KidZdent is about 45 minutes from my house, and there are plenty of closer dentists in my area, but i've heard how great KidZdent is with kids and we decided to make my daughters first experience with the dentist at KidZdent. All it took was the first visit, and we knew we would continue to bring our daughter here because they are absolutely incredible. From the front desk staff, to the dental hygienist, to the doctor, it is always the most pleasant as can be. They make my daughter feel comfortable and show her that she has no reason to be afraid of the dentist before they start examining. KidZdent is well worth the 45 minute drive! I highly recommend this place!!

This is without a doubt a five star dentistry. The facility itself is designed for kids. There is a play area that included a castle that all the kids loved. Ms. Amanda took so much time with my three year old son. Dr. Justin is definitely an expert at working with children. We immediately made an appointment for my one year old. She enjoyed playing with the toys. Ms. Irene showed my daughter everything through pretend play before moving into my daughter’s mouth. Dr. Justin was again incredible. The office staff is so friendly. In fact, I was told that many of them were patients as children. As an educator and parent, I strongly recommend this practice without any hesitation.

Her first appointment they were very polite. When I got to the appointment, it was scheduled 2 months away. They send the insurance company everything late. They told me a few days away from her procedure that I have to pay out of pocket costs. Which was a whop of $800. My husband and I go to the dentist and get work done, NEVER did we have to pay. The thing with companies they like to charge what they want, and since it's your child, they know you'll do anything. I did not know what to do as it took 2 months for an appointment, anywhere being she's a new patient. Then they didn't even do what they were supposed to do from the beginning. After getting her procedure done, they cut my daughters mouth so bad she grew conquer soars and caught an infection. Was burning fevers of 105. She was like this for almost a week and a half. Never again take my daughter here if you aren't going to be direct with your information. As well as not giving advance notice of the patients bill. When all was said and done, the price never even changed from what initially had to get done. They only did a few teeth and suddated her. They are supposed to cut her tongue and fix only the 2 front teeth. They went way overboard and did teeth that had cavity. Being a first-time mom, I thought it had to be done. No, it's not recommended. They fall off anyway. Please be worn. This place cares more about money than your child. What suck the she was miserable that whole time for her birthday week.

This place and every staff member working there is absolutely AMAZING. My 3 year old son recently had a tongue tie release done here and I have nothing but good things to say. From the very first time I went for his consultation up until his surgery it was a pleasure being there, such a friendly welcoming environment with people who are there to help you along the way and answer any questions you may have. My son wanted a specific cartoon sticker and the staff went way above and beyond making sure he got his sticker, they were so patient and kind to him it was some of the best hospitality I’ve ever seen. Dr. Cekalniku did his actual tongue release and she was SO so good with him, she was patient, kind, calm and supported him throughout the whole procedure. She did a wonderful job and even called and checked in on him after we came home. I had a some questions days following and she was quick to kindly answer every question and truly cared about my sons recovery. I HIGHLY recommend Kidzdent old bridge, thank you for all you did for my son!!!

I have NEVER in my life seen an office that are CROOKS like this dentist. They told me they accepted my insurance prior to my visit and to all that read this please make sure you read their fine print while you have two little ones running around because your going to be coming home with $600 dollar bill or more for a cleaning. My family and I own a doctors office help save lives everyday for oncology/hematology and I make sure I tell the patients exactly how much they will be paying prior to their visit. According to my insurance, the doctor was out of network but prior to my appointment, they said they “accepted” my insurance. Overall, the hygienist was nice but very upset that the dentist tried to tell me my son needed 5 procedures and may have to go under for a cavity. We just went to my dentist and he will be doing things differently is all I can say. PLEASE check your insurance prior to going because they will rob and take every dollar from you and give your children unnecessary procedures. Literally just got off the phone with them and one of their employees told me “WE DO NO ACCEPT ANY DENTAL PLANS BESIDES ONE.” I truly wish you told me this prior to my appointment luckily I read their last review and realized what type of dentist I was dealing with. I guess this is how they treat patients and children too! Money hungry! I will not be sending my children here especially after reading their last review on how much pain the child went through for a cavity! Good luck to all that go here!

As a dental hygienist myself the office is a “ well oiled practice” our hygienist today Amanda was absolutely fantastic with both of my boys. I expressed my concerns from our previous experience elsewhere and all my expectations were met beyond. Thank you for a great dental visit for both my boys! The dentists that we saw were also knowledgeable, patient and thorough. From Kerry the insurance coordination , to Ellen at the front desk i am so pleased!

The experience we had was absolutely amazing! All of the staff were very nice, patient, and understanding. The hygienist and dentist really took their time and made the experience as comfortable for my son as possible. we are so lucky for them!

Lovely people, take every care possible of the children. My daughter came back home happy and content after having done extensive teeth treatment which I was getting so anxious about. Great team. Highly recommend.

The staff here is so fantastic!!! We have never had a Dr or hygienist who was not cheerful and fun and amazing with our son. They are incredibly good at explaining everything to the kids in a way they understand and making sure they are comfortable with the tools and procedures. Positive experience every time!

Always an excellent experience at KidZdent! Dr. Lirie and Miss Amanda were gentle with Ben and informative for mom. Amanda is a fantastic hygienist - patiently talking with my toddler and ensuring he was comfortable during a cleaning. Dr. Leary was friendly and professional. Enthusiastically recommended KidZdent.

Nikki was my daughter's hygienist and was AMAZING!! My daughter is 5 and has had dental issues since 3yrs old. She has terrible anxiety and fear from all her past procedures with dental and medical experiences. Nikki was kind, patient, soft spoken, and made the atmosphere very calming for my daughter. The front office is always friendly and so is the dentist but Nikki made a treaded appointment a happy visit.

We love our visits. My daughter gets very excited and is not afraid. Although a little nervous but the staff is always so friendly and very engaging with her which helps her nerves. Staff is also very communicative with me and explains step by step what they are doing. Best dental practice

Was able to get an appointment pretty quickly. Arrived at appointment time and had to wait quite a bit though before being seen. Once seen, care was great. They were great with my 1.5 year old. The hygienist was gentle and efficient with cleaning his little teeth. Dr. Lirie was sweet, very knowledgeable and also very good with my kid. She spent time explaining next steps for him. This place knows how to take care of young kids and I am glad I chose to come here!

Orthodontist staff is wonderful. The girls at the front desk are super sweet. The dental group is another story. Every visit for a routine cleaning they do extra without any mention that it's not covered by insurance and then give you stink face when your unable to pay in full. As bad as someone feels struggling to support 2 kids on their own, the last thing they need it to be looked at and treated like scum because they can't afford to pay in full without knowing in advance.

Excellent staff. Very attentive to my children's needs. Thoroughly explained the importance of flossing and the correct way of brushing their teeth. Always a great experience when we can walk away with no cavities.

Irene was wonderful with my 2.5 year old daughter. She explained everything and was so kind and gentle. We had such a positive experience. I have nothing negative to say

I have been coming to their practice for years . To be candid in the past they have been good , but today was I was very surprised. We asked very politely for Thoth brush and toothpaste for my little one to keep it in school . However, I was just told that’s not something they give you just like that just during cleaning. The front desk girl went to the extend to go back to the office to come back and said we just don’t have any . Really at dentist office ??? Also they only provide one extra gauze only after pulling 2 of her theeth Sincerely we left feeling like they were in a way so cheap . I hope this is a one time thing only . I was disappointed

Excellent service during a really difficult time! My child has a lot of anxiety around the dentist but the dentist was able to speak at an age appropriate level and was so soothing. He distracted her with interactive conversation during a difficult procedure and kept everything moving without scaring her. Excellent job and we are so thankful!

My three-year-old felt very comfortable with Amanda and Dr. Hillary at his visit! They look the time to prep him for what was going to happen and made it a fun experience. They also addressed my questions/concerns thoroughly and provided clear resources. My one-year-old acted like a one year old, but they were very patient with us.

I found our experience with Kidzdent to be outstanding!!!! They treated our 7 year old daughter with such care and made sure she as well as us as her parents were comfortable with everything she was having done! They are very loving 🥰 thoughtful people although they are very pricey because they didn’t take our insurance but I would recommend them to anyone who has a nervous child 😘😘😘😘😘

My 2 daughters have been going to Kidzdent since they were small. They are the best of the best! My oldest is 11 and she just got braces last week. The dentist and the assistant was so gentle and calm. They talked her through everything and she didn't move not even an inch. I was so proud of her but even more thankful for how great they were with her. The braces look great and she said it didn't hurt at all. I was so surprised but happy knowing she was in good hands. I highly recommend Kidzdent. They are awesome!!!

My daughter needed an emergency visit. I called first thing in the morning & they were able to see her within an hour. They were amazing with my toddler. The dentist was great with explaining everything to me and was super gentle with my daughter. They made a bad situation easier to deal with.

My daughter is very difficult at the dentist. The staff did an amazing job getting everything done without traumatizing her. Definitely recommend!

It was my son's first time ever going to the dentist and I have to say, I am very impressed with the staff here. Amanda did his teeth cleaning and she was so patient and gentle despite how scared my son was. She didn't once seem annoyed by him and continuously reassured us and comforted my son. She played with the transformers he brought in and even knew their names! I am so very impressed by the entire staff there. I wish I had a dentist like this place! 10/10 recommend

My 5 year old is on the spectrum. This was only his second visit to the dentist, but I’m more than confident this is where he’ll be going for now on. First off there is no such thing as decent dental coverage for special needs children. They allow you to make payments vs paying in full, and I received a 20% discount since I was a new client, so the price wasn’t so scary. In regards to their service they were amazing! I wish I could name drop but unfortunately I’m suffering from mommy brain. The dental assistant took the time to explain everything to me, and also asked the right questions about my son and what he may need in order to feel completely comfortable. You can tell they are very understanding, patient, and prepared when dealing with kids who have special needs, and most importantly they get things done quick! I had to assist with holding him down and of course he was fidgety and crying, but they were able to get him to stay put, do what they needed to do, and end on a good note - a goodie bag with toys and a new toothbrush! The service itself (basic check up & fluoride cleaning) was maybe 10 minutes altogether?Majority of the appointment was discussing my personal concerns of his grinding and their recommendations on flossing and future appointments/care. It’s always good to find a place that you feel is accepting of your situation and willing to work with you the best they can!

My daughter started going to Kidzdent in February 2021. I am so impressed with the service and the staff. I have had nothing but great interactions and first class service. I wouldn’t go anywhere else. My daughter was diagnosed with lip tie and tongue tie. They corrected it and she’s been doing phenomenal since. I’m glad it was recognized early so she will live a fully productive life verbally and also trying (and eating) more foods which she wasn’t doing prior. I am a forever customer!!!!

This place is PHENOMENAL. I wish I brought my children here the first time around. My 3yo son had his tooth extracted and SEAMLESS!! He did not cry. They took absolute good care of my child! Professional and best of all FRIENDLY STAFF. It is already stressful to bring kids for dental work, but your service Superb!!

First, like me say I have never done a review before until now. From the very beginning when making my son first appointment the reception that answers the phone was phenomenal! She answered all the questions I had ask her so politely. When we arrived to our appointment the employees all were so kind with a smile. The best part after filling out our paperwork we didn’t have to wait long to be seen. Both The hygienists and doctors are amazing. They make you feel right at home. Today was my son’s first dental visit ever and the hygienist Irene and doctor Ilona were so good and patient with him. Everybody from the office was super nice, from when I first made the appointment up until my visit. All their staff is amazing. I love this place and I am glad I picked an amazing team to work with my son and his dental care.

My sons first time at dentist. Everyone pleasant and calm. The hygienist showed him everything every step of the way which calmed him. My son and I both felt confidant we were getting knowledgable and experienced care the whole way. Great first experience!

What a wonderful place! The staff is incredibly kind and patient. They made my kids feel very comfortable and safe. Professionally speaking, loved the profilaxis which was very through and detailed. They also explained everything with no detail behind. There was only some confusion with the insurance coverage but before we for a clear explanation they were willing to work things out for the best. Also know that the family orthodontic place doesn’t have anything to do with the pediatric dentistry. Even the insurances they work with are different.

My son is autistic and non verbal. He has many sensory problems. The dentist and assistants were so sweet and had to hold him while strapped so they could help him out with his baby tooth that needed extracting because it was damaged beyond repair. As a mother this is a terrible experience, but they made the whole thing easier on me and quick for him which was the best outcome. He’s eating again and happy. I’m glad they could help us.

Best dentist by far. Where has anyone gone where everyone in the office is nice. There is always that one person but not here. The dentists are also so patient and understanding when I bring in my 21 year old autistic son. Always recommend this dental office.

The staff are friendly and professional with lots of patience. My 9yr old is a very nervous child and she needed to get some extractions. The dentist and staff was very patient with her and made her feel comfortable. They even had patience with me. I had issues with my insurance and Carrissa took her time and help me resolve it with my carrier. Great team and an awesome place!
