My mother went to this place for dental cleaning and had a terrible experience. The dentist was rude and started cleaning her teeth aggressively. There was water splashing all over her face and when she tried to get the dentist's attention, she was ignored. She finally had to ask the dentist to stop and walked out of the office.

I recently was changing insurance and fell between the cracks. I needed help right away and gave this dentist a try because it was close and an emergency. Bad idea. This was the worst experience I've ever had. I live to regret it. The Dr's chair side manners was the worst I've ever seen. The front desk people are rude and ignorant, with the manager being the worst. They took two months to sign off on a simple procedure. They do not honor appointments and absolutely do not care about the patients. This office should be closed. It is run like a bad cattle form in a third world country.

I went to this dental office today. Firstly, I was late which is my fault. Long story short this was my first visit. I was emailed a copy of a CT Scan from a previous dentist I saw earlier this year. That was a so I thought this would have been good start . After filling out my paperwork I sat for at least half hour. Eventually after I had.enough of sitting I asked the receptionist when will I be seen she said in a few minutes. Then I was called in and I sat for another half-hour and a female dentist saw the CT scan and she hit the ceiling and she proceeded to tell me that l cannot be treated because the insurance will not pay again for another X-ray and she would not be treating me. ( her attitude was lousy and I became annoyed) I said that I was told that I would get my teeth cleaned and my fill-ins done. Needless to say that answer was no Any way I was told that even if I could be treated their one hygienist available to a cleaning and one other person to do a fill-ins. Made an another appointment but I will not go back there.

Very bad services. Waiting time can way pass your appointment time. Will waste you time,make you come back more time then really needed. The dentist is very impatient. She don't explain to you what needs to be done. If you ask an question she doesn't explain to you so that you can understand it better. No patience at all. The front desk will make some mistakes with you appointments.

I had an appointment for today and took the day off from work. This appointment was made a month ago. After driving all the way there and waiting for an hour I was told that my crowns were not there. The receptionist was very slow to apologize and not a word from my dentist. I am going to switch providers and report them to my insurance company. This is not the first time I had to wait over an hour to be told they can’t help me that day.

Worst dental experience. They caused me physical pain when I had cavities filled. They miscalculated the numbers of fillings and added one on my second visit. They also spoke very little English!

Don't come here !!! I'm warning you. I will tell you my experience about this place. First I walked in reception speak Russian not understand me fully then they finish xray my teeth,i walked in the room and waiting .the blonde lady come in she behind me while introduced herself name Natalie with Russian accent I have to turn my back because the chair that I sit face opposite that she standing. Her face upset have airpod both ears and clean my teeth she finish in 10min as soon as she finish she said wait here couple minutes and walk away . I'm thinking this for real finish in 10min??? I assume that she dental hygienic and I waiting in the room another 10min dentist came look at my teeth look xray ask me if I pain anywhere. I'm answer no I looking for invisalign.he said we not do here go to front desk for more information.

Super helpful staff and great place overall. The doctors are very good at what they do and take good care of patients. Would recommend

They made me cry, worse experience ever doctor didn’t introduce herself when she came in and started working aggressively. I didn’t feel confident to even ask a question and she w walked out and left as soon as she was done.

the doctors are very aggressive and have no patience what so ever. today i cleaned my teeth and the russian lady who cleaned it worked VERY AGGRESSIVE. she kept hurting my GUMS this place needs to work on themselves n learn how to better work with their patients ughh
