Not only am I a customer but I have had the pleasure of watching Michael (and Margie) help customers celebrate milestones, bring new life to unworn Jewelry, remount heirloom stones, get an education on the 4 C’s and walk out feeling better than they came in while working here. Although the price of Gold is high and Diamonds are expensive, G&W keeps their prices low and has a ton of discounted inventory- I have seen so many people get really great discounts and deals on Jewelry here. There is simply no better place to buy Jewelry in Central Jersey than G&W.

I agree with the other reviewers. Great local store with really wonderful service and people. Everyone that works here is very knowledgable, and super nice. And in the tradition of locally-owned businesses, they know how to take care of people in the community. My watch got caught and something got bent so it was loose. Brought it in, the owner took it to the back, five minutes later it was fixed, free of charge. Now he gets my business for all future jewelry needs.

I needed a new battery in my watch and they had it ready within about an hour. Staff extremely friendly and helpful. Even though I wasn't there to shop specifically, from what I could see they have some beautiful jewelry that I will definitely be going back for pieces in the future!

If you need a watch battery replaced or have your watch band adjusted, this is the place to go. They are friendly, know their stuff and don't damage anything like other battery replacement stores. Also their prices are better than most and they get it done fast. The only thing I did notice, was the batteries die pretty fast, a year or less. I had one original watch battery that went 10 years, but the battery life is most likely out of their control and a small thing. Great Jewelers. However this did prompt me to learn how to replace my own watch batteries.

My husband and I have utilized G&W for years. They are professional, pleasant and provide outstanding service. My husband has bought me numerous gifts from them, all of which I love. Recently, my sister sold some "junk" gold and was very pleased with the price she was given. At the same time, my husband brought my engagement ring to be looked at because the stone felt loose. Well, let me just say that we wound up dropping off both my engagement ring and wedding band, and the end result is just jaw dropping. They sparkle like they are brand new (we've been married for thirty years) and, most importantly, I have absolutely no qualms about entrusting them with my valuable jewelry.I highly recommend them for all of your needs, from purchases to repairs to selling off your old gold.

Great people but my god you have absolutely the worst hour schedule. Please edit your Google hours as I have been here on several occasions to find out your closed due to monthly hour changes.

I brought my grandmothers wedding band here to get resized for me and it came out beautifully. Better then I ever could have expected. I am so grateful for G&W for being able to exceed my expectations yet AGAIN. Hands down the best jeweler in New Jersey

I lost my Moms wedding ring and when I found it apparently it had been run over and was flat as a penny. I was devastated..we brought her ring to G & W Jewelers and I handed it to Mike with my eyes full of tears. He was able to fix it for me right on the spot..so grateful. Mike is a genuine person and great businessman. I would highly recommend him.

I bought my wedding band from G & W Jewelers and it is beautiful! They also resized my engagement ring and my fiances wedding band. Not only did they do a fantastic job resizing our rings, but they were also extremely knowledgeable, kind, and not at all pushy. I would highly recommend them to everyone!

The level of service here is unmatched anywhere else I've been. They really care about their customers, and not just when making a big sale. If you have a budget they will do what they can to match it. Among other things, I purchased an engagement ring here. They have a very quick turnaround, were very patient, and helped me look over hundreds of possible designs. After the purchase, my fiance (now wife) can stop in any time to have the ring cleaned and polished, free of charge. I hope that I don't move away from NJ, just so I can keep going here.
