Good storage facility with very friendly staff. Facility is kept clean and secure too. The only con is that your rent goes up every year, however you can switch units if that happens or speak with management to see if they can do anything. They are eager to work with you and we’re always able to find a solution for me.

I highly recommend Extra Space Storage in Old Bridge at 2540 Rte 516. The facility is so clean. The front office staff are fantastic. Ashley and Tiffani are both extremely helpful. They both go above and beyond to help with your storage needs. Definitely 5 stars!!

Great attentive service! I rented one unit, then another and then another as I was moving and needed to keep things until the next house was ready. The manager helped me get the movers to my units even when we ran after gate hours. They are so professional and helpful. When I had trouble with a unit door they came out to check it immediately and taught me to open it. I can't say enough good things about them. So grateful as they helped my move go smoothly! Keep getting rent increases every year! This time almost $35. Agent I spoke with took my info and argued my displeasure with higher-ups. She was able to get our increase down dramatically. Was appreciated big time!!!

Highly recommend 2540 county road 516 store, but I am sure others available are just as good. However, my glowing experience occurred at the 2540 516 location.

Place is clean and easily accessible, however them jumping the price up almost 100$ after a few month makes it not worth it. Thats why i pulled all my stuff out. I called about the price chang and they said thats what the average price for this size unit is going for now. They were supposed to see if they can lower the price and get back to me. No one ever did. 467$ for a 25x10x12 ( i think) isnt worth it. It was 372$ prior.

I needed to rent a storage unit and heard good things about Extra on 516. I was contacted by a nice man named Brandon who made it sound very simple, he sounded nice too so it gave me confidence i was doing the right thing. I met with Brandon Viera who is very pleasant professional and personable and has a great reassuring smile. It makes me feel hood yo know such people are running this storage space. I will be a customer as long as I need to and hopefully the rates won't go up.

The facility was clean and well kept, my locker was easily accessible and with help from associate Yanise to a small locker was fast convenient and I had a easy transfer from one locker to another. I don’t usually do many reviews but I have to say Brandon Viera at the Old Bridge location was excellent!! We were in and out in no time. Showed us our unit, answered our questions and we were on our way! Very impressed with the professionalism and happy it didn’t take all afternoon!!

Today I went into the store to pay my bill and the store was having an issue with the computer that was causing some issues with my payment. Even with the issues Yanise kept a smile on her face and was very helpful on working everything out for me. I really do appreciate her taking the time today to help me. Yanise thank you again.
