Very
nice
staff.
Easy
to
get
appointment.
That
being
said...the
vet
misdiagnosed
my
cat
and
he
died
6
weeks
later
after
multiple
visits
and
hundreds
of
dollars.
He
should
have
been
taken
for
surgery
immediately
but
the
doctor
didn't
even
do
xrays
until
2
weeks
later,
1
week
after
that
his
toe
bone
was
completely
out
of
the
skin
and
touching
the
ground
with
every
step.
The
vet
just
kept
giving
antibiotics
and
steroids.
At
this
point
my
cat
had
stopped
normal
functions
for
too
long
and
lost
too
much
weight
for
surgery
and
had
to
be
put
down.
I
understand
that
doctors
can
make
mistakes
and
as
sad
as
I
am
I
do
not
think
he
is
a
bad
doctor
but
after
he
also
failed
to
inspect
my
dogs
ears,
mouth
and
other
parts
during
a
well
visit,
I
do
not
feel
confident
that
my
pets
will
be
throughly
cared
for
in
the
future
(2
weeks
after
the
well
visit
I
discovered
a
rotten
tooth
in
my
dogs
mouth,
that
should
have
been
seen
by
the
vet).
Bottom
line
is
the
prices
are
good
and
everyone
is
very
nice
there
but
if
you
have
a
sick
animal
or
want
a
thorough
examination,
pay
the
extra
money
and
go
somewhere
else.
My
cat
didn't
have
to
die
because
of
a
broken
toe
nail.
He
should
have
had
surgery
immediately
and
he
would
still
be
here
with
me.
***Update:
the
vet
responded
that
I
have
the
wrong
hospital
and
that
he
doesnt
remember
having
a
cat
with
these
issues,
conveniently
I
cannot
respond
to
the
doctor.
It
was
Dr
Bloom,
I
do
not
have
the
wrong
doctor.
And
the
fact
that
you
don't
recall
this
unique
situation
is
a
little
upsetting.
I
wasn't
trying
to
leave
a
bad
review
because
I
don't
blame
you
100%
I
know
you
are
a
human
who
can
make
a
bad
judgment
call
but
acting
as
if
It
was
some
other
hospital
or
doctor
is
crazy,
honestly
how
many
cats
do
you
see
that
has
a
toe
bone
sticking
out
the
bottom
of
his
foot?
My
cats
name
was
Trouble.
If
that
still
doesn't
ring
a
bell
than
maybe
that's
a
bigger
issue
here
