This location sold me SPOILED FOOD. Ordered the loaded nachos , the chips were extremely stale, the sour cream and pico de gallo were spoiled it made me throw up. I’ve called 5 times to address this but no one picks up and it seems like they hung up the last time i called. Do not go to this location at any cost i have still not gotten a refund.

Went for St. Patrick's Day!!! Love the environment and the food. My waitress kept for getting to refill our drinks and to bring me napkins since one of us ordered chicken wings. Highly recommend this place. We wear mask but some didn't since it's not mandatory anymore. But we had a great time.

Last night I went there to celebrate my birthday and a re-encounter with an old friend who is visiting from another country and the MANAGER didn't allow her to drink bc she didn't have a US ID even tho she had her Argentinian ID, her credit card and pictures of her passport BECAUSE SHE'S A TOURIST.... He even went beyond to say she was supposed to get a US ID... Extremely racist!!! (Of course the manager was an old white man)... So you're telling me only Floridians and Americans are allowed to drink here? This was ridiculous! I had to leave the place crying and humiliated. I had my Florida ID we were both over 23 yo and the manager was so inconsiderate and absurd! Ruined my birthday night over a "policy" that makes NO SENSE AND IT'S RACIST!!!!

I don't have much to say besides that it was a beautiful place. First time at the location, but I'm a regular at Flanigan's. We were in a group so I didn't get to enjoy it much, but the wings were amazing.

This is a typical Miami sports bar with the attendant ambience. The service was average, but the food was actually pretty good. We had the glazed salmon and the blackened tilapia sandwich. Both good portions and very tasty.

Soley! Soley! Soley! If you’re at Flanigans on bird (Westchester) do yourself a favor and say hello to Soley! Her professionalism and communication skills are unparalleled. I’ve been going to Flanigans locations since 95’ and this is my first review. First and foremost, she greeted me as I walked in, which can be difficult considering how busy Flanigans always is. She then doubled checked my order, went over everything in detail to ensure it was correct, and did it all with a smile. It’s the little things that matter and she is definitely a gem! We went to the one located at 40 St & 97 and 97 Ave. Miami. Food was not good at all, everything tasted the same. Fried Shrimps were extremely small. Nachos had almost no sauce, mozzarella fried sticks of course were the frozen ones. And not to mention the frozen Margarita!! I didn't tasted anything, it was so bad that they didn't charged us for it. My advice, if you happen to be nearby and are really hungry will be better to keep going and have a sandwich at your home!

Great burger, great beer selection and always a great place to watch a football game. There is obviously alot more to choose from than burgers but you can't go wrong with a delicious burger.

Great place to enjoy a delicious food, drinks and have a great time! I personally recommend the ribs… they are amazing 😍 The Mac and Cheese is also delicious. We were a big party and tried the steaks too and everybody was super happy with their food. Great atmosphere, not too crowed as other Flanigans. 100% recommended!

We go to Flanigan's regularly since we love the food there. Our server was Alexis. He made our experience extra wonderful. He was extremely friendly and very attentive. He is the best at what he does. I give him 100 stars. Alexis, don't ever change that attitude.

First I’ll say I’ve been going to Flanagans for over 30 years , yes when the only location was in the Grove… always 5 Stars … went to Bird Road and 98 location tonight … absolutely horrible experience … service was horrible , food came out wrong , I’ll never go back to this location … bathrooms were also absolutely disgusting and they were out of paper towels … $100 for two meals and an appetizer , feel ripped off

Here is my story. We ordered food for take out. When I arrived to pick up my food, i noticed on my bill an extra $5.00 charge. I tried to dispute it but was told it was mandatory. So we need to eat i paid it. But going forward we will not be going to Flanagan anymore. We didn’t use any table, silverware or any glass. We didn’t take up anyone’s time either. So to pay $5.00 for nothing really gets me upset. I dont agree with it and they should reevaluate it. Thanks

Food tasted good but my stomach hurt afterwards. I had some wings and fries. I ordered a sprite then asked for a coke. I assumed it would be counted as my refill but was charged for 2 sodas. I questioned the waiter about it getting charged twice and he said it was "restaurant policy". I was not in the mood to argue over $3.50. next time I will just be clearer to the waiter.

We had a good experience on July 9, 2023. Our waiter was Alexus G. He was very professional and courteous. He has great customer skills. We were very happy and wanted to share our experience with you.

Always a good meal here. Better than average food, overall. Attentive service and good times are staple of Flannigan's. Gotta have the wings and curly fries!

Every time I come down to Miami I have to go to Flanigan's. My favorite thing to eat is the rib rolls and the Pasta Cesar salad. I sometimes have it with or without grilled chicken. I really recommend this place. Whatever you decide to order, you can't go wrong, I can't wait to go back again.

I have never been to place the you get charge 10% for take out . I ordered the Rib to take my amount, and I went from 22.99$ to 32.79$ non including a tip 🙃 . The short lady manager had glasses because I got a bottle of sauce to put on a side, which made me feel like I was going to steal it ! What a joke ! Need to learn hospitality ! And guest services should be retrained on how to treat your guests!

My experience from dining in and take out are day and night . We always receive great service when we dine in inside Flannigans has always been great but the only time I have done take out was not a good experience. Waiting in a long line and the confusion on the orders just seemed more trouble than making a sandwich at home . We will go and dine in again but we will not be doing take out .

You've seen a flanigans, you've seen them all. Classic footprint, although this location seems very busy in the parking lot so take care coming & going. Park & walk, you don't have to be directly close to the restaurant. Otherwise, good old flanigans, with good lunch specials. The place is clean , you barely notice the bar smell. TVs everywhere. Good amount of compact parking spaces but they're usually filled. It is what it is now a days if you're in Westchester. Bring your mopeds.

Was sitting with my wife at the bar! Wathing the UM game. Worse service ever! Bartender Doris with a major attitude. That lady is having a hard time. Pregnant. But rude as H..... Never again! Corporate needs to check her out!!!

My friends from Tampa told me I couldn’t miss this place…. Definitely going to be on my repeat list! Got the hot wings with Garlic and they were perfect.

honestly, its pretty good. as with any flanigans waiting times are really long (approximately 40 minutes) and they only have one table outside. when you go inside, the service is really really good and the food is okay nothing to complain about. unfortunately i did not use the bathroom so i cannot review that. overall, flanigans is pretty good, the vibe is good for going out w friends or a chill gathering w family

I can’t be mad, flannigans is a straightforward place. You come in with your friends and you order a couple things to keep yourselves entertained. But from the moment I walked in, I was given attitude after making a reservation and was told to “check my phone” even after showing up 5 minutes after the text was sent. The waitress was fine, she was very nice, but the kitchen was horrible with hair on one of the wings and the bar sent SHOTS with an ice cube and a seed. It was not safe at all as we could’ve chocked on that since it’s a shot.

We came to this place to celebrate my cousins birthday and arrived an hour prior to the rest of our party arriving. My party arrived at 8 and we were still waiting only to be told that they were going to split us into two booths, which in my opinion should have been told to one of the us from the beginning. When we asked to speak to a manager Kevin arrived but he refused to acknowledged us and would not even speak to us. After still waiting we asked to speak to a manager again Kevin arrived yet again and refused to talk to us once again and we over heard him tell one of the host “they already got a manager” and still did not speak to us. After over two hours of waiting we finally got sat. Only to hear one of the servers Adrian upset that he had to clean the table we were supposed to sit at. The highlight of our night was our server Nicole who really made the difference and turned our night around. I would not be coming back here and i encourage you guys to not either from the management team to the servers they’re all terrible. With the exceptional service. Thank you Nicole for being the only decent person to work in that establishment.

The service was great. The waitress was very attentive. I had 1/2 bbq'd chicken with fries. Sauce very good chicken ok but a bit over cooked. Very nice atmosphere specially if you like sports.

Tony, at takeout, was the kindest person, very amicable, and even opened the door for me after he gave me my order. 100% will return due to his service!

I am upset. I forgot to take pics. Sorry. We had the Salmon with broccoli and the full rack of ribs with sweet potato fries. I love how they tell you the salmon is 8oz but even knowing the amount, I was surprised at the size of the filet. Broccoli was tasty. Ribs were good and fries were on point. Waiter was attentive. Definitely going back.

I had an Amazing experience at this Location! Me and my Wife came down for Vacation, and we just so happened to pass by here. Our Server Edward was Fantastic! he gave us the Run-down of the Specials going on for the Day, and was 100% Focused on making our Dining experience magnificent. If you are ever in the Area, ask for Edward!

I got to say that they serve some of the best Ribs you can have!.. whether is the sauce or the fall-off-the-bone meat, you won't be disappointed. Another favorite: the loaded nachos (cannot be finished by only one person.. is a great share appetizer (hint: ask for some extra cheese on the side!)... Love this place.

Excellent service. Fast. Caribbean Burger did the trick. I left satisfied with a few bites left over. Thank you
