Dr. Erica Wald is SIMPLY AMAZING. We began seeing her as soon as Ivy Rehab of Marlboro opened. We had been to other places before, but this facility and staff exceed all, hands down! Our son was having leg pain problems and we had been to many facilities, but it wasn't until we saw Dr. Wald when he truly started to feel less pain. Dr. Erica Wald treats patients like her family, truly cares about them, and is very good working with children. She made our son really enjoy and actually look forward to these therapy sessions. We cannot thank Dr. Erica Wald and her staff enough for what they have done to help our son literally get back on his feet!

The staff is AMAZING! Very professional and friendly. Alex Koenig (Doctor of PT) who is my therapist is extremely knowledgeable and understood my situation right from the get go. 4 weeks later, I am seeing a drastic improvement with my issue. Highly recommend this facility if you are looking for PT. Also, the partnership with HSS is a huge bonus.

I have been suffering with lumbar spinal stenosis for many years. In October, 2022, after enduring pain for several months, I tried Ivy Rehab HSS on Route 9 in Marlboro, NJ. My physical therapist, Evan Torkel, did a fantastic job, and today I completed 3 and a half months of treatment. Evan was skilled, compassionate, engaging, patient and "just what the doctor ordered." Everyone at Ivy was helpful and friendly, including Rob, Matt, Melissa, Sandy, Jessica, and Callie. (I hope that I didn't leave anyone out). How great it is to be pain-free! I'm extremely happy with the progress being made with my knee issues. Alex is doing an excellent job! He listens and adjusts the exercise routines to accommodate my feedback! He is an excellent therapist! The facility is clean and well maintained. Also, the entire staff is very pleasant and has a very positive vibe. I'm glad I chose the Marlboro location for my therapy!

I just finished my PT with the team at Ivy and am super happy with the results. Rob is a fabulous Physical Therapist and an exceptional leader. He really managed my whole process and cared about how I was progressing. The team of people who helped, Matt, Mellissa and Evan were fantastic and I really enjoyed their support. I just graduated from Ivy Rehab after 10 weeks of PT post knee surgery and only have positive things to say about Evan and the team. Scheduling is easy and Sandy is very accommodating at making your schedule work. I was promptly kept on schedule at arrival. Evan is very professional and set goals and expectations reasonably and realistically while placing ownership on the patient to continue the exercises. The gym is clean and well equipped. Melissa and Matt are great as well. I would totally recommend Ivy Rehab in Marlboro. I chose the facility because of the affiliation with HHS and was not disappointed. Thank you Evan for a great experience!

I normally don't write reviews, but I had to write one for the location in Morganville. I spent the past 6 weeks getting PT and working with Evan Torkel and his team was truly an amazing experience. From the first day of PT Evan and his staff took the time to review what my needs were and then built a plan to address them. Evan and his staff were awesome, and I can't thank them enough for all the help they provided me.

I am very happy with everyone at Ivy Rehab in Marlboro bc they all work together as a team and are very organized and self-planning to fit my schedule. Rob is such a team leader and works with Melissa to make a great environment to want to be in and not want to leave!! He is a great physical therapist. He is punctual has flexible hours, keeps me motivated, is very knowledgeable in his career and strives for me not to be better then my contemporaries or predecessors but to try to be better then myself…💯👍

I have had my fair share of PT in the past, but this is my first time receiving treatment from Rob. I am having an extremely positive experience with Rob as he listens to my progress/issues at each session, and doesn't just follow a program. Rob wants to see the best for his patients as he truly cares about our recovery and tailors the program frequently to adjust it as needed to target the affected focus areas. Rob is very easy to work with, very approachable, and extremely knowledgeable. Rob is able to properly find a stretch, or an exercise, for everything. Additionally, Rob frequently likes to increase the challenge by modifying the exercise often which is needed to help speed up the recovery time. Overall, this facility exceeds my expectations from the front office, aids, therapists and the regional director.

Can't thank physical therapist Erica Wald of Ivy enough! I went to see her days after tearing my ACL, and she was able to do more for me than I could even imagine. She is skilled, knowledgeable, and just a very friendly person. Erica was not only incredible in making sure my knee was in great shape heading into ACL surgery, but also set me up with a doctor at the Hospital for Special Surgery with ease. Her along with the people from HSS made the entire process easy and worry-free. The people at Ivy and HSS really show how much they care about their patients. And after a successful surgery, I'll be heading right back to see Erica to start the rehab process and I can't wait!

Erica is an amazing Physical Therapist. She has worked with me during the last 6 months as I recovered from a traumatic accident which left me with significant injuries to several areas of my body. At my initial evaluation, Erica made a point to learn about me, not just my injuries. Clearly, it was important for her to know what my lifestyle was and what I needed to get back to. Over the course of my treatment, she utilized traditional techniques as well as others that I was unfamiliar with (KT taping and cupping) but resulted in tremendous relief and promoted healing (this is a testament to her advanced knowledge that other PTs may not have expertise in). Not only did Erica provide physical therapy but emotional therapy in many ways. She was incredibly encouraging, especially when I found it too difficult – she kept me motivated. Her optimistic attitude is contagious and it made me look forward to each appointment because I knew I would feel better both physically and emotionally from the scars of the accident. Because of Erica’s expertise, therapeutic approaches, and added encouragement, I indeed met my recovery goals… bitter-sweet because I no longer have to go to PT.

The staff at the physical therapy place is very good and nice. However, BEWARE they bill out of network and charge $75 per visit. This would be OK except their corporate billing is atrocious!!! They did not bill me for months and then sent me a bill, after bill, after bill, and each time I paid it, they would send me another bill. This went on for two years. It got to a point where they were harassing me, even though I sent money every single time they sent a bill. I work in the medical field, and I have never seen such inept billing in my entire career.

Everyone at Ivy Rehab was so nice. Jackie is amazing with her patients and wants the best for them. She takes her time to listen to you and make sure that she addresses your concerns. She constantly asks you questions about how you are feeling and will adjust your exercises to make it right for you. The staff is outstanding. Everyone is very caring and pleasant. I went in originally with a pinched nerve in my neck in loads of pain. They suggested I move up my appointment with my orthopedic to that day which fortunately I was able to do. When the doctor advised physical therapy I knew exactly where to go. John, Jackie, Tom and Clarissa are a pleasure to work with! I highly recommend them for anyone who needs PT.

Erica Wald, Ivy Rehab, and Hospital for Special Surgery. Perfect together. Over the years I have had a number of orthopedic issues which I have been very grateful to have worked with HSS and recently, Ivy Rehab, and of course Erica Wald. Erica, with her expertise has very successfully treated me for a rehabilitation from total knee replacement surgery. Prior to the knee replacement, I was very pleased with her treatment of various lumbar and cervical issues. I strongly recommend Dr. Erica Wald to everyone I come in contact with requiring physical therapy. She deserves the five stars.

Erica is an extremely caring and equally brilliant clinician. I go to her for any orthopedic and women's health issues. The staff is very kind and attentive.

I just started rehab last week with Sara & Rob unfortunately Rob is moving on with his career I had two sessions with him and can say he has a bright future ahead of him I’m already starting to feel betr with my injury it was a professional experience and also a friendly one definitely will recommend this place to everyone
