Horrible service. 20+ mins wait with just 2 cars in front of me. Unpleasant cashier. Felt as if they were doing us a favor by handing over the food. Just a smile and hello would be welcome. Power menu veggie bowl was a joke-just stuffed with lettuce, sour cream and beans. Never going back here ever again. Do yourself a favor and drive to another location, shouldn’t take more than 10-15 mins.

I ordered a party box of supreme tacos thru the drive-thru. I usually check before I take off but this day I didn’t 8/6/2023 at 9:30pm. I get home and my oldest walked up to me and showed me this🤯

I ordered at the kiosk and after waiting for 25 minutes food wasn’t ready. One employee seemed to be doing everything, all others were arguing with each other or in the dining room eating. While I was waiting a little girl brought back her cinnamon twists because she didn’t like the taste, and the employee who made them admitted to serving old product. I walked out without receiving my order. Unfortunately horrible experience, but I don’t feel safe eating fast food that takes 25 minutes to make in such a chaotic environment. This location needs new management, the existing leadership is clearly incompetent.

Absolutely horrible across the board, they usually are out of their best items, and don't care. The food is usually lukewarm at best, and they don't care. I've been there maybe 5 times in the last 4 months and every time they are out of key ingredients, the service takes forever and is then atrocious. Anyone working here or especially managing here should be ashamed and find a new line of work, I don't know what comes.below Taco Bell employee. But they are clearly woefully unqualified and unmotivated for that. I wouldn't go here again if they gave me a $1000 gift card. It's that bad. Take the extra time, go south to the one on Layton Ave. They are so much better.

I wish I had 4 hands so I can give this place 4 thumbs down. Rude! Workers were arguing or orders. Taco wasn't filled , soda wasn't filled. This place has to be one of the worst on the south side , don't go there

it's a taco bell. The bar is already low, I don't expect much from it, but somehow this location manages to disappoint me more often than it doesn't. Things are often missing from orders, ridiculous wait times despite the location not being busy, and they often run out of things yet won't substitute for mobile orders. My latest experience involved waiting 10+ minutes in an empty line, food missing, and the food I did get was cold. No sauce provided, and overfilled drinks that leaked all over my car. Do yourself a favor and drive the extra 5 minutes to the Layton or 27th street locations.

I wish I could give a zero star. I waited 40 minutes for my order. I had a moderately large order so I expected to wait, but I waited 25 minutes for the order to be STARTED. Stupidly, I didn’t check the food before I left. I came home without half the food I ordered. And what I did get, was wrong. Extremely disappointed. Do not recommend. Employees didn’t communicate missing items.and were audibly complaining about the customers in the lobby.

One of my top two Taco Bells to go to in the metro Milwaukee area for its fast service, accuracy, and full burritos. I've only had one issue with being unable to use mobile order pickup after placing the order. Another time it was unclear where to wait while the order was being fulfilled, but the food was still hot and delicious so no harm no foul. The interior is a little less clean than other locations I've been to, but it's understandable with staffing shortages.
