RUDE STAFF, NO BREAKFAST, and SMELLY ROOMS I booked a non-smoking room but was given a room which smelled TERRIBLE with full of smoke. Upon request to change, the woman on front desk argued that the room is non smoking. Finally she agreed to change the room after a long argument and after making a remark that “she is agreeing to change the room only because I am Indian, otherwise she wouldn’t (and I am not even Indian”. She also said that if I don’t like the changed room, I can cancel the reservation. The hotel description says breakfast included. But IT IS A SCAM. They only had Honey bun and very bad coffee. I will never stay at Super 8 and specifically this one. Avoid this property if you can.

Sketchy neighborhood, ( but I had no real safety issues) outdated dark, ugly bed covers. My room smelled - musty, but was CLEAN AND comfortable. Had to buy air freshener, which cleared the smell with running the airconditioner and openning the front foor. Staff not very friendly, but moved me to a first floor room dt my Hand injury/ disability. Close to our concert venue.

I was a little disappointed with this place. We got a non smoking area room. But the room smelled so strong of cigarettes, that I went to the dollar store to buy a room spray. Even like that the room smell strong, we tried opening the door to help as well. The plus side on staying here was that there's a good Mexican restaurant next to them.

One of the worst hotel experiences I've ever had in the US was at this particular place. Despite the website boasting numerous amenities, the reality was nothing short of a nightmare. First and foremost, there was no Wi-Fi available, which was incredibly frustrating. I brought this issue to the manager's attention, hoping for a resolution, but all I received was a dismissive response suggesting that I call the Wi-Fi company myself to address the problem. I did as instructed, but unfortunately, the Wi-Fi company never showed up, leaving me without any connectivity for the entire two days of my stay. Another disappointment was the so-called "breakfast included" that they advertised on their website. To my dismay, the breakfast they provided was nothing more than a honeybun, accompanied by a rather unappetizing selection of apple and orange juice. Eating the honeybun felt like an invitation for immediate heartburn, and the juice seemed utterly repulsive, like someone had vomited into it. Adding to the already unpleasant experience, the whole place reeked of marijuana. The pervasive smell made it incredibly uncomfortable and unwelcoming. To put it bluntly, this hotel is simply garbage.

Be very careful if you book a room here. They will try to cheat you any way that they can. I booked two weeks ahead of time via the hotel's website (not a third party) and used the promotion to pay at booking for a lower price. The woman at the front desk insisted that I did not have a reservation and would have to pay the same day booking fee. Once I gave her my confirmation number, she "magically" found my reservation. She then insisted that I had not actually paid in advance and tried to charge me AGAIN for a room I already paid for. I had to pull up my reservation on my phone AND my credit card statement to prove that I'd already paid before she "magically" found confirmation that I'd already paid for my stay. She also told me that I couldn't check in yet because it wasn't 3pm. It was 3:15pm at that time. The room was relatively clean, except for the walls which were stained with yellow drips. The problem was the staff.

Made a reservation a month in adavnce and they gave my room away when it was already paid for. I arrived at 4pm to check in. They advertise continental breakfast and they also had nothing. Not even coffee! Asked for an extra blanket was denied. Don't waste your money at this location!!!

The parking lot is miniscule. They advertise it as large vehicle friendly but It was hard to fit a compact car here. They also advertised breakfast items but they only had coffee and honeybun. The room was awful. The lights didn't work the wall outlet was loose the ceiling was falling... The security also needs to be worked on there was a tweaker hanging out in front of my door shooting up drugs and some guy claiming to be security. Not sure they actually have a security guard... These are all factors that can be controlled and the price is absurd they charge for such a place. It's not good.. they cheaped out but charge the premium.

This hotel is a run-down cheap motel not worthy of the Wyndham name. The room had a foul odor and wasn't cleaned properly, homeless people have taken over the stairwell making it a bit scary, the room wasn't ready at 3p and the staff was less than accommodating for the inconvenience! There was no outdoor pool (as listed on the advertisement on here) and there was no breakfast either. All this for $170/night!

Excellent hotel, the staff is very professional and amicable. The room was beyond clean and the microwave and refrigerator were both in great condition. I will definitely encourage everyone for staying here.

First, this hotel is in a sketchy area and grossly overpriced. Reasonably clean but furnishings are bare bones and worn. Towels and sheets left a lot to be desired. Worst of all, we were awoken at 3:30 AM to the sound of someone repeatedly honking a horn on one of the cars in the parking lot. This went on for a few minutes, followed by a gunshot. The honking stopped. Not sure what happened to the intended target. Needless to say, we couldn't leave fast enough.

Rooms were adequate, close to the show. Front desk were fine but I needed nothing. It was clean and reasonably quiet

New Years party woke us up around 2:15 AM, LOUD!!! Continued until after 4:00 AM, LOUD!!! Front desk called our room about 3:30 AM to ask if we could hear party, SERIOUSLY??? Shortly after call staff member knocking on our door. After I dressed I answered the door staff member asked me if I knew which room party was happening [I'm not making this up!] I guess he finally figured out where this extremely LOUD party was coming from and it broke up at about 4;00 AM! I am well aware the hotel had no control over a party starting but the time and manner that they took to deal with it was totally unacceptable. After finally being able to sleep for a few hours went to get coffee and breakfast [Honeybun pastries] which were all gone 8;30 AM. No apologies or any action was offered. Very poorly handled.

15 minutes away from Merriweather Pavilion next to a Mexican restaurant. Plenty of parking decent price. Wendy's and McDonald's are a few minutes away. Refrigerator and microwave are helpful. Bathroom was very clean. Customer service was very nice, friendly, and helpful.

The breakfast was horrible. The orange juice was empty, coffee empty. no food. So we went to the front desk to ask for food. He gave us two honey buns in cellophane wrappers probably from the DOLLAR TREE. After I demanded coffe, the man at the service desk came out and made a fresh pot. He attempted to fix the orange juice machine, to no avail. We got there at 8:30 and they were supposed to have BREAKFAST TILL 9

Our room is filthy. I won't even consider using any of the appliances. The mattresses are stained and lumpy. It smells very musty. The shower is discusting, but the camera won't capture it.
