    Rude employee(white fat ball). Need better management and customer service. Cashier gave her attitude to me. So ridiculous. My last time going to this store. I can’t believe Petsmart hire such person like her.

    It was my dog's first time getting groomed by a professional, Zoey did an amazing job and was super nice to me and my dog Bitsy, Thank you so much I'll definitely be a returning client now!

    DON’T GROOM YOUR DOG HERE 1 They are rude 2 I paid extra to get my dogs teeth and ears cleaned and they didn’t do it. If I didn’t check it would have never gotten done. 3 I’ve had WAY better cuts. It’s just not worth it here. Find ADULT groomers that know how to communicate, know customer service and do a good job. It’s not here

    I just called Petsmart to find out how much it would be for my cat to be groomed, the young lady that answered the phone told me the lady that specialized in cat grooming who could answer my question was busy at the time which is understandable. I was told I could leave my phone number so the cat groomer could call me back with the pricing information to groom my cat, I proceeded to give the young lady over the phone my phone number but she failed to ask me for my name so I said to her don’t you need my name for the cat groomer to call me back to know who to ask for and her response was sure why not. Unfortunately that led me to believe this young lady had no intentions whatsoever to give my phone number to the cat groomer her phone etiquette and professionalism was completely unacceptable I will be looking into somewhere else to take my pet.

    Zomia did an AMAZING job with my dog Princess. She looks gorgeous! I have never had such an amazing experience with another groomer!! So glad i came here and will be coming to zomia moving forward, her customer service was above and beyond.

    This is one of the worst Banfield pet hospitals in the area. I do not recommend to take your pet there. They are so unorganized and more importantly the staff is extremely rude. The veterinarians are ok. The front of the house ( counter staff ) are very rude. They are very i attentive and acts in a very rude manner. I heard the girl ( don’t know her name. She was wearing a pink uniform and light in color ) telling one older gentleman asking her why was he waiting for. ? Her response was “ I don’t know “ in a rude loud manner. Totally unacceptable in any setting. To have these type of rude behaviours In an hospital setting is intolerable. Find genuine pet caring people to work.

    Clean and customer-friendly environment. Loose one star because I saw some dead fighter fish. Not sure if they were not fed or lack of oxygen.

    I wanted to say thank you to Ms Lidia at Greenbelt location. Ms Lidia Is very friendly, knowledgeable, patient and kind with us. I love the way she guided us. She helped us to find what we needed. Her customer service is always outstanding. Every time we go to Pet smart, she’s there to help Me and my family .I really appreciate her.

    I love coming to this place I usually find what I am looking for. Sometimes I do have issues with the other day I was looking for a particular stuffed animal . That the online system said that they had in stock but when I get there I am told none.

    They did a terrible job on my dog gio. My girlfriend went in and asked for the second longest cut for winter and they gave him a razor cut. They also did not even him out in the underbelly and head, as well as feet. This was sloppy to say the least, very unprofessional and they have put my dog at risk of cuts and cold. These people are not experts and should not make decisions on how to cut other people’s dogs. I wish I could give a zero star review, please don’t go to this petsmart.

    Very unhappy with the groomers. They never pick up their phones. I made an appointment online and they were charging $5 more. I asked why and the woman couldn’t give me a good explanation. She said that it was because of the thanksgiving weekend but that’s not true cause even in the summer time it still shows the $5 up charge. Then she said that it was $5 more on the weekend (Friday,Saturday,and Sunday) which didn’t make sense cause it’s only Thursday. I’m not coming back to these groomers with little knowledge of what they’re selling plus they don’t try to help at all.

    Not a great place to take your dogs for grooming !! Zomia was very rude and not helpful at all, she didn’t treat us well from the moment we walked in. I will take my dogs to another location. She needs to be fired, very terrible service!!!

    This is a good store, but be prepared to wait in line (usually only one register is open). The bathrooms are very clean, employees are friendly, and I always enjoy coming here- unless I'm in a hurry.

    If i could give negative stars I would. Called for the grooming and set-up an appointment for my kitten, other than the fact that the person who answered sounded so uninterested and unbothered for the whole call, the nearest appointment was in 4 weeks, 1 DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT they cancel my appointment and tell me the groomer apparently had an off day THE DAY I SCHEDULED MY APPOINTMENT, and that i had to reschedule. They didnt even give me priority in rescheduling so i had to schedule an appointment in another 4 weeks, fast forward to the second appointment, 1 DAY BEFORE THE APPOINTMENT they cancel my appointment and this time they tell me that THE GROOMER I BOOKED DOES NOT DO CATS?!?! I kept calling during their working hours to ask about the situation but they kept saying the groomers were off for the day so i should call tomorrow (im sure that they were not off), after that they told me that the most they could do was offer me a discount and id have to reschedule again. My kitten needed to be dematted for just a couple small mats, but due to this petsmart’s negligence and horrible service, my kittens mats got much worse, and i eventually took him to a different grooming spot. In general this is the worst establishment I have ever seen in my life, in terms of coordination, service, communication, and the staff, I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE TO ANYONE.

    The couple of times of gone here the environment is very hostile and the cashier are usually not helpful. I love going to the Laurel location. I had a incident today where I was harassed by a other customer who rudely bussed in front of me and my little brother and the cashier gaslighted it and of course I tried to defend myself verbally but I’m a small petite woman compared the other lady that looked to be an aggressive and mental person. I’d think the right thing to do was to not ring her up and put order instead of smiling about it. I didn’t start anything and I wished I hadn’t have responded but she rudely went over us and the cashier saw that and she kept on talking after I let her just be there because I didn’t really have the head for that I just went to buy my doggie his food. There’s been other times that the cashiers seemed to be bothered if questions are asked about the foods or they all gather around to talk and have customers waiting. I wish pet smart would hold their workers accountable at the greenbelt location because every time I do go there it’s always a very negative experience. If it’s not then being unprofessional with me it’s usually me witnessing them being rude to others. This incident today that could’ve led to me potentially being placed in a physical altercation, is what has me here, if it were me being the cashier I’d be fair and had told the client that wasn’t acceptable because I didn’t do anything to deserve that she lied saying I bussed infront of her and I did they have cameras and I truly didn’t. To end this I’d like to add I was grieving and buried my aunt yesterday my head space wasn’t to be bothering anyone to be treated this way and unfortunately being treated poorly by a random stranger and then for the cashier to have not handled that in a proper way. Go to this location at your own risk.

    Went yesterday to bring nepfur to the vet. As we walked in we encountered 2 ladies working on the floor made eye contact no greeting. Bella got close to one and she gave us a side eye.. I am an Asst. Store manager elsewhere and I know you should greet customers you make eye contact with. The Bansfield people were nice but the store associates would not speak or smile. As we left, 1 out of the 3 guys standing by the register said " have we a nice day"... so 1of 5 store associates have customer service here.. 🤦‍♂️

    The staff here are so knowledgeable and friendly. Additionally, the store is always well stocked, clean and organized. This is my favorite location to get grub for my dogs

    Young black male , ( don’t know his name) but he was very nice and polite. He was very knowledgeable and helpful in helping me find new fish for my home. An elder lady who I tried to ask for help was not helpful at all. She rushed me and simply said “pick a fish” as if I was at the wharf and it was food. It would be helpful to know males from females, and aggressive from non aggressive fish. He , whoever knew the difference. I’ll be shopping there again, so no worries petsmart won’t lose me as a customer. Thanks again.
