Absolutely LOVE this office! Caroline has such a wonderful spirit over the phone and even better in person! Dr. Selvan is amazing as well! I had a crazy experience with my previous dentist but coming to their office my nerves were instantly put to ease! They are friendly, courteous, and have great sense of humor! You should definitely choose them for your dentist!

It is a pleasure to have my checkup every 6 months with Dr. Selvan. He hasn’t ever filled any cavities for me, so I can’t to attest to his abilities to attend to complex issues, but he listens to you, understands the intricate relationship between the oral cavity and the systemic body, and he doesn’t push anything that you don’t need. He takes pleasure in proactively advising the patient about any potential issues (gingivitis, etc.), so I’d definitely trust him with any dental work that would ever be needed. Also – I’ve never waited more than 5 minutes in his waiting room. (And yet, I see patients coming and going, so it’s not for a lack of business - they’re just organized like a well-oiled machine.)

My husband and I have been going to Dr. Selvan for many years. He is always compassionate, kind and professional. He takes the time to explain and answer all your questions. He stresses preventative dentistry. We are very happy with his work. And his assistant Caroline is always pleasant and helpful.

I’ve been a patient of Dr Selvan for years. I’ve never walked into his office and had to “sit and wait” for a long period of time. He is always professionally prompt, kind and genuinely cares about my concerns regarding any dental treatment and or procedures. If you are one who doesn’t like to go to the dentist, his gentle nature will make you at ease. I highly recommend his services.

I kinda hate to give them a good review so I won't have to compete with people but they were amazing, best dental experience i have ever had. He listened and helped me understand what my problem really was and schedule follow up to solve the issue. Absolutely a great dentist. And Caroline, the receptionist was absolutely great to talk to and schedule. Definitely recommend them.

I’m so happy I found this place. From walking in the door you will be greeted with a smile and never have to wait more than 5 minutes. Their work is excellent and reasonably priced! Dr Selvan has about 30 years of experience in the field and it really shows. He explains everything in detail as he’s doing it. He makes you very comfortable and is always checking on you making sure you are comfortable. The best part is the day after I had a few fillings I got a text from the company asking me how I was doing!! I’m so happy I chose this place!! Dr. Selvan and Caroline are the best!!!

Dr. Selvan is very informative and helpful. Unlike most dentists he took pictures & videos of my teeth and was able to explain anything that was wrong with them while showing me the picture for a better understanding. He is very knowledgeable in his field and I am very pleased with the care I received.

It was my first time at this dental office and I will certainly be back. I walked in and was greeted by the secretary and dentist. Filled out the paperwork and I was seen right way. Doctor Selvan was phenomenal. Great conversationalist checked in on me and certainly was seasoned and experienced. It was great to hear the news of no cavities.

Dr. Selvan & Caroline are two terrific people - they are very professional & courteous and they make you feel at home (even though you’re in a dentist office) Dr. Selvan is a great dentist - this is coming from someone who has a great fear of dentist - Dr. Selvan makes me feel very comfortable & not nervous at all. If all dentists were like him everyone would go to them & not have a fear of dentist. I HIGHLY recommend him for everybody especially those with dentist fears.

I must say I had a amazing experience, I moved to jersey from Brooklyn ny, and I'm so glad I got lucky to meet such a wonderful team from the moment I made that phone call to the moment I walk in for my appointment it was nothing but professionalism, very sweet kind caring from Carolina at the front desk to actually meeting dr. The best dentist ever! I have been a patient for over two years because I love everything about Atlantic Dental. The office is never crowded (which is great especially now with covid19), there is practically no wait time, and the service is awesome.
