I am a truck driver and am here for a few days due to my truck having to go in the shop, so my codriver and I decided to go get some pizza since it was basically the only thing open at 01:00. And I’m glad we made that choice to come here

If I could give zero stars I would. Nothing but issues with this location. Over the past 4 years of ordering issues have ranged from incorrect food being delivered, trying to call the store having to go to the location to be told they "don't answer the phone when they are busy", now we decide to give them a try again after 6 months and when our order was supposed to be delivered, we get a message that our "dasher" will be arriving at the store shortly. This is 30 mins after the site said our order was going to be delivered. Would be great to know that you use door dash when you cannot accommodate your customers orders. If I wanted to order door dash I would have. If you want a better customer response/feedback you should be forthcoming on this locations shortcomings and let people know you will subcontract your deliveries and It will take an additional HOUR to get your family fed. Oh, and by the way the "track your pizza" thing is just a timer.

This store always makes tasty and quality pizza. The staff is always professional and polite. From ordering to delivery, I recommend.

Toppers Franklin actually reads the customization requests on your mobile order. If you ask for your thin crust to be cut into squares, they actually make that happen. Their pizza sauce is excellent. Even their Topper sticks are tasty. Toppers has REAL sliced Canadian Bacon. All of their national brand competitors have switched to chunks or strips of salty pork shoulder (aka picnic), that they pretend to call ham. The Franklin location has improved parking lot after their landlord finally took care of the asphalt. Hopefully, the landlord will restore the 2 handicapped parking spaces, and re-install the missing signs.

Always great customer service. Their computer system was down and after a couple of minutes they said don’t worry about it. Definitely going to pay for it next time there

They simply refuse to answer the phone. One night we got our order just fine but there have been multiple times where you just won’t get through to anyone. How many reviews have to be made about the same issue for it to be fixed?

I made a mistake when ordering and they fixed it right away, no questions asked. The pizza was good and service was great

Just bought a walking taco pizza with no dorito's no lettuce and no sour cream and now I'm on hold for 15 mins and counting

Havent had Toppers in years, and boy was it just as good as I remembered. Beats the hell out of other places all around IL & WI. Buffalo chicken mac & cheese pizza is my absolute favorite! Delivered quick & hot!

Ordered two pizzas first the call me and say we can’t deliver so come carry out. I went to get my pizza. First the guy handed me someone else order than I caught it before leaving the store. Gave me my order. Came back home to open the box to this. Everyone was so hungry we tried two slices (undercooked) had to garbage them. But on top of that WHAT KINDA TOT PIZZA is this. This branch either is not working to the standard or maybe toppers quality went to trash. Won’t order from here ever again.

I ordered two medium pizzas at 8:50pm and didn't receive them until 10:50pm. The pizzas were cold. I did call and get a refund. Edit: I was told they only have one delivery driver for a busy Saturday night, and the pizza gets made and then just sits under a heat lamp until it can finally be delivered. I expect once they can finally hire more drivers service will improve.

Great pizza and open late. Staff is always friendly. Not much for dining in, but usually take or or get it delivered.

If I could give zero stars I would. I placed an online order and it said it’s out for delivery for an hour and it still wasn’t delivered. I called the store and they answered and hung up on me without even letting me finish my sentence. Called multiple times after and they wouldn’t answer. I eventually got my ice cold pizza and the wrong items were delivered. Called the store multiple times after requesting a refund and they would not answer the phone. Never ordering from here again

The last 2 times I have ordered from this toppers location, I have ordered delivery at around 10:00-10:30pm on a Saturday. Both times, while tracking my order, I can see they make my order right away and it’s finished within 20 minutes. The issue is it has taken over 2 hours to deliver the order and by the time I received my food it is cold and unpleasant. It’s very clear the pizza and topper sticks were cooked a long time ago. I understand at the time this location didn’t have any delivery drivers so they had to outsource it to doordash. If that’s the case they should not be making my order right away and should be waiting to have a delivery driver on hand before making the order considering it only takes 20 minutes to make the food and the doordash driver takes at least 20 minutes to pick up the food. There should never be a case where you are delivering food that was cooked well over a year ago. have spent $30 and $38 on my last two orders and they have been a waste of money. I have also raised my concerns in the past and have not gotten any response from Toppers.

Order pizza on a Tuesday, was told 30-35 mins for delivery. Waited 1hr still no delivery. Called in and was told somehow it was still sitting there waiting for delivery. The manager Gavin told me he would remake the pizza and have it out to me in 30 minutes, 15 minutes later the cold pizza showed up. I would NOT recommend ordering from this restaurant. I had to call back in Gavin said he is going to refund our money... we will see if he actually does

Pizza was Great!!! Wings not freshly cooked. They were ready made/premade/processed in my opinion. But the pizza was on point.

The order was ready and hot when I got there. The woman at the counter was not friendly, however. I don't think she said hello, but if she did, I couldn't hear her mutter it. She also didn't say goodbye or anything. She just walked in back. Everything I ordered was there, and the food was delicious.

The workers there are friendly and they always make sure to have everything correct. Whenever the food is ready two people check to make sure all of the sauces are there or that the food is the right one. The environment seems fun and every now and then they even play music.

We always order pizza but this location is definitely the best. My order was ready on time. The manager Amena was able to give me a discount that I wasn’t fully aware of. Very professional and friendly staff. Even though this is not the closest toppers to my house I still come to it.

I ordered a pizza at 2 am I got a phone call immediately after placing the order telling me there were no delivery drivers available. They asked if I wanted them to cancel the order with a refund, come pick it up from the store, or have it delivered by doordash. This is understandable considering almost every business has been affected by covid and does not have enough employees. I opted to pick it up before I hung up the phone the employee told me to drive safe which I thought was really nice. When I got there to pick up my pizza he apologized again for the inconvenience and when I dug into my pizza it was so cheesy and delicious it was probably the best pizza I've had in a long time. This store did a great job and the young man who was working there at the time, Gaven W. was awesome! Everybody should go check this place out.
