If I could give it 0 stars I would. The rudest staff I’ve ever come into contact with and that’s saying a lot from a fellow medical receptionist. It takes a lot for me to write any sort of review. I tried to call at least 4 times left messages for their manager and never got a call back so no wonder the staff is allowed to be so disrespectful to new patients. I would stay away, if that’s how you treat me in the waiting room you think I’m going to let a doctor be in the back of the clinic with me during a vulnerable moment? Absolutely not. I walked out and took my business elsewhere but this was truly deplorable how they’ve all acted. Shame on every single one of you. And of course they respond on here to try and help their image but they still do not return attempts of contact. Again, just disgraceful.

Today I had my first visit, and I must say I was very impressed. From the moment I walked in until the moment I walked out , the staff was excellent. Everybody that I interacted with was kind, courteous and professional. I was seen by Jennifer Graf. She was just amazing. Her nurse is the Bomb! I loved her.

It’s a nice place. However, my appointment was at 10:45 am and I was not see till an hour later. Also, I was sent to another location the same day for an ultrasound. I got there and after a few mins I was called in. The ultrasound technician give me the heads-up saying that I will have a bill to pay if I proceed with the ultrasound since my insurance is not accepted. This was a surprised since I have been there before.

They were nice enough to call me to see if I wanted to come in later because Dr was running behind. Hadn’t been in a few years but they welcomed me back with open arms. First time seeing Dr Graf and she was super friendly even though it was end of a long day. Didn’t have to wait very long . Quick and easy appointment.

I recently had an experience at this OBGYN office that has prompted me to share my thoughts. I visited due to difficulty conceiving, having tried for 3-4 months at the age of 38. Surprisingly, I was advised to wait a full six months on my first visit. On my second visit, still not pregnant, I suggested an ultrasound to examine my uterus and ovaries, but the doctor dismissed it, saying it "won't tell much." This was perplexing, as ultrasounds can reveal crucial information about reproductive health. Instead, I was directed to get bloodwork done. The final straw was the suggestion of IVF without thoroughly exploring other possibilities. Dissatisfied, I sought a second opinion from another OB in Oradell. This new doctor conducted detailed examinations, discovered fibroids, recommended supplements, and initiated thorough checks that eventually led to a successful pregnancy in just three months. The difference in approach and care was stark, prompting me to switch OBs for good.

I had the chance to seeing Dr zuniga only at the end of my pregnancy. She respected my wish to try a v-back. And it didn't end there. She was extremely supportive during the labour of a big baby and was very professional. I couldn't have done it without her and the team present that day at the hospital. She made me feel heard and worked very closely with me step by step. She showed a positive attitude that was detrimental to the success of that delivery. I am extremely thankfull!

The best! Each clinician is kind and takes great care of their patients. I had a graduate student exam me this time & she did wonderful. Def recommend!

I was very happy with my experience last time I was there. I was there for my annual check up and Dr. Graf guided me so that I didn't take unnecessary tests. She is very professional, courteous and knowledgeable. I also had a good experience with the rest of the staff. Also, I didn't have to wait too long to be seen by the Dr.
