I booked an appointment more than a month in advance, sent all my hair details and the appointment was confirmed. I sent a message days before to confirm everything and they told me that they had lost the old number and messages, and that I had to go to the salon for a strand test and that I would probably lose my appointment that I booked 1 month before. What's the customer's fault that they missed the messages? Shouldn't they have customer numbers written down? Shouldn't the strand test have been scheduled on the day they confirmed my appointment? Terrible attendance!
