I have been coming to American Dental since 2017. Upon arriving, Dr. Ram gladly accepted me as he patient and has done an amazing job......check out the Yelp reviews. Meanwhile, the American dental staff are all personable. They know each of the patient. Well, specifically because I am a frequent patient. Whenever I called them, they immediate recognized my voice.........I also believed that they specialized in voice recognition too. This dental office will give you the value for your money and time spent here. Check it out. DEAUCES !!!

Amazing experience every time I come here. Dr Kwiatek is very diligent and efficient in his work. Melissa greeted me in a very pleasant manner and tended to all my needs in a detailed fashion after the service was complete. Tanha also was very professional and went above and beyond to make sure I can get a cleaning, even when the schedule was a little tight! Definitely made my day. Can’t say enough about this staff here, and i would recommend switching your dentist TODAY.

If I could give them zero stars I would. I went and received a treatment plan on 11/29/2023, the claim was not submitted to my insurance until 12/13/2023 for pre authorization. Then I finally received a called from some name Katrina who advised they had received the pre authorization back and to schedule for treatment, I called the office who had no clue who this person was and claim they had not received anything from my insurance. I received the pre authorization from my insurance but of course they claim they still have not received it. Spoke to someone named Lilly who claimed she would call MetLife to follow up and call me back. Well that was an almost 2 weeks ago and I have hear nothing from this office. This has been the worst experience as I’ve been in dental pain waiting for them. I ended up going to a different dental office. Extremely disappointed.

Came here twice although I'm new patient haven't had a long experience I must say I enjoyed coming here....the whole staff is super friendly and knowledgeable in all the work they do. I'd definitely come back I suggest coming. here. I was new to the area and drive past all the time I figured let's see if they takey insurance thank God they do. It was great experience.

Very efficient and comprehensive with care. Also, all staff are very patient/pleasant, especially with kids. The hygienist who cared for my son was Maria, but they all are great. I highly recommend this dental center if you're looking for quality dental care.

The service here is awesome! The staff is very friendly! The doctors made sure i was okay, comfortable and communicated VERY well. Tanha was extremely helpful with my scheduling process and guided me every step of the way! Highly recommended!

Both my daughter and I visited the office days a part, our individual experience as well as overall experience (as a mom and patient)have so far been amazing.. Dr. Lobation, Tanha, and Vicki were great, they were very gentle and informative. As a person who has a phobia of the dentist, I felt no anxiety what so ever.
