I can’t say enough good things about EMA. Enrolling my daughter here is by far the best decision we have ever made for her! She started out very shy and quiet, and thanks to the wonderful instructors here, she has gained so much confidence and now speaks loud and proud. They truly care about each student here. My daughter used to spend a lot of time on the computer and now comes home and practices the moves she learned in class for fun. She looks forward to karate each week and enjoys the fun events they host at the dojo as well. I can’t recommend this place enough!!

EMA is absolutely the best place for kids Karate in NJ. The instructors are incredibly helpful and create a positive and nurturing learning environment. They prioritize discipline, respect, and self confidence, helping students develop valuable life skills. The facility is clean and well-maintained. Our kids are training here for about 5 years and still going strong. They just love this place.

Our daughter Emily has been here for about a year now. After a trying couple of years due to COVID (and after moving 1,000 miles away), it has truly has helped Emily gain some much needed confidence. Most importantly, her attention span and motor tics have improved significantly as well. Everyone that works here is so kind and patient with the children and it shows. Sensei Ryan is definitely one of Emily’s favorite humans on the planet. Enroll your kids here— you won’t be disappointed.

I was worried my son would never have an interest in anything other than his ipad and video games. When he attended a friends birthday party at EMA Academy he asked if he can give karate a try. I got so excited he showed an interest in something that I signed him up for a trial. After the first few classes he was hooked. The instructors are amazing with the kids. They know how to boost the kids morale, make them excited about being there, learning the techniques, and over all encourages the kids to feel confident in their every day lives. My son loves attending EMA Academy and I'm so thrilled he found something he truly enjoys.

My son joined EMA when he was 7 years old. This school has helped turn him into a respectful and confident young man. He is more physically fit and his self confidence has greatly improved. I saw how amazing my son did at EMA that I signed my daughter up and she has come such a long way with her attitude and behavior. She is more disciplined at home and her coordination has gotten so much better. Every instructor at EMA is 100% dedicated to each student they work with. Elite Martial Arts is an exceptionally well run academy!!! Our daughter has been training here for over 6 years now and we have witnessed her growth first hand in all areas. After spending a lot of time looking for the perfect martial arts school, we can see that we made the right choice in sending my two sons to Elite. My boys are always excited to hear that they have a class to go to. The entire Elite staff has does a wonderful job teaching them valuable lessons for on the mat and in life. One of the best lessons my kids are learning is that not everything is given and that if you want something you have to earn it.

Elite is an amazing place to send your kids. After a year of sending my daughter we have seen such improvements in her. She is speaking up more, making more eye contact, and overall has a confidence about her which I attribute to her time with Elite. Not only do the teach karate but they incorporate social skills, respect, and self- discipline which easily carries over into home and school. In addition, they have truly made us feel like family and welcome. If there is a hardship that we are experiencing I am not afraid to share with them. They have always openly listened and provided solutions to address it. We truly love it here!

EMA has been the best decision we’ve made for our boy. We started our son at 4yrs old, hoping to keep him active, focused and interested and EMA has proven to give us all of that, and more. EMA will bring out your child's full potential! My daughter has been training here for about 2 years and every class I am amazed at the person she has become! Her entire demeanor has done a 180. This is a testimony to the schools staff who consistently support, encourage and skillfully navigate her mental and physical growth. You child's confidence will sky rocket all while giving parents the piece of mind that they have the needed skills to defend themselves, if needed. So grateful for the EMA school and staff!

My son has been going to Elite Martial Arts for about 7 months. When he first started, he was very shy. He is definitely making progress with his self-confidence. The place is clean and organized. Wonderful teachers and staff who are going above and beyond. My son loves his teachers and has a lot of respect for them. 2 years ago I left a 5 star review but didn’t leave a written review. My son started in 2017 he is going to take his Jr Black Belt test this weekend. Elite has not only taught my son karate but has helped him in his self confidence. They definitely take a personal interest in all the students. They push you when you need it but they also give you all the support they can when you need it. The instructors have been phenomenal and have helped shape my son into a strong young man. I was at Elite Martial Arts for about 4 years and earned my senior black belt. Let me just say, I wouldn’t be the person I am today without them. EMA and their staff are simply amazing. The staff are a group of the most positive people who truly care about their students. We took our son Justin to EMA as a result of a bullying situation. Our perception was that he needed to know how to physically defend himself. Our son's experience with EMA was far more than just learning to physically defend himself. His confidence, kindness and discipline has grown beyond measures. Most impressively EMA has helped Justin develop an ability to deal with conflict without the need to be physical because he has become that confident. Enrolling my daughter and son in the program has without a doubt been one of the best decisions we could have made for them.
