So
I
normally
don’t
leave
negative
reviews
I
try
to
just
go
with
the
flow
because
I
work
in
retail
and
I
have
a
full
understanding
of
what
that
entails,
situations
that
make
occur,
customer
issues
etc
so
I
give
leniency
for
a
lot
of
things
however
I
am
compelled
to
write
this.
I
have
attempted
to
go
to
this
location
3
times
thru
out
the
past
3
months
and
the
same
gentleman
who
I
assume
has
to
be
some
sort
of
manager
has
either
closed
early
despite
their
hours
being
posted
and
showing
the
business
is
still
open
or
opened
late.
This
evening
I
went
to
go
again
and
despite
their
open
sign
flashing
and
their
time
on
their
door
stating
their
hours
are
11-9
7
days
a
week
again
the
door
was
locked.
I
saw
the
same
gentleman
cleaning
up
at
the
cash
wrap
there
appeared
to
be
a
sales
associate
with
him
and
a
customer
sitting
at
the
table.
When
I
didn’t
leave
the
manager
sent
out
the
sales
associate
to
let
me
know
they
are
closed.
I
will
tell
you
he
was
very
polite
and
apologetic
so
I
have
no
issues
with
that
I’m
most
certain
he
was
sent
out
by
the
manager
as
damage
control
but
I
simply
asked
why
the
hours
on
the
door
say
11-9
and
yet
this
is
the
third
time
I’ve
been
here
with
this
gentleman
working
and
it’s
not
been
opened
during
business
hours.
I
was
told
that
they
started
closing
at
830
pm
during
the
week
and
only
on
the
weekend
do
they
stay
open
until
845pm
since
school
started.
I
wasn’t
going
to
write
anything
on
here
and
just
let
it
go
but
when
I
saw
people
posting
below
about
the
same
issue
one
saying
as
early
as
4
days
ago
they
tried
to
get
in
since
their
hours
are
until
9
and
I
see
the
establishment
saying
as
of
4
days
ago
their
hours
are
9pm
and
apologizing
and
I’m
told
something
else
I
see
dishonesty.
My
hopes
in
writing
this
is
that
whoever
is
the
general
manager
of
this
location
sees
this
and
understands
that
maybe
people
working
are
choosing
to
make
up
their
own
hours
that
you’ll
see
some
push
back
and
most
likely
lose
some
business.
