No better place to bring your kids. It takes some time for my boy (4 yrs old) to break out of his shell with new faces but after one class he was rocking and rolling. All the coaches and professors are extremely professional and impressively balance teaching the kids, motivating them and instilling discipline. Although they are all human, you can never tell when any of the staff has had a bad day. True professionals. Kudos to a great gym and community you have built.

Dropped in the other night for a couple classes. Great group of guys. Everyone was kind and respectful, always professional. Incredible environment of trust to grow your skills and not have to worry about injury. Coaches and Professors very knowledgeable and take the time to show you proper technique. Very cool experience learning from a legendary warrior such as Rolles Gracie, I’ll 100% be back next time I’m in town.

This place is awesome!!! Day in and day out it feels good to know I’m headed to train with my most genuine and professional people over at Rolles Gracie Old Bridge. When deciding to try this place out you might not know if it’s for you but before you know it you’ll be training upwards of 5 days a week. From being a coach myself I can really say I appreciate the method of teaching technique as well as the camaraderie between professors, coaches, and students. I would recommend this place to anyone in a heartbeat!

My dad and I have been a part of the academy for over a year now and it really is like joining a family. The professors genuinely care about your progress and making sure that you are training to the best of your ability. They check in if they don't see you to make sure you're alright. They allow you to modify warm ups if necessary. You can choose your partner that you want to roll with so you're not uncomfortable. There's no excuse why you can't join this academy and start your Jiu Jitsu experience... I can't wait until my son's allowed to start! OSS!

My daughter has been part of this academy since 2019. It truly is an absolutely amazing place. As soon as you walk in, they treat you as though they've known you forever. They make you feel like you are an important part of their family. You aren't just learning jiujitsu, you are learning respect, discipline, gaining confidence and friends. I highly recommend this place for all levels and ages.

I am a new member and blue belt at this gym. In lieu of my major life emergencies and other instances, this gym has become affordable and welcoming for what I need in my life for right now. For that being said, I recently had a medical emergency while on the mats during a class and I have to say this gym was extremely proactive and knowledgeable on the first aid necessary to handle my situation. The owners and black belts stayed with me the entire time and ensured I got to the hospital whether it was by ambulance or my boyfriend or a teammate. The support was overwhelming and I know they have their students’ best interest and health at heart. This is super important and thanks to them I was able to get things under control to ensure I can get back to training as soon as possible.

I recently joined Rolles Gracie Academy after taking 4 years off of training. The community at this academy is amazing. I felt very welcome by the professors and students starting on day one. Everybody here is willing to help out and provide feedback when you have questions. There is a great mix of different skill levels providing ample opportunities to work on the skills taught in class when rolling. I would highly recommend the academy to those who have trained before or anyone interested in trying out bjj for the first time.

Amazing academy. Since enrolling my son he has gained confidence, increased focus, strength and coordination. He’s learning important lessons that effort and practice reap rewards, for both mind and body. The classes are helping him manage his ADHD through focus and body control. The Professors and Coaches are wonderful, instructing with the perfect balance of patience and discipline. My son loves the classes, he’s excited to work hard and challenge himself. Can’t wait to see how far he’ll go!

It’s been 2 weeks since joining Rolles Gracie Academy and by far I am learning a lot. The professors are there to support, instruct and motivate you throughout the class. The academy’s culture is support, encouragement and family. As a new member I felt welcomed and here to stay.

I cannot be happier with Rolles Gracie. My 12 year old son has not really taken to team sports. BJJ seems to give him enough interaction to keep social, but the success / failure at the end of the day is all him. It is showing him that he must develop a drive in order to succeed. There is constant instruction or practice happening during class, which helps to keep him focused. The teachers are great. They demonstrate everything well and have constant repetition so that there is no confusion. They interact with the kids to ensure they understand and implement the move with the correct form. While the teachers are correcting, they also praise the kids and let them know when they do something well. I also love that they reward dedicated students by having them lead the rest of the class in warm ups and to assist in the demonstrations. I feel like they structure the class to continually build confidence along with the physical capabilities. Overall my son and I are happy with the program and are glad we enrolled him.

Rolles Gracie Academy’s strong point is their welcoming attitude towards practitioners of all skill levels. I had no incoming experience, yet was made to feel part of the group. I received attentive coaching from all professors. I consider myself lucky to have Rolles Gracie Academy as my intro to Jiu-Jitsu. Would recommend to anyone in need of fitness and fellowship. I love it here!

My brother in-law invited me to visit and take a class. It was an amazing experience. The instructors were knowledgeable, friendly and supportive. The school’s community was also extremely welcoming and even though I was a guest from another Gracie school, they treated me like one of their own. Thank you for letting visit your school and I will definitely be visiting again!

My 9 yr old is really enjoying himself. He wad very nervous on his first class however everyone there was very good at making him feel welcome within 15 minutes he was having a blast. The lessons taught are far more than just self defense. Respect for your fellow students and instructors is a core value that everyone can benefit from. If you decide to take the plunge we will see you there:)

Amazing! I loved my experience there today when I attended a Muay Thai class taught by Rodolfo Rocha. He is an incredible instructor. Will definitely go back!

My 5 year old grandson only started classes two weeks ago and we can already see him gaining skills in many different ways. The staff has been professional as well as kind and helpful. Class schedule offers many choices for both weekdays and weekends. But most of all, he is having a great time while learning lifelong skills. I would definitely recommend Rolles Gracie Academy!
