This is so disappointing! I have ordered from QDOBA before in the past and it was pretty good. However, this time.. I don't know if it's the location or if they just don't care anymore. I ordered chicken street tacos, a ground beef hard taco and lime rice. Online order was picked up as soon as it was made and all of it was not only a big mess but cold except for the rice and that was maybe room temperature. There was maybe a teaspoon of meat in each one and all of the bottoms fell apart. Definitely don't recommend this one.

The garbage cans in this place are always overflowing, and the air system was blowing cold air in the dining area in the middle of winter. Employees standing around, often doping nothing, while tables need cleaning and beverage area needs restocking and cleaning. Just plain old dumpy. New management needed.

Food was good, service is hit and miss, the staff is nice but often don't work well together. Online orders are jumbled up. As long as you keep an eye on your in person order it's pretty good. Don't bother asking for a double portion of the protein they often don't give a double but will charge you for it. Don't bother with buying chips there's usually not much in the bags.

This is like a Chipotle but 2000x cheaper, and the staff were friendly. Good selection of building your own.

while we were order our food we said we would like a bowl but we wanted the way we wanted it an the older lady that started of the line was so rude to us and said that's not a bowl that's nachos we told her we don't want chips it's not that we getting a bowl an got start with myself and my wife an while she pass to another employee she put real small portion veg an cheese in our bowl the experience was not good by the time we got home the food dint taste fresh and we look at our receipt the changer us for a nachos chicken we got a bowl I will not be coming back to this location after how they got smart with us.

Fire the short, fat, blond kid with glasses. He spit in my food when he thought I wasn’t looking. He also tried to ask for more money then was due over all the restaurant wouldn’t be great other than that kid.

This is the best qdoba location. My girlfriend got sick from a different location so we stayed away for a while. We’ve never had a problem here. Staff is always friendly and quick. Food is great always fresh. Can’t complain at all.

Food is usually pretty great for the price, normally 5 stars but too much sauce made burrito mush. Pre-planned an hour ahead because food is normally not ready on time. Still waited nearly 4p minutes for food. Many came, ordered, and ate or left before we got food. Why order ahead?!? I'd rather you say it will be an hour +40 and I'll pick it up when it's done than to wait that long. Only saving grace was my daughter got a free drink for the long wait

I dont know what happened to this place but I used to love it. Not the 1st time this has happened to me but today I placed an online order and went to pick it up they gave it away to a GrubHub driver... had to wait around as they tried to figure out what happened. Once they finally did they asked me to help them recreate my order which I couldn't since it wasn't just my food. 2 of my coworkers ordered custom bowls. Then once I sat down to eat, my food was cold and my tacos were so soggy they fell apart. Just terrible 😞 Also I think their AC unit was leaking. There was, hopefully, water dripping from the ceiling all over the floor by the soda dispenser. They went from a 4 or 5 in my opinion to a 1 or 2. Do not recommend

Seriously wanted to charge me full soda price when I asked for a cup for tap water. Ummm...no. This was at the location in Oak Creek. I will not be going to this location anymore.

There is some issue where the system did not take the full payment from my card only $.99 and I had to come back after I filled up my drink, wasn’t sure what had happened but unfortunately my rewards did not get included. That was acknowledged by the manager, she surprised me with a cookie as I left, due to the mishap, that was definitely remembered and appreciated!!

To say customer service is awful is an absolute understatement. These workers, especially a brunette with a septum ring and a young female with glasses, braids, and a giant mole on her lower left side of her chin gave customers nasty looks and don't care to ask what you would like. They continue to talk poorly about you in front of your face as you're eating, continously giving nasty looks. Don't recommend this location, take the drive to Greenfield or somewhere with friendly faces and where people will be polite and greet you. Also, the female manager acts like she hates her job. I work in the costumer service industry at Texas Roadhouse and you should NEVER speak of a guest when they are in front of you the way they did towards my mom and I.

This location is ALWAYS late on orders. If you order online go 10-15 minutes after your pickup time. I've waited 30 mins after my pickup time before. This is not a one off occasion. This has happened at least four times. Every other Qdoba ove been to has not had this issue.

Had a fantastic experience my last visit! I had an interaction with Kia I could not believe- I haven't been to QDOBA for years. She remembered me- and my allergies! She was so sweet and went above and beyond for the customer! Had great food- nice and warm & tasty, and everything came out super fast! Amazing customer service!

Since my visits last year, they've always been on time with my online orders! But they keep the orders behind their counter so it's not available for me to just pick up... and I always feel a little bad to go up and ask for my order when there's a line. =========== previous review, 2020. I've made online orders here several times, and they're always very accurate with great portions. They used to be always late with the order though, so I'd have to wait in the store many times while they're getting to my order (which should have been done according to the app). Food is OK. Between Qdoba and Chipotle, I'm always Chipotle. But Qdoba makes up for some of that je ne sais quoi with complimentary guacamole, cheese sauce and hot peppers. And larger portions. I definitely like this location better than the Glendale location.

Ordered online for pick up and we didn't get our food until 15 minutes after the original time it said to pick up and it just seemed very poorly managed today My food was still good though

Honestly haven't been to a Qdoba in a decade. Ordered some quick dinner and it was pretty good. Burritos one grilled chicken and queso and the same one in steak. Huge portions. Chips not as tasty as I remember.

The food is always enjoyable. Typical service you'd expect from a fast food place. I rarely eat at any Qdoba because the interior design lends itself to poor acoustics and it's always noisy.

Keto Friendly Option... but never have the items in stock, so it's often a waste of time. Staff are very lenient on the quality of their food in general, came with a friend who was disappointed with how undercooked the steak was. Not sure if they're understaffed or just incredibly lax about things in general, but everything sums up into a very unwelcoming experience.

I stopped going to this location because my PRE PAID, CALL IN, PICKUP orders are/were ALWAYS wrong! They've even been so brave as to forget to add my Protein to my burrito. Not once.. but THREE TIMES!!! Call to complain and it's met with attitudes from "management". If I paid for meat, I think I should receive it, common sense stuff here. Free chips aren't going to solve it...

Great food however the customer service is terrible. We spent 40 dollars on food ordering online, and they waited until we arrived to tell us they basically didn't have anything for meat left. I wasn't happy, but I get it. The part that bothers me is that they told me I would receive a refund in 3 days for the food and it has been 12 days. I tried calling the store and they won't pick up. Tried looking for a corporate number but they don't offer one. The only thing I was able to get through to was their gift card services, which thankfully she finally gave me a number to call. All I want is my money back but they make it impossible to get a hold of anyone. Guess I won't be going back.

Two people working on Saturday. They had quite the line of people waiting to order, as well as people coming in to pickup online/mobile orders. Both people just kept filling orders and were still courteous and professional. I saw a person picking up an order for a service such as Uber Eats or Door Dash, who seemed to be oblivious to all the people waiting for orders and/or to order. She went up to one of the people trying to fill orders, showed her phone to him, he said something to her, then asked others, that were there before her, names for their orders. They filled quite a few orders during the 1/2 hour -45 minutes I was there. Neither one of them loosing their cool. Both remained pleasant.

Sam took our order and was very sweet and hardworking. They were the only one that seemed to be working in the place, running around and filling the bins and making online orders as well as the customer orders in the building. The manager was standing at the checkout chatting with another guest and Sam had to ask him to ring us out. Another girl just seemed to be walking around. Over all the food was good, but Sam is an amazing asset. i see them every time I come in and they always have a smile on their face and is very nice.
