Can I leave -stars? Place is a dumb, looks likwcit hasn't been cleaned in years. The doctor is unprofessional. Told my wife after talking to her for less then 2 mins that they would do what's need to be done. To go and find a different place. I don't understand how anyone gave this place stars and good reviews. Guess they never been to a real dental office.

Horrible! I've been trying to get in touch for weeks with no luck. I called several times and been on hold for over an hour each time. After they finally answer, they can't help me make an appointment. They tell me they will forward the information to the office that never calls me back to schedule the appointment. And this is for an emergency route canal!!!!! Unfortunately because of my insurance this was the only place with an endodontist in network. It's been a complete nightmare. I feel like I live in a third world communist country 😕

This was my first time going there and they attended to all my needs! The establishment was very clean, staff were pleasant and fast paced. The front desk staff who helped me was Stephanie and Carla! They got all my stuff processed quickly, as I was in a lot of pain, got me with the doctor and was able to address my emergency visit! I will be going back for my dentistry and ortho needs!!!!!!! Highly recommended!

This place has really went down. First I had an appointment scheduled, they called me a day before canceling it because the doctor that I had the appointment with no longer work there. They schedule me for a month later 11/10 for 9:30. I get there and they tell me I’m scheduled for 3pm( Which I know is a lie because I will never schedule after 11am for my dentist appointments). They tell me I have to wait another hour. During my wait I see a patient come up and ask for taking so long and they tell her the same thing her appointment is at 3pm. I physically went to the young lady and they did they same thing they did to me. They over booked and making patients think they scheduled at a later time. An addition SOME of the staff is so unprofessional. You don’t call patient Boo and tell them ( Don’t worry I got you). This suppose to be a professional setting not a place where you think you’re in the block in front of the Bodega. Now some off the staff was very professional and on point but some need some classes. Don’t know if I will be coming back with this experience.

Literally the best dentist office I’ve ever been to! Everyone is completely friendly and great customer service and patient care! Quick and face paced environment so each appointment is in and out. I would highly recommend as they are always welcoming new patients. Not far if you’re in the Newark area and very easy to get to by public transportation. Since it’s down town Newark near Penn Station, easy to reach by basically every bus and train. Very friendly, professional and easily accessible.

Wish there is a zero star option. Doctors are very unprofessional. Cancel your initial appointments and rescheduled appointments multiple times the same day of the appointment days. I mean phone calls to notify you less than one hour before the exact scheduled time. Very disappointing.

My experience at this office was absolutely great. I was lucky enough to get an appointment with Dr. Barron the next day after I called. My appointment was at 3:30. I arrived at 3:10. Angelina the receptionist was very nice and pleasant. They called me to the back at 3:30 and Bobbi the assistant made me feel so comfortable. By the time she finished explaining everything Dr. Barron was there. He asked me how I was doing and by the time I answered I was numb and he was working on my tooth. No pain at all the needle didn't even hurt. I was walking out of that office at 3:55. Thank you Angelina, Bobbi and Dr Barron you guys are awesome.

Don’t usually write reviews but when an establishment interferes with my health, I have to say something. Monday I went in to have a procedure done. I required antibiotics. As I left I asked for my prescription and was instead asked for my pharmacy’s phone number. Gave them the information and left. I later called my pharmacy and they mentioned never receiving a prescription. So I called the office back two days later. I called them and was told I would get a call back. I never got a call back. I called back the following day, and was first told that they did call it in, and when I told them I had just checked again and they didn’t, the story switched and it became that they never got an order from the doctor. And that they now had to get in contact with the doctor who was now at another office to verify if I needed a prescription. I was told I’d get a call back when verified with the doctor, and again did not receive a call back that day. Today, Friday, 4 days after my procedure, I finally get a call back saying they got approval from the doctor. To call back and give them my pharmacy information again; after I just gave it to them Monday when I left. So I again, give them the information. Story finished? No, because hours later I call my pharmacy and they STILL did not receive the prescription. So here I go, calling them back AGAIN, and they again ask to give them 5 minutes to call it in. I told them no, and that I will wait on the line until they tell me they called it in. Finally after 4 days I can finally get my prescription. There are many other locations to this branch of Dentist. I will be making sure to go to any of their other locations before coming back here again. Only reason I gave 2 stars is because overall at the location the staff was very friendly and kind. But this situation after the fact shows how unorganized and careless they are with patient care and records.

They do not respect the appointments.i had an appointment at 9:30 we came at 8:55 and no one asks until 11.00 now they always like that this is poor services if they don't respect appointments why we give us appointments .

Today I had appointment at 11:00 Am this is not the first time to complain they are still respecting time after one hour and half at 12 :30 to see the dentist this is ridiculous I have a question if they don't respect appointments why they give us appointments
