Never
Again
will
I
ever
schedule
a
surgery
through
Rutgers
(specifically
the
Dept.
of
Otolaryngology)
the
nurses
never
ever
did
their
job
in
regards
to
pre
admission,
keeping
me
updated
with
what
tests
I
needed
to
have,
getting
approval
from
the
insurance
company
to
have
the
tests
completed,
what
doctors
I
needed
clearance
with
prior
to
surgery....
I
even
had
to
stay
on
top
of
them
just
to
get
Covid
testing
for
pre
admission.
Here
I
am,
the
day
before
surgery
still
scrambling
to
get
clearance
from
the
cardiologist
because
they
never
handled
that
either.
Every
time
I
have
an
appointment,
no
one
wants
to
check
me
in
at
the
front
desk.
It’s
like
the
entrance
has
a
mysterious
power
that
makes
me
invisible
by
the
time
I
hit
the
desk.
There’s
always
nasty
attitudes
and
everything
is
disorganized.
Meanwhile
patients
(including
me,
who
is
disabled)
who
don’t
feel
well
have
to
work
harder
and
go
out
of
our
way
to
make
sure
we
get
proper
treatment.
Never
have
I
ever
experienced
a
nightmare
like
this.
My
doctor/surgeon
is
freaking
amazing
but
the
nurses
need
a
miracle
...
and
proper
training.
I
understand
it
is
covid
season
and
offices
are
understaffed
but
that
has
nothing
to
do
with
inappropriate
conduct
and
the
mishandling
of
a
patients
scheduled
surgery.
Lastly,
I
want
to
mention
that
I
also
go
to
Rutgers
School
of
Dentistry
in
Newark
for
my
routine
dental
and
TMJ
treatment.
I
have
never
had
any
issues
with
the
School
of
Dentistry.
They
are
the
most
pleasant
and
efficient!
This
is
why
I
