    I’ve been a member of the Max for several years now. I just turned 65 and I’m in the best health I’ve been since my 30s. The trainers are amazing, they show modifications to all of the exercises so that I was able to start off slow and build up. When I started I literally could not do a push-up, now I can do 20. The people are also great, the support and motivation you receive from the rest of the class is great. It took me a long time but I finally found a gym that works.

    The Max Challenge of OB is a very special place.. it’s not just a Gym to keep you fit, it is a community of friends and family that lifts you up and supports you not only on your fitness but also nutrition and mental health! MInd Body and spirit indeed!! Love the Max of OB!!

    The Max has changed my life!! Life before Max consistanted of mostly poor eating and very sporadic trips to the gym. The culture at Max OB is so much fun. Now my fiancé and I are there 5 days a week, following nutrition, and seeing great results! Thank you Alex, Joanne, and everyone at The Max!!

    Been going to The Max Challenge of Old Bridge for 5 years and never looked back! Awesome place to come to daily. Great instructors and support team, as well as, great gym mates. Everyone is very supportive and you make some great friends along the way. 45 mins of “me” time.

    Most people join gyms to get fit and the ultimate goal is either weight loss or muscle gain. At least that was what I was searching for. But when I joined this gym I got so much more than a workout. I got friends an amazing coach and follow through. I want to want to go to the gym at 5 am. I have all around care. Genuine nutrition guides and recipes. I am beyond impressed with my progress and more so my ambition to get stronger every day! 💪 I highly recommend The Max Challenge of Old Bridge! If I could give 100 stars I would!

    I've been a MAX member for 7 years. I love the support of not only the trainers but of the members. The trainers are helping me to achieve my personal goals. The members are motivating me to push harder. I even got my daughter to become a member and she loves it!!! This was a girl who hated gym and any type of physical activity. She lost 20 pounds ! The MAX of Old Bridge is like a second family. I look forward to going everyday!

    The Max has been the only gym where I have felt continuously inspired. The staff gets to know each member on a personal level in order to ensure they reach the goals they set. They are the reason I walk through the doors even on days I am not as motivated. I love the atmosphere and environment. They focus on not just workouts but nutrition and mental health as well making the Max a stand out experience that once you have experienced it you cannot live without it.

    I have been a member at the MAX of Old Bridge for two and half years. I can’t not stress enough how this was the best decision I ever made! I won my challenge at a tricky tray and it was at a point in my life where I knew I had to make a change. I was put on Metformin for diabetes. Changing my eating habits and working out consistently I was able to stop taking the meds and have lost 28 lbs total. It took a year of dedication but after some time it become a way of life! The support from the staff and members isn’t something you find in most gyms. I highly recommend giving the MAX a chance. You will not be disappointed!

    I came in for the 5 week sprint with my girlfriend and her twin brother and I can’t thank this place enough for taking us in! The Max Challenge of Old Bridge embodies anything that anyone can ever ask for in a gym. The staff is professional, knowledgeable, and extremely personable. It’s one thing to have a fitness coach who helps you get in shape…but it’s another thing when your fitness coach makes it enjoyable while doing so. Thank you for being AWESOME! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!!!

    I LOVE the MAX! I'm in my 7th week, down 10 lbs and have so much more energy than I had before. Everyone is very supportive!! Highly recommend it!

    I can't say enough good things about Max. The whole crew was so welcoming from day 1. Coaches are all excellent and REALLY friendly and encouraging ( Wendy, you are the best!) There is a unique vibe, definitely a really positive & fun energy. Been here for almost 3 years now, and I am better physically and mentally than ever.

    Life Changing! It's priceless to walk through the doors ( A Difficult 1st Step) and have your instructor, mine being Alex, smile and be truly happy to see you each day! Every person is monitored on their personal progress, the instructors know when miss a class! Great full body workouts make you stronger physically and mentally!     The Max is my sanctuary!! It's my place to destress. It gives me a problem free zone. I don't have to guess about any type of workout or if I don't have a proper form. The coaches are always available to assist on whatever you need whether you need nutritional information or adjust your workout. I joined after the 10 week challenge and when you find the type of training that makes you feel good you show up for you and it naturally has become a lifestyle for me to stay healthy. It really gives you more strength in more ways than you think!

    Awesome energy at the Old Bridge Max! The trainers, and staff are externally helpful and knowledgeable with all the exercises and nutrition programs Max has to offer. The workouts are different each time and can be as challenging as you want them to be. Great gym to be a part of you won’t be disappointed.

    I joined MAX 15 weeks ago it was the best decision I ever made!! From day one everyone was so welcoming and helpful. MAX has made me love working out I look forward to going everyday. The instructors are fabulous!! I'm down 29 pounds gained confidence and met so many nice people along the way!!! So happy I made that first step and walked through the door!!! MAX has truly changed my life !!

    I can’t say enough good things about this gym. I have been a member for over 6 years. I have been to a lot of gyms in my life. I was just another face waking past them. Not this gym, they take the time to know your name. They’re invested and want to be a part of your journey.45 minute of structured workouts, High fives, smiles, comradery, friendships made.Are all part of this gym.     I joined The Max last year on a recommendation from a friend. I’ve never felt comfortable in a gym or enjoyed going. I signed up for a 10 week challenge and it was LIFE CHANGING, to say the least. It’s so much more than a gym or workout routine; it’s nutrition, reaching goals, encouragement, camaraderie and workout that is geared to a level you are comfortable with.     I joined The Max Challenge because I wasn't doing working out on my own. I'm so happy I did, it gave me plenty of time options with my ever changing work schedule and the staff was very supportive. I think the bigger plus here are the staff and the people that use The Max. They make it fun! I highly recommend to anyone wanting to improve themselves, mentally and physically.

    I love the Max! The workouts are challenging but doable - the staff is AMAZING- everyone, I mean everyone there, staff AND members are so helpful and encouraging. I feel stronger, I look better, and my cholesterol Has improved enough that I convinced my doctor not to prescribe a statin. Overall I can’t say enough good things. If you’re thinking about joining, do it!

    Love Max Challenge of Old Bridge! Has proven very effective for me and my husband. I had been dieting, but I knew I needed to workout to really see the change in me, but I found excuses to go to the gym or to walk. I needed somebody to push me to do it because I am lazy to push myself! Of all the available options Max is what has proven the best for me! Join it, you won't regret it. You'll love it!!!

    I just started the Max, i was never fond of working out, but the people that work there make it so easy to want to get up and go. The support and motivation I feel from going there is amazing. It has only been a week and I look forward to going every single day. This is the place to go if you're looking to lose weight and/or tone and build confidence.

    I love The Max it helped strengthen my weak muscles. Everyone there is very friendly and supportive. There is no judgement there. Everyone work at their own pace. You have to taste their shakes it is so delicious. I tried the pumpkin spice recipe. Thank you Alex and Maureen and all the members that made me feel so welcome.

    Best place to workout with a welcoming atmosphere! The trainers put in such tremendous effort in creating new daily workouts for best results AND a nutrition plan to maximize those results!     My favorite place of them all! If you are on a way of weight lose and making your life abbits better, this is a place to be. Compared to regular gym, here you have benefit of personal training, group you stick to, motivation and great nutrition knowledge, which compared show results. Check out for sure, you won't regret a second spect at Max.

    Amazing instructors that keep you motivated throughout the whole workout! They offer so many classes and even call to check up on you if you miss a few days! I’ve never had that from any other gym. They take time to explain nutrition plans and are always available for advice! So happy to be a part of the MAX family!!

    My 15 year old son is the one taking classes and he absolutely loves it! I have seen a huge transformation with him. He learned a lot about nutrition, portion control and is a lot more active than he has been. He has lost a great deal of weight and his confidence has definitely improved! I can’t say enough great things about Andrea, Alex and all the members as they have become almost a 2nd family to my son!

    #1 gym and workout in the area. Rich and his team are amazing instructors and motivators. They help you set goals and CRUSH them. The schedule provides a lot of options. The meal plan is easy to follow and compliments the workouts. You can't go wrong!

    I'm not a fan of gyms or classes but when I wanted to work on my core and upper body to improve my marathon performance, I decided to give the Max a try.     I love attending the MAX in Old Bridge. All the people there are very friendly and cooperative including all the staff and instructors. I normally take my classes with Genelle and she is a sweetheart. I love that every class is different and designed to be enjoyable as well as challenging. I would highly recommend Max to all of my family and friends.

    I have never enjoyed exercise or getting up early but since I’ve joined The Max, I have been doing both consistently for more than a year and a half. The support you receive from the instructors and the other “Maxers” in class is like nothing I’ve ever experienced. This program is amazing and the changes you will see for yourself, both inside and out, make every minute and every dollar spent so worth it.

    Best decision I ever made! I have been a member of The Max Challenge of Old Bridge for over 4 years. To be motivated each day to attend classes and follow the nutrition plan says a lot. The discipline I learned over this time has allowed me to make wiser choices in food selections, making me feel better and healthier. The workouts vary each day to make it interesting, fun and certainly not boring! And I need to address the wonderful staff as well as the fabulous members too who truly helps one another and have become friends.

    Thrilled to be a MAX member for over 6.5 years! I’ve changed my eating habits and eat healthier. As a result I look and feel better and my self esteem has skyrocketed! Not only did I do that I stopped smoking December 4, 2014. It is motivational and great working out with others!

    Awesome staff, instructors and class mates become your family. The program is amazing, easy to follow and the workouts are amazing. This is my therapy, my safe place and where I clear my head for 45 minutes. If you are wondering if you want to sign up- DO IT!

    I really love the sense of family you get at the Max. Everyone genuinely cares about the people around them and want to see them succeed as much as themselves. The motivation from the instructors is the key to this program. (The amazing results don’t hurt either! 😉)
