Worst pizza. Crust and toppings were undercooked. We literally, and I kid you not, had to put the pizza back in the oven before eating and even after it was simply disgusting. Not authentic Italian whatsoever. Better off at Dominoes!

I usually have good pizza but they were rude I wanted my pizza cooked better because it was not cooked all the way and they gave me a refund without telling me. All I asked was for it to be cooked alittle more and the weird Spanish guy had a whole problem for no reason. In his words make sure you ask for your pizza well done terrible service. I don’t have time to get sick

I was highly disappointed in my meal. The garlic knots were tiny and dry. I was hoping for the pizza to taste better as I don’t like wasting my money or throwing out food but sadly it seems like they use the same dough for the pizza as well, the crust was also dry so wasn’t surprised my pizza had that cardboard taste when I took my first bite. Overall low quality.

Great pizza! The pizza is very delicious🤩 the employees are very kind and funny 😂 they know when to wash their hands. I will for sure be coming back here and I recommend for you guys to go here as well!

For everyone that put this place under 5 stars or 1 star let me tell you about my experience and how the pizzeria got it's new owner. Johnny's pizzeria has been around west orange for a long time until frank decided to sell the place to someone. One customer was interested about buying the place and it ended up being sold! Then the new owner was Wilfredo Palta. Wilfredo Palta was a kind person who loved owning a business. He was dedicated to his new business and wanted everyone to see how nice he makes pizza. He ended up getting some employees to help out. He ended up becoming one of top ten's best pizzerias in west orange. He was really proud of his accomplishment. He owned the place for 4 years and has great customer service also I am related to the current owner!

Horrible disgusting food I ordered a ceasar salad and got a salad withit mayo no flavor at the chicken had no flavor and they put olives in a ceasar who does that dont eat eat there it’s disgusting

First off I only stopped here for a quick bite and seeing the misleading ratings for this place I would honestly say that this was the worst pizza I have ever had. I am usually not very critical when it comes to pizza but this was very disappointing as it was very obvious that the crust was overstretched and very thin to a point where it's not even worth your time and moneyb. The real reason for the 2 stars however is the rudeness of the worker telling me that slices are to go only and did not let me sit down for a few minutes and forced me out after telling me that he was going to charge me extra for paying by cc when I was only a few cents off. If I were you I would skip this place and hopefully if you are reading this review I can save you from subpar pizza and bad customer service

Place awesome great service

First time the pizza was good. Went back yesterday and they forgot to put on the extra cheese. But charged me anyway. Went back again told them about previous mistake. Wanted to argue. Simple sorry would have been appropriate. NEVER GOING BACK.

Stopped in for slices today. They were well balanced and tasty. See you next week Johnny’s.

I order pizza regularly from this place and it always good. The prices are also reasonable for a non-chain business. Never an issue with my food orders and I always pick up. Their pizza toppings are fresh. I would definitely recommend this place as a good local pizza spot.
