Jeff
Jordan
designed
my
gut-remodeled
row
house
in
Jersey
City
and
I
could
not
be
happier
with
the
results.
It
has
been
a
long
and
daunting
process,
but
working
with
Jeff
has
been
one
of
the
brightest
highlights
of
the
experience.
When
I
was
looking
for
an
architect
I
considered
a
lot
of
things,
mostly
I
wanted
to
ensure
our
aesthetics
and
visions
would
be
compatible.
If
you
are
reading
this
review
I
assume
you
have
already
flipped
through
the
showcase
projects
on
his
website
and
know
that
his
company
designs
beautiful
homes.
My
house
was
in
a
historical
district
and
I
loved
his
willingness
and
examples
of
fitting
a
new
home
into
an
old
shell.
What
I
didn't
consider
as
much
at
the
time,
and
where
I
got
extraordinarily
fortunate
with
Jeff,
is
his
expertise
in
the
particularities
of
building
within
Jersey
City.
I'm
sure
his
talents
extend
well
beyond
Jersey
City,
but
I've
only
built
one
house
and
it
was
here!
It
is
incredibly
valuable
to
have
an
architect
with
the
special
experience
of
what
will
and
will
not
get
approved
by
entities
like
the
historical
preservation
commission.
He
guided
us
through
the
design
and
approval
process
in
a
way
that
made
the
incredibly
intricate
process
look
easy.
I
am
also
aware
that
I
was
not
an
especially
easy
client.
He
would
send
a
draft
for
comments
and
I
would
write
back
several
million
bullet
points.
Jeff
and
his
team
were
always
willing
to
answer
my
questions,
work
to
make
changes,
and
absolutely
make
it
perfect.
The
highest
compliment
I
can
give
is
that
if
I
were
to
build
another
house
in
the
area
I
wouldn't
even
consider
making
a
different
choice.
Building
a
house
is
neither
cheap
nor
easy,
but
starting
with
the
best
architect
will
make
the
rest
of
the
project
as
smooth
as
possible.
