World famous food, the frying oil has never been changed since opening day. Fish fry was 5 plates of terrible. Had the corn dogs and fish recooked, still burnt and terrible. Change your oil.

Loved the inside of the bar there's so much car stuff to look at. The car show was great check out this Cadillac Station Wagon

Scotty's is just a corner bar on the Southside of Milwaukee that has really good food. I had pizza, my son had Pot Roast Sandwich. My wife had the fish fry. Everyone really enjoyed their meal. I've been coming to this bar for 20 plus years and have never been disappointed by the food. I would recommend it for anyone wanting a good bite to eat. The one thing I did not like was the time it took to get our food but other than that it was good.

Got a fish fry and it was not even beer battered more like corn meal and burnt. Also their seems to be alot of drug activity at this bar, would not recommend if your trying to find a laid back bar. And do not use their entertainment machines it seems from what I saw that they use them fraudulently. Would not recommend

Coming in from West Bend to Cudahy one Sunday evening. I called and ordered 3 pizzas for pickup to take to my friends house for dinner. I had everything timed just right. I ordered and they said 40-50 minutes, that’s fine, I was still 40 min away. I pulled up after 42 minutes and went to check on my order. It hadn’t even been started yet, and she told me it would be another 30 minutes. Judging by the speed at which the cook was working, it would have been at least an hour. Completely unacceptable, will not be back.

R.I.P Gary the owner passed away but the bar is the best for drinks and karaoke and the food is off the chain

The fish snakes were skinny and very hot but dry, while the potato pancakes were thin, burnt and cold. I guess I was early to pick it up so they made it fresh while I waited. I said no rush and smiled because I didn't want it to be yucky... The potato cakes were so thin there was nothing left when I picked off the burnt part. They were cool and tucked under the very hot fish snakes. The fries were cold under hot fish. It was $29 for 2 and I can't eat anything but the slaw, which is surprisingly good. Maybe the fish will be good cold at 2 am..?

It's a nice place, good people and caters to all ages. My go to spot if I wanna day drink and talk smack with Linda ( the bartender ). Want a decent Friday Fish Fry or in my case sing some Karaoke out of tune, well they have that to. If you go into a bar and grill and there is multi generational people in there you it's got to be good. Hell its been around forever and will always be a spot i go to

We really wanted to enjoy this place but it was down right bad. We ordered 3 Beer Battered fish fry, 1 baked fish fry and an order of mini corn dogs. It took over 15 minutes before we were informed there was no more baked option. Our food then came out in waves so either we were eating separately or eat cold food. The worst part however was their frying oil. All the fish and corn dogs were very over cooked, many of the corn dogs flat out burnt. The corn dogs and 1 fish meal were replaced but even the 2nd round of food was burnt. When we mentioned this, we were told they were pretty busy that day. At that time we were the only people in the seating area. The fish was mushy, flavorless and somehow cold in the middle. At a point we just cut our loses, paid and left. We will not be back.

Met some friends there for fish frys they were awesome and we had a great time. We will return !

Their Friday fish fry is soooo good!! And don't get me started on the pizza. The best pizza on the south side of Milwaukee. Great customer service.

The food is not as good as it was 3 years ago. I had tacos on Taco Tuesday. I ordered soft shell tacos and got tortillas that were so dry that they were crispy. My husband had the burrito and was just as disappointed. The ground beef in our food was only seasoned with salt and pepper, no taco seasoning. His Tortilla was dry as well and the cheese on top was not melted. It was cold. The young waitress we had was very good. She can't be blamed for the quality of the food so we still tipped her well.

Used to be the best fish & coleslaw! Something has changed. Not even the fries were good. Not great service. Both of us took 2 bites and left the rest. Very dissatisfied, probably won't go back

Good experience in the bar the times I have gone in person. Customers are not too rowdy and bar staff is helpful and prompt most of the time. The food is always excellent for American style, deep-fried cuisine. The pizzas are always great. I guess you could call this comfort food. It is comforting, knowing that you’ll have a full belly for a good price. Last time I ordered mashed potatoes; I ordered them to start the next time I went in. You have to try them, they are homestyle and excellent. The only complaint I have is the last time I ordered a bacon cheese burger (1/5/23), they omitted the french fries or tater tots and I wasn’t asked if I wanted either. It’s listed on the menu that the platter includes french fries or tater tots. I’ll be sure to ask regarding the stipulations when I order it next. Thanks to the owner and staff for doing a good job and for keeping a nice menu/quality of food.

One of my least memorable visits. Wait time for drinks was 15-20 min. But they were doing a shift change so I guess. Took another 45-50 min to get get flavorless tacos. They were a dollar which was cool but a little seasoning would have gone a long way. Drink prices were par with the area. Would recommend calling ahead for food if you plan on visiting.

The ATM didn't work for me, but the barmaid was both friendly and a little cutie pie, that ŕI didn't mind having to run next door to use their ATM so my wife and I could stay a bit longer.

So disappointed with the pizza. Sure went downhill. Thought I would give them another chance after last pizza, which wasn't great either. Not the scottys I am used to.

Glad we were able to stop in and try the pizza 🍕! They serve pizza till midnight I belive! The crust was perfect!! Thin and crispy! Only thing I would have added was a little garlic! Well done and the service was great!

Pizza crust was delicious just needed to add more meat, that's what I got when I ordered Italian sausage and pepperoni!Burger was ok

Ordered food— - 20 minutes later bartender tells us they couldn’t get the fryer working but everything still fine and they are starting our order now. -45 minutes later she comes back and tells us the fryer still isn’t working and they can’t do our order. (The entire time I’m watching 2 drunks from the bar working on parts from the fryer outside) We decided to leave and she still charged us for our sodas. Real classy place!

Sounds like I should have got the pizza, me and 3 friends ordered burgers and appetizers, the apps were great but the burgers were definitely cooked, frozen and then microwaved when they were served to us. The waitresses asked how our food was and we told her how bad it was and she just stood there and stared at us. I decided to go up to the bar and talk to the bartender about it since she was the only one who seemed to care and she asked if the burgers were cooked and I told her they were gray unedible pucks and I'm writing is on the floor by the toilet, do better.

Nice place. The workers are nice and the food is good with decent portions
