I've been going to this dentist for several years now, and I think they're great. Dr. Alex is knowledgeable, kind, and personable. I trust his opinions and his dental work. Anna, the dental hygienist I've been using for years, is the best. She's so thorough and so nice, I wouldn't want anyone else cleaning my teeth. All in all, the staff at this practice is professional, efficient, and they do a great job. I highly recommend them.

Love love LOVE my new dentist office. Moving back to New Jersey and having no idea where to go I was recommended here and I couldn't be happier. Not only are the front desk girls absolutely amazing, hospitable, and such a pleasure to speak with, the hygienists and doctors are incredible as well. Dr. Jessica is so professional and conducted my exam above and beyond my expectations. She checked things I have never gotten checked before and honestly I only want her to do my exams from now on. Overall, I'm so happy with my new dentist office and I can't wait for my next visit.

Dr. Alex Silman is simply the best! Me and my wife have been going to see him for many years. In that time he has given us great dental care. He is always smiling and answers any questions you may have. His staff is also top notch. I would highly recommend him and his staff.

I have been using the Silman Spa since I have been on NJ for 5 years almost , I love this office . Dr Inna & Dr Alex truly care about their patients. All the dental hygienists are amazing at what they do , and the whole staff is truly just great. Laurie the office manager has always been so helpful. Truly recommend them for any dental service. My first experience at dr. Silman was truly a wonderful one. The office felt very organized and all the staff were so warm and welcoming. When I checked in I was taken to a room pretty quickly. Dr. Silman’s bed side manner was impeccable and he is so knowledgeable. We were able to see what my issues were and helped me create a dental plan that was right for my tight schedule. Being a patient at Dr. Silman is pain free both physically and emotionally! Can’t wait to go back in two days :)

My family and I have been going to Dr. Silman Smile Spa since 2006 and we would never go to any other dentists! Drs. Alex and Inna are caring and do excellent work, and the staff is beyond top-notch. We are always able to get an emergency appointment when necessary and the wait times at the office are practically nonexistent! The hygienists are excellent as well. I highly recommend them!

As soon as you walk into this place you are treated with kindness , the front desk staff is awesome , so happy and helpful , the Dental assistants are easy on your mouth and make sure you are comfortable ! The Dentist is amazing ! I love this place and I highly recommend it to everyone , if your like me and don’t really like to go to the dentist , you will change your mind after going here ! I can’t express how happy I am to have such a great team of people working on my teeth !! 10 stars if I could !!

We had great experience with Dr Silman. All the staff are super friendly and answered all our questions. Doctor was very knowledgeable and did everything without any pain. I highly recommend Dr Silman and will use their practice in future.
