I mean 🤮🤮🤮🤮 (I regret touching that bible) Took me a minute to figure out why I couldn't turn on the lamp in the room. Can't think of why staff would leave it unplugged. Maybe a guest unplugged it and the "Cleaning crew" didn't notice even thought the cord was lain across the floor in plain site. While I went to eat my soup at the table to the right of the TV I couldn't help but notice more Unholy stains. This time they plastered the wall and were shimmering like stars in the night sky. Makes me believe they were put there in the last week or so because the shimmer made them look not fully dry. I didn't want to touch the wall to find out as I found touching the bible regretful enough for one night.🤢🤢🤮🤮 On a lighter note I only found 1 hair in the shower. Found that surprising it wasn't multiple based on the fact I had a whole ant colony. I expected worse shower cleaning but good job for keeping hair to a minimum 🙄 The motel is in a more quiet section of town with little road noise but had the kind guests that decided to roll up in the lot blasting their subs at 12 Midnight. Again being in the motel section of the hotel you can get easily disturbed while trying to sleep. For those who think I sound biased about subwoofers I'm not. I even have a pair of kickers in my car but respect residential zones and hotel parking lots especially at night when I know people are trying to sleep. The room had the classic (Light) urine, musty cigarette smoke and burt hair smell mixture that most motels have again it was on the mild to light side so it didn't phase me considering I have a weak nose but keep mind the classic motel smell is there. Lastly Hotel shampoo/conditioner choice is going on my negative list. Shampoo is not very gender neutral. It smells like Pungent dollar store perfume. Id hope more for like a ocean breeze, tropical mist, citrus blast. As a blue collar manly man worker sleeping in a motel for business reasons I'm not trying to go to work smelling like perfume. The bottle says (White tea) but smells similar to lilac flowers in a dollar store perfume kind of way. Hope this review helps someone Overall = gross hotel/motel Dirt, bugs, unholy stains, cig smell, clogged AC filter, hair in shower, needs slightly more gender neutral shampoo (Smells too female for a man to use IMO) ,broken glass fragment on carpet. Positives = Energy efficient GE lightbulbs (First time I've seen name brand LED bulbs in a motel), Modern looking 32ish inch Samsung LED TV can't read model since it's on the wall but id probably guess 1080P, Untested = unlimited phone data so I never tried the internet.

Owner should Go and respond to your staffs not here. Is like a cartel at days inn Laurel MD. They are just out to get you. Front desk charged my card and denied it right in front of me? Won’t let me show her the prove. two days later manager cancels the charge and asked me to leave the building for smoking in the room …lies. I am still itching from bed bugs and I have pictures to prove it. The frustrating part is that you don’t have any option than to suck this things up. HORRIBLE HORRIBLE HORRIBLE!! Debra Winkowski is evil and does not belong anywhere near public service. She derives joy in seeing people go through pains and some of her employees feels protected by her. I felt humiliated after trying to get help from her. She is a lier and obviously is not just my opinion.
