This is okay 👍 place with lot of amenities included and around it. It is in route 9 so you can always slip in for vegetables 🥗 and fruits buying at Farmers markets (refer my review on it for more details with pictures) , 🍔 Burger King 🤴 and McDonald’s both are at the entrance and allow in-car purchase. It has lot of other shops like pho-ho restaurant, All for less shop which has wide range of home utilities things and daily use things. It has a car 🚙 wash 🧼 nearby. Lot of parking is available as well. Thanks 😊

I often visit Sayreville plaza for farmers market for my weekly grocery, specifically salad items .as well as before covid I daily used to go Planet fitness for gym . I had very good experience , the parking is big . Yesterday I saw a pizza place with home delivery options , I am sharing a picture if anyone wants to order pizza at home. Farmers market is a best place to buy all kind of fresh vegetables and fruits in budget.

Farmers market. The fruits you have to make sure they are not bad. Even if they looks ok from outside, some fruits are bad from inside most of the time.I purchased pear 4 different time and all the time it was bad from inside. That's why I gave 3 star only. The price may be good but the product need to good too. If you can't take honest review then I can't do anything.

So this lil strip mall has the greatest secret known to few. Prontos pizza if you don't know you really don't know. The food was amazing. I would eat there everyday if I could!!!!!!!!

I guess I'm rating the Shopping Center itself versus the individual stores? So even though I go here often for the Vietnamese Pho joint and the gym (Planet Fitness) and the fruit store (and I would rate those places I visit as 4 or 5-stars individually), the Plaza itself is 3-stars at best. Not well lit at night. Needs to be repaved. Often there are shopping carts floating around. I guess that's the criteria that you would rate the actual plaza on, right? So the individual merchants are all good or very good but the plaza could use some upkeep so...3-stars. 4/23 EDIT: I was asked by Google to update my review. The condition of the lot has not changed. Still 3 stars.

I love this shopping center primarily for the farmers market I've been going to since I was young. My parents brought me there and now, as an adult, I go myself. Fresh produce, very good assortment. And I buy so much but end up spending so little compared to other places.

I mainly go for Farmers market. But there is a new shop next to it now called "All for less" It looks like a high-end dollar store and I found useful items there.

It's a good spot..it has Burger King and the fruit and vegetable store...which is an excellent place. It also has a T-mobile that's pretty convenient...you can also access the carwash from there

Great shopping center that has wonderful shops, eateries, and great parking! Easily accessible from route 9. It is very Close to Home Depot and Walmart. Texas Roadhouse, Bubba's, Panera Bread, Jersey Mike's sandwiches, Mike's Pizza Place, and Dunkin Donuts. Marshall's, Pep Boys, Five Below, The Dollar Store, RWJ Fitness & Wellness Center, European Wax Center, Petco, Hand and Stone Massage and Facial Spa, The UPS Store, Angel Nails, Advance Auto Parts, Carousel Hair Designers, Fine Wine & Liquor Depot, Sally Beauty, Old Bridge Vision Center, GNC, Volta Charging Station, and Allied Dental Of Old Bridge.

I have been going to the Farmers market on Rt 9 (Sayreville) for over 7 yrs and it has declined tremendously. I was always able to find lower prices here rather than at a grocery store but lately their prices are More than the stores and the quality and quantity of product is very minimal. I may decide to take the drive out to Freehold and see if that one is better. But I'll be taking a break from this one as I am not seeing any improvement.

Always go to farmers market in there.great selection of fruits and vegetables at a great price.

Sayreville Plaza Shopping Center has been in existence since the late 1950’s, but it underwent several updates over the years and overall appears to be a modern shopping center. There are a few restaurants in the main strip as well as the satellite buildings for McDonald’s and Burger King. Planet Fitness and the Farmers Market by far seem to be the busiest tenants. Unfortunately there are several empty tenants currently, which is a problem many strip malls are dealing with today. I did not see many for-rent signs but I hope that new businesses will come in to keep this place going. There is ample parking here, but please note some drivers move through the lot fast because there are so many abandoned tenants. There are also no stop signs at the end of the parking aisles, and I witnessed an almost-accident when someone failed to stop leaving one of the aisles.

Under construction & kinda dilapidated. Configurations of driving are difficult & confusing.

Great stores to do some shopping. Parking lot could use some work but they have alot of different businesses.

Sayreville ShopRite is in Sayreville Plaza. Very clean. Great parking.

A really nice plaza convenient to Rt. 9, although sometimes difficult to get out of. Good variety.
