Was actually pretty excited to come here. Drove about 35 min to get here. Service was good. Place is cute. I read good things about it. And So I feel bad giving a bad rating, but it is what it is.. - Soup portion was great - but wish there was a little more seaweed etc. - salad was good. Not my type but was good. - my salmon roll tasted bad; to the point I couldn’t finish it and forced myself to have half. - the tempura salmon roll was good. - this worst for me was this; my spicy tuna had a scale in it. I had to pull it out of my mouth with my fingers.

Magnificent! We have been coming here very often for a number of years now, and have NEVER been disappointed. We order a bunch of platters each year for our Christmas party, as well. The quality here has never dipped below outstanding. Very clean, friendly wait staff, and a boisterous but welcoming atmosphere. Excellence!

The food is just next level amazing. By now I have tried most of the sushi rolls and appetizers, and so far I have never been disappointed. The Tom Kha Gai soup is my favorite and the seaweed is always fresh. The rolls, anything from the crafted section is good, but the lobster rock and roll is the king of sushi. Is just next level good and it comes accompanied by some tempura lobster on the side. The Hitachino white ale beer is delicious, and pairs up nicely with the food. My favorite is the jasmine tea lager, but they currently don't have that one in stock (hopefully it'll be back soon!). The green tea tempura ice cream was a very pleasant surprise, I can't recommend it enough.

Just wow. Hands down the best sushi I’ve had in this area. Their pink lady roll is to die for. Highly highly recommend everyone get at least one. From the appetizers, to the rolls, to dessert there was nothing I didn’t like. The staff was attentive and service was great. Even though it was packed we got our food in a timely manner. The ambiance here is amazing. Have never been to such an energetic sushi place before. Definitely will be returning very soon!

Although Ganga is not cheap, it is still the busiest, noisiest Japanese restaurant in Monmouth County. People keep coming back for the food, service and atmosphere. This is a great place to get your favorite sushi rolls.

Loved the place the moment I got in it, very nice in general, the waitress also friendly and last but very important the food was delicious definitely coming back

I don't like leaving bad reviews but it's not easy trying to say good things about Ganga. I went for sushi, the fish was simply not fresh. When eating raw fish I personally find this frightening. The service was awful as well. We waited over 40 minutes for our order and it wasn't yet crowded. On the positive side the presentation was good. 2 stars is reluctantly generous.

3.5 stars which equals decent in my book. This place is always packed, and I just can’t figure out why. I found everything to be just ok. I prefer Ginkaku Japanese Bistro down the road. I tried the Mango chicken, teriyaki chicken, and chicken hibachi dinners here. They were all ok/good, but those dinners were much better at other Japanese restaurant I’ve been too. They do make a delicious fried rice here, but everything else was just ok.

Had an hour to spare. Went by myself to grab some dinner. Always a little weary going to get dinner by myself. Sat at the bar. The reason for the review is for one reason. The Bar Tender. Being as I own my own business, I know what a struggle it’s been to find good help. She was so nice and so polite. Quick to take order. Quick on refills just overall amazing. Defiantly deserves a raise. Have to take care of employees like that. Awesome job. Made my dining alone less awkward. 9-11-2022 5pm

We started off with some Indian pancake and the spiced calamari. Both incredible tasting and beautifully plated. I got the steak hibachi and everything was divine! Overall great experience; excited to come back.

Ganga is my absolute favorite! I have tried to switch it up and ate at different sushi spots but I always revert back to Ganga. Their lunch specials are amazing. You get so much food. I love their hot and sour soup, they even have a seafood version. I typically order their Basil Shrimp lunch special.. so yummy. Today I tried their shrimp hibachi which was good but the shrimp were a little too well done but nothing a specialty roll can’t fix! We got the Tuna Amazing roll to share since there is just so much food. Salad, soup, rice, shrimp with vegetables, spicy salmon roll and Pork Gyoza. It’s really filling. I also love their drunken noodles which I didn’t get this time. You can’t leave without trying their lichee martini .. delish!!

One of the best fusion place with excellent authetic sushi and other items, very curticious and friendly staff. They make excellent coctails also...

Came for lunch on a Sunday. Service was great and food was super tasty. Can’t wait to come back!

Ganga and its other branches AJA are amazing.. very good Asian food Their spring rolls are very delicious, their curry’s are good Hot and sour soup is delish.. If you like veggies soft and well done like me you have to make sure you are very specific when you order.

I have been wanting to come here for some time. It did not disappoint... Great ambiance, beautiful dishes, and the food was actually delicious. Had a few cocktails too and they were really good
