overall it was OK, but i agree with other reviews. the bread was not fresh. i went in the morning so it should have been fresh. they use last nights bread. that's disappointing and cheap! won't return.

Just had the absolute weirdest experience ever here. Stood waiting for about 10 minutes while one guy finished up some sandwiches, then couldn't figure out how to ring up his customer's order, while the other woman who was working made 2 footlong subs for a pickup order literally as slowly as possible. It was like she was working in slow motion, almost comical. While I was waiting, 4 other people came in. Before I even got to order, 2 of the people left cause of the insanely long wait. Finally, the guy came to take my order. I ordered a foot long turkey and cheese and 2 6inch ham and cheese. He made the turkey sub first, but there were only 4 slices in the cold bin that they take the meat from. He put 3 of the slices on one side of the footlong and the other slice on the other. Then he threw in some chunks of cheese. He was really struggling with fine motor skills...took minutes to put his gloves on, couldn't figure out how to separate cheese slices. He looked for the mayo for awhile and finally put some on once his coworker handed him the bottle. He wrapped it fully up and put it in the bag and came back and looked at me. I repeated the order for 2 6inch ham and cheese. He again struggled to cut the bread and separate the cheese, giving up and just putting thick torn chunks of cheese on the sandwiches. He hadn't cut the bread well, so was just trying to shove the toppings into the little hole in the bread. Finally he put 5 slices of ham on one sandwich, then 2 on the other sandwich. I was in the store at least 25 minutes at this point and was the only customer who had been served. I gave dude the benefit of the doubt on the turkey, but once I saw how butchered the ham sandwiches also were, I told them I was sorry but I would have to pass on the sandwiches. I felt a bit bad, but I couldn't spend a bunch of money on the sandwiches not to hurt feelings. The whole experience was just plain odd. I definitely don't recommend this location. Instead, we went to Cousin's and got great, fresh sandwiches made quickly.

Most horrible store in Wisconsin. Poorly trained employees and an iwner who does not even care. Great location just down the street. He does not take coupons but his sandwiches are superb.

Never have had a good experience here. The last time I went to this location I ordered using the app. I got there 5 minutes after order was supposed to be ready. They didn’t even start the order. I said ok I’ll wait. They began making the sandwiches and I stopped them because they put the wrong meat on the sandwich. They said they would fix it and when I turned away they just wrapped the sandwich anyways and didn’t make another. I got home and noticed all of the sandwiches were made incorrectly. I reached out to the management. I requested a refund for the entire order. They offered a gift card instead, for not even half of what I paid. Don’t go to this location if you can avoid it.

I'm tired of all these restaurants restricting their discount offers to an app or online. Making it difficult for older people to receive the discounts. Some don't know or like using apps. I feel this is a form discrimination.

Nice and clean atmosphere, good customer service. Love their phily cheese steak foot long with the sweet onion sauce 😋

2nd time they got the order wrong...but the subs are good...

Not going to lie this is the worse subway I have ever been to, there is maybe 2 employees that are actually friendly otherwise you are never greeted and you kinda just feel like its a problem for you being there. Mostly employees either rush your sub or take 5 minutes just to put cheese and meat on. Yesterday i had a steak sub and even though it was toasted everything was completely cold still. Im honestly shocked this subway is even in business still. Save your time going here and just go to the one in Walmart!

Place was clean but employees didn't seem to know the sandwiches and what was all on them. I had 3 sandwiches I needed and I needed and because of the unknown of the products, it confused me as well. They were very respectful though

Closed at 7 on Fathers Day, showed up at 6:50 and they had the doors locked. The employee, that was standing at the register doing nothing, kept pointing to the sign. I called and asked if I could come in because they’re still open, very rudely she said their closed. It’s the same employee that made my sandwich incorrectly last time I was there and continued to make it even though I was obviously not satisfied. That’s fine I’ll go to the competitor!!

My pink hair beautiful girlfriend that previously worked for this location had an incredible experience with the kind blonde haired employee at 5:29 transaction# 1/A-274144. The service and sandwiches she made were made to perfection. Management(Josh)/ownership (Kurt Hodermen Inc.) should appreciate what a great employee that they have.

I don’t know why we keep coming here, this location is a joke. Every order has an issue, especially if it’s through the app, even though the order is clearly written up. One example being we ordered numerous melts and not a single one had cheese on it. The store couldn’t issue a refund and had to go through the app. Received a reply asking for the receipts to “show order details” even though it was all in the email. Luckily we asked for the receipts when we picked them up and were told to “let them know if there are any issues” otherwise we wouldn’t have had them. Not that it mattered because the Amber the district sales manager never replied to my numerous follow up emails.

I am a former Subway employee at this specific location. All employees working at this time were courteous. Understood me completely. Was more than eager to comply. I am picky. She was funny and playful with my pickiest request. Clean. Hard working. Fun. I hope they here about this.

Worse service ever! One girl takes too long to put stuff on the sub. Then the new employees don’t know what they’re doing. Never coming here. They gave me a ripped bread then used her fingers to pull the bread apart. Just crazy

Ordered a deluxe foot long. Lots of meat, and they let me control the portions of the toppings. This particular Subway could stand to keep chip bags stocked more and have full drink options on the secondary lemonade machine. Otherwise sandwiches are great.

I stopped in to get takeout for lunch today, 11/2/2021 around 11:30am. It was the best experience that I have had at a Subway. The place was spotless clean and both ladies were very friendly. One seemed to be the manager and the other seemed to be training and they worked great with eachother. My sandwich was delicious, thank you!

Placed an order on line for pickup. Poor quality, bread was dry, who ever made my sandwich forgot some of the toppings and dressing. This is the second bad sandwich I got from this location. I have never gotten a bad sandwich from other locations. I think the people working here need to get there act together.
