I am very happy with the care I was given here. Colleen, the NP on staff Was very detailed, very thorough in her questions, and really listens to me. I had a better exam here than I do at my regular physician’s office. She explained everything to me, and explained the medication she was giving to me. Facility is clean, and easy to check in and make appointments online. The convenience of having my prescriptions sent right to the pharmacy was great. My medication was done within seven minutes. I highly recommend this place. And I think Colleen for taking all the time she need it to explain and make me feel better.

I’ve taken my children and myself to this location. Both Janine and Colleen are amazing! They always make us feel at ease and address every concern. They are compassionate and really know their stuff. It’s so easy to make an appointment and we’ve never had a long wait. I’m so glad this place is here, you’d never get better treatment at some other urgent care or emergency room.

I met with Dr. Janine and she was so kind and knowledgeable, explaining everything she was doing as she was doing it and very understanding of my difficulties with the strep test. She quickly went through my history and current condition and a quick trip to the pharmacy already has me feeling improved! I would definitely return if I was in need.

I came in minutes before closing and Janine Buck graciously agree to see me even though she knew the appointment would extend well past the clinics business hours. Janine was friendly, efficient, and quickly able to diagnose and treat me. Im grateful and look forward to feeling better NOW rather waiting another 12 hours to be seen. Thank you!

My experience at the RediClinic was fantastic! I went in for a sinus condition and was treated by Colleen, the head NP. She made detailed notes on my medical history and asked all of the right questions regarding my sinus issues. She explained everything in thorough detail with regard to treatment, and most importantly, with much care and concern. I would recommend this RediClinic to anyone. Thanks Colleen! I want to shout out Nurse Practitioners Janine and Colleen for all of their help and professionalism. I had all my staff (teachers) get their physicals and TB Testing done at this RediClinic. Both Colleen and Janine, did a wonderful job getting all my teachers checked, in a timely manner while being extremely sweet and helpful throughout the whole process. We had back to back appointments for about a week, and they treated every patient with love and respect. I highly recommend using this RediClinic for any physicals or vaccinations. I've personally used them to get my son's sports physicals or flu shots, because it's sometimes a hassle to get an appointment made at his doctor's office.

Went to this location with a stomach virus. Nurse Practitioner Janine was fantastic. She listened to all of my concerns and took her time to explain everything to me in detail in regards to care. Having a location within Rite Aid itself is great and Nurse Janine was able to show me what medications would best meet my needs. Would return to this location in the future over any of the Urgent Cares in the area because of the excellent degree of efficiency and care shown to me.

I had taken both of my girls they’re on separate occasions Colleen is very thorough in her exam and also very kind making both my girls feel comfortable and at ease. I highly suggest if you’re feeling under the weather going here within two days everyone was back to normal after treatment.

Great place to go to see someone for care such as illnesses or injury’s. I’ve went here many times and Janine Buck has helped me with care for a sprained ankle and food poisoning, she knows her stuff, knows what to prescribe you when needed, good at her job. they do give doctors notes to get off work when appropriate which is nice too.

Today, I took both my kids to RediClinic, and were immediately seen by Colleen Abell, FNP. She is very experienced and knowledgeable. She gladly welcome and efficiently answered all our questions. Her treatment plan was clear and easy to follow. Both my kids and myself liked her so much.

Nurse Practitioner Janine was extremely knowledgeable, had excellent bedside manners, and took her time to listen to my concerns, thoroughly examine me, explain my condition and the prescribed medication. With most doctors rushing patients in and out, Janine far exceeded my expectations and showed what patient care should be like. What's more, I was seen right on time without any wait and on a weekend.
