All star is amazing from entering the warm office with the decorations and the pics of the patients on the wall to the array of soft drinks and the staff are all Wonderful. They even have this cool reward system where you can get points for gift cards. I think that’s a wonderful idea to inspire the kids. We always ask for the dental assistant Nina. They pretty much know to schedule us with her now. She’s so nice, & funny and my son really enjoys her. Doc Vivas is pretty laid back too.

From the moment I walked in for my consultation up to the last appointment taking my braces off has been nothing less than 5 stars. The name of the practice truly holds up "ALL STAR." Dr. Vives & his team at All Star Family Orthodontists are amazing & so wonderful. When you enter, you can feel how the atmosphere is so lively & welcoming. They work so well with each other & my children love them. Not knowing much about braces at first, they always make sure to explain what they will be doing on my daughter's teeth & I truly appreciate them.

I have been seeing Dr. Vives since 2010 and I wish he was my orthodontist, dentist, doctor, everything! He is truly the sweetest and kindest person and he cares so much about his patients. I came back after years to get new retainers and the appointment went so smoothly I was left so pleased. There was a small misunderstanding on my end but the office staff and Dr. Vives were so kind enough to help solve the misunderstanding. Don't even get me started on his office staff! They are just so sweet! I have never seen office staff as kind as his. I know what its like to work in Healthcare and how stressful it can be but they are all just so kind and caring. Nina and Karen have helped me my past 3 appointments and I wish I knew the names of the other staff members cause they all deserve recognition! I never have issues scheduling my appointments and they always answer their phones. I highly highly recommend all star orthodontics.

Dr. Vives is incredible ! Not only has he taken great care of my teeth thus far , but also he is lovely to speak with at every appointment. It’s rare to find a doctor & staff that combines such personal touches and care for patients as a group with outstanding quality of medical care. The staff is GREAT ! I am greeted by very nice people , always ! ! I don’t really know how to explain it.They are wonderful and I always have a warm experience from start to finish . I appreciate the ladies taking the time to go over everything happening , what to expect and they are very clear with treatment options. I was referred over by my dentist and I can see why . Highly recommended.

I would give it 6 stars if I could. By far the best customer service I’ve ever had, you can clearly tell that everyone here cares about all of their patient’s well-being. Dr. Vives is a great guy who knows how to connect with people, and most importantly they give you amazing results with your teeth. Would absolutely recommend to anyone looking for dental care, no better place to go. They truly go above and beyond to make sure everyone enjoys the time they spend there.

I searched for an orthodontist for a while before I found All Star. I absolutely love this place. All the staff are very nice and attentive as well the Orthodontist. The office is very clean and neat, up to date equipment and you don’t have to sit in the waiting area with a million ppl waiting to get seen. I would definitely recommend this office for those in search of and Ortho.

All Star Family Orthodontics is amazing! Highly recommended their office! From Dr. Vives to the staff … all are professional and friendly. I always walk out of there with a smile (which I do more since my teeth are now perfect and because of Nina who is one of the best there!).
