I
have
seen
the
doctors
before,
which
are
great,
however
when
my
son
needed
an
appointment,
the
receptionist
was
not
helpful
and
would
not
even
let
me
ask
a
question.
My
son
had
hurt
his
elbow
and
the
first
available
appointment
was
out
of
network,
on
Wednesday.
I
took
the
appointment
to
check
if
it
was
something
serious
and
made
an
appointment
with
this
practice
for
an
appointment
for
Friday.
On
Wednesday
it
was
determined
that
my
son's
injury
was
a
fracture
with
a
recommendation
to
cast.
I
could
brace
his
elbow
to
the
appointment
with
a
doctor
in
network,
which
would
have
been
Friday.
Pediatric
Orthopedics
called
me
Thursday
to
tell
me
the
doctor
was
sick
and
they
had
to
cancel
my
appointment.
They
could
not
give
me
another
appointment
and
could
put
me
on
a
waiting
list.
I
know
they
have
other
offices,
so
I
mentioned
that
my
son
had
a
fracture
and
the
receptionist
stopped
me
from
asking
my
question
if
they
had
an
availability
at
another
office.
She
then
tried
to
tell
me
that
this
appointment
would
be
considered
a
second
opinion
and
would
need
the
records,
which
in
todays
day
and
age,
sharing
records
is
an
easy
request,
I
advised
the
who
the
doctor
was
and
again
tried
to
ask
when
or
if
I
could
be
seen
in
another
office,
which
she
never
let
me
ask.
She
did
not
like
my
tone,
and
even
though
I
told
her
my
son
had
a
fracture,
she
hung
up
on
me.
A
thing
to
note,
is
when
I
first
tried
making
an
appointment,
the
phone
was
set
to
off
hours,
even
though
it
was
Monday
mid
day.
So,
If
you
can
happen
to
get
someone
to
pickup
the
phone
and
is
concerned
about
your
issue,
the
doctors
are
great.
