Don’t
usually
write
reviews
but
when
an
establishment
interferes
with
my
health,
I
have
to
say
something.
Monday
I
went
in
to
have
a
procedure
done.
I
required
antibiotics.
As
I
left
I
asked
for
my
prescription
and
was
instead
asked
for
my
pharmacy’s
phone
number.
Gave
them
the
information
and
left.
I
later
called
my
pharmacy
and
they
mentioned
never
receiving
a
prescription.
So
I
called
the
office
back
two
days
later.
I
called
them
and
was
told
I
would
get
a
call
back.
I
never
got
a
call
back.
I
called
back
the
following
day,
and
was
first
told
that
they
did
call
it
in,
and
when
I
told
them
I
had
just
checked
again
and
they
didn’t,
the
story
switched
and
it
became
that
they
never
got
an
order
from
the
doctor.
And
that
they
now
had
to
get
in
contact
with
the
doctor
who
was
now
at
another
office
to
verify
if
I
needed
a
prescription.
I
was
told
I’d
get
a
call
back
when
verified
with
the
doctor,
and
again
did
not
receive
a
call
back
that
day.
Today,
Friday,
4
days
after
my
procedure,
I
finally
get
a
call
back
saying
they
got
approval
from
the
doctor.
To
call
back
and
give
them
my
pharmacy
information
again;
after
I
just
gave
it
to
them
Monday
when
I
left.
So
I
again,
give
them
the
information.
Story
finished?
No,
because
hours
later
I
call
my
pharmacy
and
they
STILL
did
not
receive
the
prescription.
So
here
I
go,
calling
them
back
AGAIN,
and
they
again
ask
to
give
them
5
minutes
to
call
it
in.
I
told
them
no,
and
that
I
will
wait
on
the
line
until
they
tell
me
they
called
it
in.
Finally
after
4
days
I
can
finally
get
my
prescription.
There
are
many
other
locations
to
this
branch
of
Dentist.
I
will
be
making
sure
to
go
to
any
of
their
other
locations
before
coming
back
here
again.
Only
reason
I
gave
2
stars
is
because
overall
at
the
location
the
staff
was
very
friendly
and
kind.
But
this
situation
after
the
fact
shows
how
unorganized
and
careless
they
are
with
patient
care
and
records.
