BRIAN is the absolute best. I have been a client of his for about 15 years. He is a gifted knowledgeable massage therapist with I believe 30+ years experience. I’m kind of a massage aficionado, a bit of a diva (lol) and love to indulge in self-care. And massage therapy is absolutely necessary for easing the pain of Rheumatoid arthritis. Granted, this isn’t as glamorous as some of the finer spas in New Jersey and Manhattan. However, BRIAN provides a much better massage than any of those spas can offer. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️.

Gabby is the only one I go to for a facial she uses her professionalism in facial techniques, and skincare. My skin was glowing for days. She gave me a lot of helpful hints in my skin care regiment. thanks Gabby!!

Wonderful experience every time with Jenn, she is awesome! Great communication and really listens and tries to resolve problem areas. Only negative is always the tables. They are so hard and uncomfortable. Please upgrade them! I’ve been to many spas/massage businesses and they have really comfortable tables, including ones that elevate your head, etc. This place definitely needs to upgrade! I would walk out of my massage feeling much more pain free and relaxed if the tables met the level of service I receive from Jenn.

I go to Lindita for my facials because she is so kind, knows her stuff and has me looking and feeling great every time ! She is the best esthetician I’ve ever been to honestly. I highly suggest you try her out

First time at this location, great massage with Aleydi, she really worked on my problem areas and just the right pressure. Relaxed and friendly and didn't talk excessively given this is my time to help me unwind from stress of work and life. Will be going back!

I purchased a gift card and was provided inaccurate information. I was told the amount will cover the massage and gratuities. When the person actually booked their appointment they were overcharged on top of the gift card. When I tried to call and resolve the matter the employee was rude, did not allow me to speak to the manager and hung up the phone. Horrible service. Will never go back there.

Jennifer is one of the best Massage Therapists - she plans with you & addresses all specific issues you have. I highly recommend her!

Absolutely horrible! The older women Anne might have been the rudest person I’ve ever encountered in any service I’ve ever recieved. I have no kind words to say about her and I I’m in shock for the good reviews I see about her, she does not seem to care for any of her customers. She was selfish and impatient. I will never be going back. The receptionist Tiffany was very sweet though and stood up for me when Anne was proceeding to make me feel stupid and unworthy of this type of service.

I had both a massage and facial and they were both excellent experiences. The staff, Jenn K and Dita were wonderful. They were attentive to my concerns and am rebooking for future sessions. Also, front desk was such a pleasure to speak with both before and after. As a Director of Human Resources in a hotel, their hospitality was delightful and a reason to come back.

Be mindful when using the app! I have only good things to say about the services I have received at Massage Envy. However, be careful when using the app. I usually make all my appointments with a receptionist, but recently tried the app. I made one appointment, but found another, more convenient one. To my surprise, I was unable to cancel on line. It was after hours, so I called the next morning. I ended up losing a session due to the cancelation policy. I understand why it's there and have no problem losing a session if I cannot make a scheduled appointment. However, this was just something I couldn't correct on the app. I am feeling quite disheartened at the moment.

Called to reschedule my appointment because I have a fever and doing the right thing as to not get anyone sick. They charged me $77.50 for late cancellation. When I said I would come, they then told me therapist won’t see m because I said I was sick. How is this even OK. Complete and total RIP off. Will be reporting them to BBB. Disgusted at this lack of humanity.
