    I’ve been enjoying Wild workouts for over a year now. The small group workouts are designed to accommodate all ages & fitness levels. The trainers are great managing the exercise variations by individual levels from beginner to advanced. And it’s Fun! I’m also looking forward to participating in the other class offerings and outside activities also available.

    Amazing gym! I have been going to Wild for close to a year now and although my trainers and the physical location has changed... the feeling of accomplishment I get after a workout with them has not. I really look forward to my 5:45 am morning workouts with Paul and the other people in my bootcamp class. (Paul the instructor usually brings us some protein snacks too!). Everyone--staff and clients are all very friendly and inviting.

This is truly a gym that has created a fitness community. It's worth the investment of time and money.

    I have been a Small Group Wild client for many years. I have continued to benefit not only from the individualized attention given by the experienced instructors but also from the extemporaneous interaction with fellow clients who bring a diversity of backgrounds, ages and fitness levels, which makes the classes fun. Whenever I read about some beneficial training technique, I realize that the Wild trainers have already incorporated into our sessions. Convenient times, fair pricing, cleanliness and free parking are a plus.

    I found Wild when trying out gyms many years ago and chose it because I liked the small group format, the variety of the workouts, and the coaches’ commitment to meeting everyone where they are and helping them develop goals for their fitness and wellness. I’ve stayed all these years because it has become such a supportive community for me. I love the work and the strength I have developed, but starting the day with my 5:30 crack o’ dawn crew laughing and supporting one another keeps me showing up, even before sunrise.

    I've been going to Wild for almost 7 years and love it! It's like recess time for adults with all the toys (equipment) we use. I barely notice how hard I am working because I'm having so much fun. The coaches design workouts that are challenging but they offer modifications so I can work at my level. They also make suggestions about my form, encourage me to try heavier weights and help me get the most out of the bootcamp. They keep me wondering what they will dream up next - AMRAP, Tabata, or TGU with champagne. The camaraderie of coaches and clients keeps me accountable and is a big part of why I love Wild Workout and Wellness. Regularly attending Wild classes has improved my strength, flexibility, stability and confidence. I use Wild workouts to compliment my PT sessions for a shoulder injury and knee pain. In the attached picture I proudly wore my Wild shirt as I hiked the Himalaya Mountains of India. I was able to enjoy the trip partly due to the training of my Wild workouts.

    I had commitment issues with exercise, until I started at Wild. The personalized attention from the trainers and the unique workouts make it easy to show-up at the gym. I've been there many years and still don't think I've done the same workout twice! Plus, the people are awesome!

    Wild Workouts and Wellness is like a second family. The coaches are dedicated to helping you reach your goals, no matter where you are in your fitness journey. Day one is different for everyone, the coaches are prepared with modifications to provide an inclusive workout for all clients.

    Wild continues to be the best workout facility I have been a part of. The coaches know what they are doing and guide clients to do the exercises safely in a fun atmosphere. All levels feel welcome and are challenged and celebrated. There is flexibility in the timing of workouts, but also accountability. I can forget what else is going on in life when I work out and leave feeling lighter and stronger.

    Wild Workouts and Wellness has helped me achieve fitness goals I would have never thought possible ten years ago. The coaches are incredibly knowledgeable, and can tailor small group sessions to meet a diversity of client needs and skillsets. The community and coaches alike are incredibly supportive of and encouraging to one another. Very few things can get me up and out of bed at 5am three days per week. This is the top reason I do so!
