Re: A few thoughts about my time at Trinity Rehab, East Brunswick facility. First and foremost, I would just like to extend my sincere appreciation to the entire staff for all the hard work that went into rehabbing my arthritic neck for the past two months. My Physical Therapist, Khushbu Nayak, worked hard in setting up a program of back and neck strengthening exercises as well as heat and stimulation of neck muscles. The pain has subsided considerably since the 2 months of rehab began. I would like to thank Khushbu for her professionalism during our time together. I would also like to give a big “Thank You” to the Technicians at the East Brunswick facility….. Valeria, Nicki, Eda and Renee for their tireless guidance over the past two months. Working from their routine sheets, I was guided and monitored throughout the 12 or so exercises of my program every session. I cannot say enough how grateful I am for the way these four ladies conducted themselves while under the employ of Trinity Rehab. Professional in every way…..caring, helpful, teaching, empathetic…well I think you get the picture. Four ladies that, for me, was an honor to get to know. Bravo ladies, well done from one of your biggest fans. Only negative is they could really use a bigger facility.

This is the place to go for Physical Therapy! I showed up on Day 1 in severe pain and loss of strength emanating from cervical disk issues. My initial evaluation with Melissa was extremely thorough; she was professional, calming, reassuring and confident there would be a good outcome. I worked closely with Melissa and Steven, and they delivered! I closely followed their programs in the facility and at home. In just five short weeks I feel 95% better--pain free and strength is back. And the bonus was it was an enjoyable experience. Melissa and Steven were pleasures to work with, as were the entire staff. If this place doesn't work well for you, nothing will.

My go to place for any and all PT needs. They have treated me for mutiple injuries in the last 7 months and I could not be happier with the attention and care Melissa, Steven, Christina and Ina provides along with the support staff (Michelle, Aisha, Marlin). Jessica makes scheduling a breeze and very pleasant to work with.

⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Trinity Rehab East Brunswick is outstanding! Melissa was incredibly helpful during my treatment, and Jess at the front desk was very nice. The location is convenient, the facility is clean, and the staff is amazing. I'll never go to another physical therapy center. Highly recommended!

After getting diagnosed with spinal stenosis My doctor recommended physical therapy I have to say this place is the best! they work with you every step of the way and everyone does a great job making you feel comfortable very friendly staff. This place deserves 10 stars !

I recently suffered a shoulder injury and was more than pleased with the help they provided. I worked with Melissa and Steven and they both showed me the utmost respect professionalism. They were caring throughout the process - and made the extra effort to not only fix my injury, but educate me on best practices on how to prevent future injuries.

I was a patient at Trinity Rehab in East Brunswick with a back injury. I highly recommend this place as every team member I worked with from the minute I entered the office was friendly, compassionate, and knowledgeable. Melissa and Steve did an excellent job of evaluating and supervising my therapy. I started getting better quickly and I'm pain free now. I would recommend this place to anyone needing physical therapy, they are outstanding.

I worked with both Melissa and Steven for treatment on my neck and shoulder. I couldn't be happier with my results. They are both super friendly and great communicators. You can tell they really care about their patients and want to ensure you are making progress. The technicians that help with the exercises are knowledgeable, courteous and always looking to help. Jess at the front desk is easy to work with when scheduling appointments. The facility is clean and they make sure to stay on top of sanitizing the equipment during sessions. My wife is being treated at Trinity Rehab of East Brunswick for her ankle and more recently for her hip. She said the Physical Therapists, Technicians and Office staff all get 5+ stars: The Office staffers Jessica and Dan are very pleasant, welcoming and ready to answer any questions you may have. The skilled Physical Therapists Melissa, Steven, Denise, Christina, Ina and Sharon are very friendly and sincere and have gone above and beyond to help her hip and ankle healing progress. Today, Melissa took a lot of time to explain my wife's hip injury to her, answered my wife's questions and was very caring and compassionate. The PT Technicians Kristen, Michelle, Aisha, Sydney, Omar and Marlin are very knowledgeable and helpful. Anyone seeking PT treatment should not hesitate to give Trinity Rehab a call.

Extremely friendly staff, very knowledgeable and helpful. They are also super about keeping all the equipment as germ free as possible always wiping down with disinfectant after each use. You can also tell they really enjoy what they are doing. Only reason not five stars was that when I started a new exercise- instead of the PTA or PT showing me how to do it to make sure I did correctly, here it was a tech, who is not an experienced PT person. So I asked that whenever a new exercise was shown, it was done by a PT. But besides this, I highly recommend it.

Excellent place for PT. They’re all very attentive and concerned about your progress. Melissa and Steve are amazing and very dedicated to every patient. My second time using them. It’s almost fun going there. Highly recommend them if you need PT.

This review is being written on behalf of my sister, Eileen Quinto: I have been coming to Trinity Rehab since before my knee replacement surgery. I began with prehab before the surgery and now continue with post-surgical rehab to strengthen my new knee. Steven Solano has been working with me primarily and I have to say that he is excellent. He talks me through each exercise and provides me the compassion necessary for such an intensive workout. He has listened to my concerns and has gone above and beyond to make this journey such a positive and successful one. Additionally, Melissa de la Cruz, who did my initial evaluation, is absolutely phenomenal. She has helped me significantly and always has a kind word of encouragement. I cannot forge Christina Estremera, another wonderful addition to an exceptional team. Finally, Jessica, the office manager, makes each visit seamless and organized. This entire team, including the physical therapy assistants, keep me motivated by providing a positive and effective environment. I look forward to continuing here on my road to recovery and highly recommend Trinity to anyone that requires treatment.

I highly recommend Trinity PT. It has been a great experience, they have helped me get my hip better quickly. All the therapist there are great, it was such a great experience having Steve and Melissa help me during my recovery process. Again I highly recommend Trinity.

From the moment you walk in you feel like everyone is focused on your care and treatment. Everything is personalized to my abilities and centered around my improvement. The physical therapists are knowledgeable and create a treatment plan that works. The technician are extremely helpful and put you at ease. If you are in pain and need a PT office, this is the place to go. You’ll be in excellent hands, literally.

Steve and Melissa have been great.From when I first walked (hobbled) in until now, my last day. It has been a world of difference. Now I can walk like a normal person. They are both very knowledgeable, compassionate, and professional. I would recommend anyone to go there. The entire staff are very friendly and helpful. Physical therapy and EPAT combined helped my wrist and elbow pain to heal at such an exponential rate. Since then, Kanika has helped me maintain my strength and would highly anyone to come for PT.

Great clinic and very helpful throughout my rehab. I also have a great time every time I go to therapy. The staff makes everything really light and fun. Kanika is one of the best therapists I’ve gotten to know. Highly recommend

O started therapy with Trinity Rehab back in December of 2020 at that point Mu right leg was stiff from RA and I wasn't able to stand upright or get out of a chair. They worked with me and I dod all three step downs. I am now able to get out of chairs stand up straight and take walks. Trinity Rehab is awesome and so are the Therapists and Stsff.

Hidden gem!!! The EB team is phenomenal! I have been under their care for 6+ weeks. Khushbu, my therapist, is patient, knowledgeable, attentive, and always pushes me to go outside of my comfort zone while making sure it’s functional and appropriate for me. I still have a way to go but I know that under her guidance I’m on the right path. Dio, the administrator, is extremely proficient in what she does and always goes the extra mile for the patients. Nothing but professionalism and solutions to any insurance or doctor issues that arise. Overall, my experience with them has been 10/10!

I never expected to be healthy in just 6 weeks. I had a severe back pain so bad that I could barely walk. After several epat treatments and exercise I felt much better. I have no back pain and sleep better at night. The staff was very knowledgeable and pleasant to work with. The Administrator Dio always checked my temperature before I was admitted. Katelyn and Khushbu were excellent. My primary therapists was Khushbu Nyayak who organized my exercises and changed them as necessary. I would recommend this facility to anyone in need of physical therapy. I have not felt this good in 20 years!

I came to trinity rehab when I was 23 for my first knee surgery, and Danielle at the front desk was very knowledgeable about my insurance and made it very affordable for me to come in. The physical Therapists Christine and Melissa was my 2 first Therapist and they both were great and walked me through everything and made sure to get me back on the soccer field with no pain and stronger. I knew this past couple months for my second knee surgery I was coming back to Trinity. When I came back, I had Kate and Michael as therapist and they were completely knowledgeable about my past and what my goals were, they were amazing and I was happy to be back. The whole staff is very welcoming and make everything very comfortable.

I call my therapist Khusboo “miracle worker” She understands what my recovery required and had designed specific exercises that helped me heal and feel better in a short span of time. The office is well equipped and clean and they follow all safety protocols thoroughly and the entire support staff is very friendly and helpful.

My experience at Trinity was extremely positive. You are greeted and feel welcome upon entering the facility. It is very organized and every minute is utilized. You are properly guided throughout your exercise routine. The technicians are very focused and they guide you throughout your exercise program, while the directors are monitoring the proper way you intiate each task. I would highly recommend Trinity to anyone, especially after the results of my family physician's evaluation which was outstanding. Each piece of equipment is thoroughly sanitized after every use. Overall, I rate this a 5 Star Rehab center.
