You know that tiktok sound “I’d give you a zero, but that’s not possible so I give you a 1?” That’s this place. I used to love coming here and bringing my family but now, it’s nasty and run down. If they take the time to vacuum there floors, wipe down the equipment or hell even REINVEST back into your business, it would look so much better. Wires are sticking out of the walls (easy fix) floors are shredded, DUST GALORE is on the equipment. I almost forgot about polio till I seen the dust in this place. Absolutely disgusting and upsetting. I won’t be coming back here at all! NASTY NASY. If you don’t care about cleanliness, this place is for you.

They did really well helping our friend who got injured at the beginning of his experience. But after they left, we were the only ones there. The "lifeguard" employee walked around looking at us with a sour expression. At first I didn't realize she was an employee...I thought maybe she was a mom displeased with trying to find her own kids. Then she kept looking at my kids, and I noticed she was wearing a small fannypack with a First-Aid symbol. After she looked directly at me and I smiled and she didn't return anything but a blank look, and she kept hovering watching my boys with a really sour expression the whole time, I asked if they wanted to play on the obstacle trampoline with the rotating beam. She put a chair in front of the entrance instead of saying anything. It was astonishingly rude. I couldn't figure out why she was acting that way...my boys are super tame and were just bouncing normally the whole time. We left before our time was up. Never going back...there are plenty of other places that want our business. So weird.

Birthday boy wanted to come here to celebrate. Very nice employee check un in and continue to help with getting us set to enjoy jumping and playing in the arcade.

My kids always have a really good time here! This is very fun for kids of all ages. Even adults too if you can jump without peeing yourself (moms know what I mean). The customer service is good, average nothing extraordinary but also not bad. Plenty of seating area to watch your kids. Also plenty of snack options! I love that you can bring in food too! We have brought little Caesar’s in before and I think it actually helped cause the people at the snack place was overwhelmed with the like they had.

Great place to work out that energy kids have, they'll be sleeping like babies afterwards. Edit one year later. Still a great place! The italian ice is refreshing on a hot day. There is lots to do such as dodge ball, wipe out, foam pit, obstacle course and a ninja warrior coarse to name some. Definitely go check them out. And dont forget to check their membership prices or their daily discounts.

We love Fly High! There's something for everyone here; the staff is nice and the facility is clean. They are also always trying to make improvements to an already great trampoline park and they listen to customer feedback. With Halloween around the corner, October is a fun time to go- their decorations are great! We will most likely do our next birthday party here.

The other day my two year old daughter and I went there and the experience was great! There was a worker there who's name was Pj and she helped us with whatever we needed! She was so kind to my daughter and overall I would highly recommend this place!

If I could describe Fly High in one word it would be Fantastic. Everything from the food to the workers to the attractions. I would recommended everyone to have a party here all of the staff are fantastic. The manger is very helpful with all questions. There are 2 employees that I believe are above the rest Boston and Eric they are fantastic. In my time there I got to meet the owners and they are wonderful people. Jordan is one of the nicest people you'll ever meet. If I could give it more then 5 stars I would. Everyone must go here way better then the rest. The price is cheep and the place is great. Thank you for a great experience

This is such a fun place for kids and families to go. Always clean and well kept. The reason I’m leaving four stars is because they do not have enough staff to run all of the areas. Also, this place is basically ran by nothing but teenage kids, so service is slow. However, the trampoline pass is such a great pass to have. It’s an affordable pass that you can get a lot of use out of. My daughter absolutely loves coming here. We usually go here when she has a sleepover and they have so much fun jumping.

Hello, I recently had a very unpleasant experience with your establishment. For starters in 100° weather your AC was broken and it was quite hot. However that was not my biggest issue. My biggest issue was that fact that I purchased 2 tickets for my children to jump for 2 hours. An hour into them jumping after other employees had interactions with my children another employee comes over to my kids and tries kicking them out telling them they can't jump because they don't have the grippy on their socks. When I see that my kids are getting kicked out I then walk over to see what the problem is. The lady then informs me they are supposed have grippy socks. I then asked to speak to a manager because my kids had been playing for at least an hour at this point. This kid Logan comes over and was really rude and unpleasant to deal with. He explained to us we couldn't have our money back and that we could get sued. He then proceeds to tell us we can get used socks for $2.00. Are you kidding me in a COVID panadamic, used socks really. I feel like since we were already there an hour the employees didn't have to be so unpleasant and rude. They could of solved the problem by giving my son socks since at that point both my kids were confused and upset. This could of been worked out in a different way. From one manager to another I am very disappointed in how your employee Logan acted he should not be a supervisor or lead if he is not going to take care of customers appropriately. I feel like if their are certain rules to be followed then the employees should be properly trained.

My kids love this place. Kind of expensive unless you go on Fridays or Saturdays in which they have a 3 hour special for $20 per jumper from 7pm-10pm. Every time we've gone, it's been pretty empty. The concession stand and arcade are 10/10. Very clean and well-kept atmosphere.

My family and I love coming to fly high! We love the memberships ❤️ great deal. My kids have the best time, everytime we come to play! Either it be with friends or family date night. The employees are beyond kind and jump to help. Very clean and kept up! Amazing food 😋!!! One thing at our old jumping place in WA they did for members was that with a membership we got a discount % off for the food bar. Also thank you for changing school hour's 😃 (love the new upstairs level for lils)

really fun place for kids to play. lots of available items for toddlers to play as well. i recommend going on the weekdays or earlier on the weekend if you aren’t wanting there to be a large crowd. staff are very respectful and hardworking. highly recommend telling your friends and family about Fly High!!! so fun.

Stinks. Really pricey for what they offer. Can’t bring in your own drink. Tried to purchase water. Bottled water. The snak bar was closed: he pointed to a grubby water fountain. Nope! Really though. Smells like pee bad

Had an AMAZING time at Flyhigh, fun attractions, amazing staff and great environment. One employee was just super, his name is Logan. I had a little trouble with my waver and Logan was a great help. While I was in the park I had a little problem with my kids and Logan was the one to not only calm them down but also get them excited about getting hurt because they got free popsicles, like how?!?. Over all experience 20/10 and it was all thanks to Logan

I truly cannot say enough good things about this place. The workers are amazing. The management is top notch. The place is clean. If you need help to help you in any way shape or form they can. Jason, the management holy moly wow amazing 20 out of 10 like he is above average by a mile and a half. Allie. I think her name is tonight. She worked on August 16th and she did closing. She is truly the sweetest. Kindest funniest caring amazing person. They have other people up front that are so funny and kind and know how to make you smile when you're stressing. I lost my daughter's glasses tonight. They took from 7:30 till 9:05 to help us look past closing and just they found it. They watched the monitors. They slowed it down. They followed where I went and it took a while but they ended up tracking down the glasses that I was holding on for my daughter and she's staying nearly blind and she would have had to start school without them or I would have had to take it out of her birthday money. Her school clothes money her school supplies money because we don't have medical yet. We barely just moved here. We are not settled and I was freaking out and Jason saw it and Ally or Alex is her name. Saw it and a couple other workers saw and they all just jumped into help but I got to say Jason went way above and beyond and so did the young lady and she said next time we come by she wants me to remind her about my daughter's birthday and she's going to do a little something. I mean they just really go above and beyond here. I'm So impressed by how they run their business from the crew to the leader to the management to how clean it is to the concession stand. Just everything you can think of on my youngest daughter just for the heck of it was following around one of the workers. She's four and she's like I can help you do this. I can help you do that and I can't tell her no go. Have fun helping. It's fun so she helped out on the young lady, Ali or Alex. I cannot remember her name. She did closing tonight August 16th. She went above and beyond and then even asked if my daughter could have a treat and she got my daughter a fruit roll up and it just made my mommy heart so happy because my mommy and daddy and them helping find the glasses helping keep my 4-year-old occupied and happy and just we've been there about 10 times and I've never had not even an ounce of a bad experience there. I really truly cannot say enough about the whole staff in general and Jason. Oh Jason, Jason truly amazing. One of a kind management. This would have never gone down and Washington at boom shaka/defy. They would have said right your name down. We'll get a hold of you later 6 months later if they would have found it even the next day. Even if I went in daily as a VIP with my youngest daughter when my other daughter was at school they wouldn't tell me they found it. I lost something there once it took him 6 months to tell me. Oh by the way we found it the day before. I just I really can't say enough about how far they went to make sure my daughter got her glasses back watching the the cameras watching everything just slow mowing it to see if they could see it on my shirt like just everything like I cannot say enough but I'm going to shut up cuz I could literally write a book about how amazing they are and I cannot wait to get our membership. I'm going to get my oldest and youngest of membership most likely middle of September end of September so that way they have something to do through the winter and all the snow here cuz we are so not used to the snow or from Washington. We're used to rain so we are so grateful to have a place like fly high and the workers that work there. You guys are amazing! Tonight was a very fun night but right before I left at 7:30 I realized I had lost my daughter's glasses that were hanging off my shirt but I had to get these two friends of my daughter's home by 7:30 and there was no wiggle room so I left my number at the front desk. Said I'd be back in 10 20 minutes tops to start looking. It was an hour before closing or so and I rushed the kids home, came back, looked and looked and looked and looked. Then two amazing workers were looking to. I think her name one of them was Allie. She had a beautiful personality and just so caring and so kind and generous. Then the lead manager came up. Jason and oh my god he saved the day. My daughter has horrible vision. She is dang near blind like legally blind and school starting up. I was in tears after about an hour of looking and just started cussing myself out as a bad parent and he noticed he came over. He immediately got into the ball pit and started digging around like no other and then he goes. You know I'm going to go look at the cameras and I will watch every step you took and everywhere you went and I will help you find them. He kept his word many came back after a little bit and said I followed you around on the camera and you had him here and this one area he pointed out and then he goes. You went around the corner came back and they were gone so we started looking in just that specific area and still couldn't find him. So he went back to the camera again and did it in slow motion and he saw a spot that he thought maybe I had leaned over and they fell in. He went and looked and he found them right at like 5 minutes past closing. They didn't kick us out. They saw how upset I was and said they were going to deflate stuff so that way it would be seen easier. And this man I mean a man among men like amazing saved my day my week my mom. What money I do have in the bank account for school clothes, school supplies and my daughter's birthday coming up. I was like great that's going to go towards classes. We don't have medical wonderful and he saved everything and then I've got to say the people up front that do the memberships & you in have been a godsent. Things got mixed up and they get it fixed so fast. They're just on top of it at fly high. They have great leads great management. Just great workers all around from the concession. Stand to the cashier up front to the workers walking around on the floor. I truly honestly cannot say anything that I dislike about this place. Honest to God. We've been there about 8 9 times We ended up getting a membership on Monday and I'm going to tell you what we're going. Any chance we get? And I'm going to get a winter membership just because of how amazing the people that work there are. I mean the place itself is amazing. It's clean. It's ran properly. It's just all around. Amazing 10 out of 10 top notch

My grandson and I went to Fly High May 5th for the first time. I took many pictures of my grandson having the time of his life flying through the air. Before we left my phone fell out of my pocket unaware. The staff found it and kept it safe. I emailed them the next morning and they promptly responded they had it. We love the parents and tots time here! All the workers are so friendly and good with the little kids. It is so fun my kids never want to leave.

This place is wonderful. Kids had a great time and 2 hours is more than enough. The concession stand I wasn't impressed with. The people were nice. However, they took a long time to make nachos, fountain drinks were flat and not cold, and the Gelato didn't have any ice cream. I would go there again, but would try to stay away from the concessions.

We booked a party package. This place was super fun, I will be joining my kids the next time we come. The party host was courteous and quickly got to anything we needed. Felt bad, lots of stairs to go up and down. Pretty clean place, first aid person on staff. The few things in disrepair such as an extra set of stairs and the elevator would have been helpful to my husband who was on crutches. I may not have booked the birthday party here had I known.

We reserved this park for my husbands birthday. The employees were very helpful from the very start. Jasmine answered all our questions and got back to us quickly. The employees there the night of our party were so fun and involved in making sure that everyone was having a good time. We have absolutely no complaints and would highly recommend reserving Fly High for any family or party of any kind. They are fabulous and easy to work with!

I love this place. Have always loved this place. I was there for 2 hours and they had a lady vacuuming the facility while kids/adults were jumping! LOVE THAT! I also love the new soft play upstairs they have for little kids. That is A BIG PLUS! Well done! However while I was there, some Sh!t Head kids were breaking the soft play and spilling water upstairs! Parents, WATCH YOURE KIDS! A recommendation would be, have an employee walking the floor. Too many kids take food and drink upstairs and all over, then spill it. Second thing on the soft play, safety is a big concern for me. And the soft play airplane that was made upstairs has too much exposed wood, stapes and sharp things that will cut my kids. Also, the upstairs soft play was trashed by previously mentioned kids and there’s screws laying loose around the floor. I understand this is a big facility and you can’t watch everything, but anytime I’m here, I only ever see 2 MAYBE 3 staff people. Parents don’t always watch there kids, extra supervising staff would be a huge plus.

The jumping spots are really fun, but when I ordered a corn dog, it came out frozen and was out of a ton of stuff. Overall though, very fun jumping place!
