Subpar pizza. They delivered 2 pizzas like this. Then said it was issue with new employee. They said they would give us extra garlic bread for the issue. Garlic bread never showed up with new pizza order either. I get they don't get paid much but I don't see how they could have screwed this up any more than they did. Not coming back.

My pizza was burnt and they refused to deliver a new one. They wanted me to bring the pizza back. I was denied to speak to the manager. The person on the phone hung up on me when I told him I would send him photos. Wasted $35 in the garbage. Will never do business with this place again.

Really disappointed. I was excited there was a Rosati's close by yet the pizza wasn't cooked through and that's not even the kicker. We got a Caesar salad and I bit into a METAL STAPLE. This could have broken a tooth, it could've been overlooked and swallowed and cut organs open on the way down and out. I emailed them and guys what they had to say about it? They just shrugged it off, didn't even apologize. The store manager is clearly out of touch since the store has a measly 3.7 star rating on Google (which, you have to be pretty bad to get under a 4, let's be real). I'm never going there again. They didn't try and take my word seriously and couldn't even apologize. Making me feel as if they're insinuating I am lying- for what gain? I'll definitely tell all the people I know and neighbors to not go there and why, too. There are too many non- chain pizza places around I'll support instead.

Rosati's Pizza is excellent. Getting a jumbo slice of pizza and a 20 drink for $6 is quick, easy and delicious. Love their sauce on the pizza. For a real treat, their deep dish pizza is a Must! This is a small location/store front. They have 2 small tables along their windows if you want to quickly eat, or in warmer weather, there is an outdoor table as well.

Apparently ‘no contact delivery’ doesn’t resonate with this restaurant. After leaving very specific notes to leave by my door, I then received threatening voicemails from the ‘manager’ and was told after 4 minutes and 5 phone calls (was helping my daughter shower) that the food was returned to the store after a failed delivery. Then I called, was on hold for 3 minutes, he comes to the phone and yells at me screaming ‘the food is outside’, I called back again and the other people there are very nice, but the ‘manager’ shouldn’t be ‘managing’. Also; the food is not outside…

Good pizza! Chicken Alfredo was okay, I didn’t like the chicken itself but the flavor of the Alfredo sauce was good. The tenders were okay too, they were just breaded tenders there was nothing outstanding about them. We went a couple minutes before they closed and the staff was still very friendly and we didn’t feel like we were being rushed at all.

I’ve ordered from here twice and have had issues each time. First time was an order made through the app “Slice” which was never delivered, but I got a refund. The second time, I picked up my order. Unfortunately, when I got home I found out that I didn’t have the breadsticks I had ordered. I called to get a refund on the them (since they handed me my order and I didn’t make the mistake) but they only offered to hold the breadsticks for me if I wanted to go and pick them up. So I guess it ended up being a $6 tax because I didn’t check that everything was in the tightly stapled bag before leaving. I think I’m done trying to order from this location.

If I could give minus 0 I would! I placed an order online select the Madison location, end up in Milwaukee sometimes. Came to Madison and the GM here explained that happens very Often and they work with the customers. Called Milwaukee and tried to.explain to the GM Hector and very rudely told me that's not my problem. And asked.so.are you going to.pixked them up or?? I explained we live an hour ans a half ans he once againnsaod well that's not my fault... refused to give me corporate number or anyone above him. Horrible customer service...

Somehow I didn't know there was a Rosati's in Milwaukee until I drove past. Finally I can get some proper Chicago deep dish here in town! The crust is thicker than Lou Malnati's, and the sauce is chunky. Both pluses in my book. Takes 45 minutes to bake so plan ahead.

Rosati’s is using doordash to deliver their orders through the Slice app. I did not consent to having this 3rd party know my name and address. When my pizza arrived, it was mangled. I called Rosati’s and they were rude and unprofessional and refused to give me a refund- only deliver me another pizza, which is another hour of waiting for a pizza that was already 40min late. When I told them about the mangled pizza, they said it’s not their fault, it’s doordash’s fault. Pizza sucks, arrived mangled, staff was rude and unprofessional. That’s my review.

Ordered food through door dash. Pizza arrived all smashed together to one side of the box. Order was over $100 dollars. Door Dash only offered $20 credit. Called the restaurant for remedy and the manager refused to do anything and would not put me in contact with the owner, so maybe the owner will see that he has lost long term customers that have ordered many times from them. The manager was rude and completely uncaring. Shame.

My husband had lost credit cards and wanted to talk to the manager to see if she may have taken them home for safe keeping (stated by an employee). She refused to call him back until afterc3 when she was due to come into work. She was very rude when he went there to talk to her after 3. He wanted to know earlier in case he had to cancel his cards and order new ones. I wish I could find out the owners name so I could inform the owner of more details. She turned her back and walked away when my husband was still talking to her.

I really enjoyed my first Rosati’s Pizza experience. I called in for pick up & was placed on a short hold before I placed my order. I definitely recommend their Chicago style deep dish pizza. I had the smaller 10 inch which had about six nice sized slices. I also suggest the pick four option where you get your choice of four toppings. My four toppings were pepperoni, Italian sausage, mushrooms, and extra cheese. It was as close to perfect as you can get outside of Chicago! Very delicious. Make your next move your best move & get you some thick, cheesey, delicious Rosati’s!!!!

Made the mistake of ordering from this place. Driver showed up 30 minutes late missing half the order. He called the "manager" who said hia driver forgot half and would come back. An hour later and being put on hold three times asked the same question about what was missing, "manager" was confused as to how HIS driver hadn't gotten back yet. Terrible service and worse food.

Honestly not the same place as 1 month ago. Really miss the old team, they were very friendly and efficient. Madison was always ahead of my order Definitely miss her being the manager.

I normally love this pizza but my latest experience was horrible....overcooked burnt pizza isn't so good! I would never pull a burnt pie out of the oven and serve that to anyone...SMH

I’m new to Milwaukee, and am a pizza lover! Rosati’s Pizza definitely met my expectations when trying to find the perfect pizza shop in town to satisfy my pizza needs. Staff was so nice too, there was an order that never got picked up, that they offered me for free instead of having to throw it out! I of course took the kind gesture! All in all, great food and a great experience! Highly recommend!

First time. Was it the weather? Barely over 2 miles to get home. The vegetarian deluxe pizza wasn't hot when we started eating it. Had to heat it up. Nice crust, nice presentation with tomato slices on top. But expensive. 3 ingredients. No green or black olives, extra cost. It had mushrooms, onions, and green pepper. Good cheese. So a mixed review. Maybe we'll try their Chicago style deep dish. Nice if we could find a coupon.

I ordered a double dough pizza, salad and soda. The food was delicious and it’s probably the best pizza chain I know of. I’ve been eating Rosatis since I was a teenager when I was growing up in Waukesha county. Anyways I did have an issue. The delivery driver must have delivered to the wrong address. After I got a text but nothing was delivered I called Rosatis. The delivery driver called but I don’t think he spoke English as he was having a hard time understanding, I kept repeating the address. Anyways Rosatis did the right thing and remade the order and delivered a new one. In the meantime the other delivery driver must have scooped up the other delivery and he found me like 20 minutes later, I appreciate the effort but the pizza was cold at that point. Doesn’t matter because I got the hot order that was delicious. Anyways I appreciate that they did the right thing, mistakes happen. Food was great!

This place is my go to for deep dish pizza, I also enjoy their breadsticks! They also make these big cookies and brownies!

I have always been a fan of Rosati's. The pizza is good especially for a chain. Plus I love the slice and a soda deal.

I love pizza that looks and tastes like charcoal. So happy to have a $25 credit (only after emailing corporate) to continue to order from this amazing establishment. My pizza was supposed to be remade and delivered but they somehow thought I was picking it up....funny how that works. Do not order from here. Waste of money and time. This place should just close down already.

Staff was attentive and very polite. The Chicago style deep dish was amazing. Perfectly done crispy on the bottom veggies were crisp and sauce was delicious. It was the best pizza I have had in a very long time, and now I know where I am getting my next deep dish pizza. Can't wait to try the other pizzas.
