Fantastic Service! Jeff, Joe and Steve are awesome and are all passionate about cycling. It’s uncommon these days to feel like a priority, but this small business does just that. They were thorough, friendly and did a great job installing my new tires, bar tape and servicing. I will be taking all my bikes here. Thank you all so much!

Steve and his employees are outstanding. This bike shop is highly recommended by some of the best riders in the area. I was a little bias to try out a new shop as the one I used to go to was very good, but it's a bit of a drive to get to them. Nevertheless I listen to the recommendations of these very smart people and I went to the shop. They have a large selection of bikes, parts, and clothing please all the service is done right here. The team is truly knowledgeable and very good I want to do. For sure I will be buying my next bike here and getting my service done too. If you are like me and want to do things on your own, the staff is more the will to help you and share the years of experience that they have. If you're in the area please give this shop a try. You'll be very pleased and when you leave you'll feel what it was like to be at a Mom and Pop shop that really care, like the old days where everyone stood behind their work.

This is a fantastic place to deal with. Over time, I've purchased 2 bikes from them, and both times I was extremely satisfied. My latest purchase was in September 2023. I did a lot of research on the type of bike I wanted, The type I wanted was in stock at Mt. Holly Bicycles. I visited them. Steve helped me. He asked what type of bike I wanted. I showed him, Then he started asking me questions about the type of riding I was going to do. He suggested a different type of bike and explained why it would be better for my needs, than the one I thought I needed. THE BIKE HE SUGGESTED WAS LESS EXPENSIVE THAN THE ONE I ORIGINALLY WANTED. I took his advice and bought the bike he suggested. I'm very, very happy with it. Their service is great too!

First experience dealing with them after a recommendation from dad who purchased a bike here years ago. Pleasantly surprised. Great people who are so eager to help. They helped me get situated with my tubeless tires and even had me come at the end of the day to fix a leak caused by my bad rim tape. These guys are great. Will gladly be back again. Could not say more positive things about this shop. Both Steve and Jeff were super helpful finding the right bike for me (Cannondale Synapse Disc Tiagra) which was no easy task considering everyone is looking for a bike now. I was able to find one they had in stock and in my size and price range. I haven't been riding seriously for over 15 years but had my old cycle shoes which still work fine. Steve actually talked me out of getting a new pair because the ones I had were fine for the job. I love it when a shop cares about it's customers enough not to up sell them on things they don't actually need. This is a great shop that really cares about its customers and the service they offer. The shop was super busy when I went but Jeff still managed to provide me with great service. He is super knowledgable about the products they carry.

Excellent service! My son and I stopped in to ask a question about his bike. We assumed we'd have to leave it for a few days. They fixed the bike right then and there and charged me a ridiculously reasonable price! My son and I were thrilled! Will definitely recommend and use again in the future.
